Went to Walmart to get my tires changed and was told to wait for a few seconds to see how long it would take to check their schedule if they could fit us in and I sat waiting for someone to get back to me for about an hour. I waited an hour when there were three people and 1 other car there being worked on but yet no one could come and tell me if they had room on their busy schedule for them to change my tires. This is the best Walmart auto center I have been to. The auto worker at front desk- Suzy, and the mechanic workers are super nice and gave great recommendations and advice on purchasing. They helped me save money and pick better windshield wipers and 4 seasons tires. Most of all, the workers delayed their time to get off work to help me have my tires change since a large snowstorm is coming. I really appreciate their efforts and help! I usually enter through the side entrance, I enter to be told by an employee that I had to enter through the main entrance, which is fine. I left my car parked by the tire center cause I figured they would need it there to work on. I walked around the entire building, entered at the front, walked all the way to the back just to be told by the same employee that they were closed. They couldn't have told me that when I entered the first time? So then when I try to exit on the side close to where my car is, they wouldn't let me exit, so I had to walk all the way around the building again. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for the service I needed. Such a power trip. So completely out of touch with customers. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I got run off the road and the impact popped two tires. Went to Walmart to have one mounted on my rim so I could put it on the car myself only to see that they mounted it on backwards. They were really fast and the tire got me to the nearest open tire service center, but I paid $35 for something that Pep Boys had to fix. read more

I do not know what happened today but I clearly there were some issues with the staff. I pull up to the automotive center entrance and I am greeted by an employee at a sanitation table who asked how I could be helped. I told him that I needed a new tire. He proceeded to tell me that the entrance I came in was the "employee entrance" and that I would need to use the main customer entrance. Under normal times this entrance is used by guests like myself who are there for auto repairs; however, with COVID I am sure there are extra policy and procedures in place so I figured ok fine I'll use the customer entrance - which is nowhere close to where the automotive center is. This is total bs to begin with because this guy was at a sanitation table clearly set up for customers but whatever. I hike around the building and proceed through the store. I get back to the automotive center and I am greeted once again by the same guy. He asked how I could be helped... I mean I told him before why I was there but clearly this is went over him. I again proceeded to inform him that I needed a new tire. He told that they were not installing tires. First off, WTF. An automotive center that primarily does tires and oil changes decides one day that they are not going to install tires... I call bill shit on that one. Second, had this charming POS who told me that I needed to go all the way around the building to use the main entrance listened the first time I told him why I was there he could have let me know that they were not installing tires and I would have saved some time and I would have went on my way. Instead the bumpkin who was manning the sanitation station clearly set up for customers got a semi hard on by telling me I needed to go all the way around the building, then inform me that they were not installing tires and finally making me walk all the way back through the main entrance. I know when I go to Walmart I am not there for their customer service but come on this was disgusting. Never again. read more

We had a flat tire so we went Walmart Auto in Taylorsville, Utah they broke the lug nut off on the axle, and it completely destroyed our car. Had to take it to a dealership the mechanic said he had seen nothing like it and he has been working on cars his whole life. Meanwhile we are moving out of the country trying to eat things taking care of. Couple of weeks later we haven't been able to get to get a hold of claim services. So we have been paying for it ALL repairs out of pocket. We have called the claim services and have been on hold for several hours. Sent emails everyday and no response. Very frustrated and feeling we can't trust Walmart every again with our cars and business. read more

Refused to fix a flat tire when arriving 40 minutes prior to closing because there were a few cars ahead of mine. The "We're closing soon" attitude is a poor attitude to have. Snyder, the manager, was unwilling to serve the customer and could be putting people in danger. read more
