I contacted Terry on Monday morning and he was straight on with the recovery and repair of the truck which was finished by Tuesday. Terry kept me updated throughout and fixed it for half the price I expected. I was unable to recover the truck until Saturday and Terry immediately offered to collect me from the airport after dropping off the rental (100 mile round trip for him) which saved me the cost of a Taxi back to Gatesville. To say he exceeded my expectations in every way does not do service to this Gentleman. What an absolute Diamond - thank you Sir!

When I got home I looked closer at my rim and noticed that the rim was completely scratched up. I have a brand new car, with zero damage on any wheel. So I called and was told to bring it in the next day. So I did. The guy told me that in all his years of working, when using the tool that removes the tire from the rim, it always damages the rim. (I literally have that on video) so apparently every wheel they've ever fixed has been damaged by this machine. I cannot imagine a company would make a product that knowingly damages clients property and think it's ok. The guy took my info and said they'd call me. Never heard from them again. Called today and was told they would refund my money and try to buff it out. To me that's not acceptable. So I get that it's a minor thing and obviously doesnt effect how my car drives- however it's the principal of the thing. They damaged my car and refuse to fix it. It's not right and they need to retrain everyone how to use the machine properly.

Even though it had been about five years, it still had my truck info to draw on, and I was able to quickly pick what I wanted and set up the appointment. Notifications and emails provided good two way commo, and I even got an offer to come in even earlier, if I wanted. The morning of my appointment, I received a phone call confirming, and was asked vehicle/colour info. When I pulled up Joshua was walking across the lot, obviously waiting for me. He checked out my tires and confirmed the work to be done. I had forgotten to ask about checking my spare. When I asked, he looked up under the truck, confirmed it needed attention as well, and picked which current tire mounted would be best to replace the spare, based on condition and age. Went to lunch, got a notification when the truck was ready, all in all, took about an hour. When I went to pick it up, they were notably busier, but I still saw their people walking around the lot giving other customers personal attention and advice. A fast, efficient, friendly business that has always delivered top notch care! They wouldn't even look at it at first. They seemed to be upset I didn't let them diagnose the problem originally. I am old school and I'm not stupid when it comes to my truck, I have over 300,000 miles on it and I am the original owner. I can tell by listening to it what's wrong with it and I've always been correct. The power steering pump was the original power steering pump it was whining like a stuffed pig, and the truck was not turning properly not only that I had had it diagnosed at another garage, but they were too expensive regardless,I didn't feel like the attitude was correct. I won't go back there for any reason nor do I recommend anyone else go there due to the attitude I was given. I kind of brushed it off when I left to have them fix it,when I returned to pick it up I felt they were uncomfortable with me being there and barely said a word to me. I don't know what their problem was. I am always nice and respectful to people and never went in there angry or yelling cussing. Nothing I was very polite on the phone with them and very polite when I took it back did not expect to be treated the way I was But like I said it is fixed now and working great. So at the end of June this year, I had to take my 07 Silverado in to figure out what was causing…read morethe squeaking noise. The mechanics told me that they would inspect it and then let me know. We all concluded it had to be either the timing chain or the harmonic balancer. They had my truck for almost a month and I ended up spending more than double what I was expecting. After they replaced both parts, they then claimed that my lifters are going to need replacing and charged me an additional 2 grand for that as well. After paying for the parts they replaced, I took my truck home only to have a new fault come up, low oil pressure. I called them and had them take my truck back to fix that issue and made them pay for it out of pocket being that this fault never occurred before they took my engine apart. Out of spite, they messed up my alignment. When I FINALLY took my truck back from them for good, my truck was driving somewhat straight but my steering wheel was halfway turned to make this happen. I had to take my truck to another shop for an alignment job which cost me even more money. So all I ask is that if you're reading this, please don't do business with these people. They're going to over charge you for everything and when they mess up and you call them out on it, they're going to cause more issues expecting you to bring it back in so they can continue to gouge you. With all the mechanic shops I've dealt with in over 20 years, these guys are the worst.

They also claimed the system was flushed, which raises concerns about why it failed again so quickly. On top of that, my vehicle developed a coolant leak immediately after their service that was not there before. When I asked about it, they said they "didn't know what to tell me." Overall, this feels like an incomplete diagnosis and poor accountability. I recommend getting a second opinion before approving repairs here.
