I bought a new auto battery at Walmart because of the free installation with their batteries. I took that new battery to the Franklin and the Hewitt storesand both declined to install because the air box had to be removed. I think that 's false advertising on their part. Got a full synthetic oil change and it was the fastest oil change I ever had. They marked off all of the things they supposedly did but my right mind told me to check a few things. They air filter was filthy and not only did they not check it but they lost a sale. I called to let the manager know and she had nothing but excuses. Lesson learned! read more

Coming here to get your car fixed is super convenient because it really doesn't take long, but if it does, you can grocery shop. These people were very knowledgable about my car and were able to get the battery changed in about 30 minutes. They even cleaned out the hood of my car because I had a bunch of leaves stuck in there. My boyfriend came here the other day to get his windshield wipers fixed. It was $15 to get both wipers and then they install them for freeee. read more

brought my car in for a bad battery the connectors had completely eroded so when they went to replace it mark took me to an auto parts store to get the parts necessary to attach my new battery. They took the time to finish all this an almost hour after they were supposed to close up shop read more

This location is very poor at communication, never have enough staff, it can take 45 minutes to 4 hours for a oil change sometimes, for getting your tires fixed expect a delay of 3+ hours of waiting. While one of the managers and some of the cashier's are amazing kind people I have had a few bad experiences with customer service here as well. I have had to take my car back for a flat repair because I woke up before work the next day to find it was flat again. So time wasted 3 hours waiting for the first fix, 3 1/2 hrs to get it refixed and then the whole 2 days of work I had to take off. Before leaving the parking lot my boyfriend caught that the tires didn't get rotation one-time when it WAS on the receipt. My name was in their system three times so they couldn't find the correct information about my road warranty or any other details due to them being o the wrong Name of one of those different profiles. This took 6 1/2 hours just to get ONE flat fixed. If you do go; Check your receipt closely. Know what your receipt should say and if you don't understand have them explain the notes as well. Check your tires. For air, lug nuts, and the air stem lid. Check the oil to see if it is filled. Check any special or specific needs that were extra or add one. Check they put the spare tire back in it's original place and not just throw in back of the trunk. Know your tire needs beforehand so you can tell them. Know somewhat the difference between the different packages they offer. Know what is included in those packages- I.e one of them they are supposed to clean your car-- so check that to make sure they did clean it. Expect 2+ hours wait time. Be prepared to walk around in small spaces with people waiting or walking the Wal-Mart. **Please do though try to remember that some of them are trying their best and those people don't deserve rudeness.** read more

Cheap tires and services. However, they add extra costs and services in their without telling you the cost. It also took them over 2 Hours!!!! To change out 2 tires and complete an oil change. They also left the front of the car filthy after I had just washed it and made me wipe it off with a paper towel!!!! Worst automotive care experience. read more

Brought my car in a couple of weeks ago to get an oil change and everything was fine, come back 6 months later for another and they decline to do the service bc they said the previous mechanic did something wrong and they wouldn't be able to fix it. I then informed them that THEY were the most previous oil change so they should be the ones to fix the oil cap that had been tightened too tightly. When I went to talk the assistant manager he instantly thought I had an attitude and voiced that multiple times. I was simply trying to explain to him the situation and he continually said, "please, we don't need to have attitude," which I never had. After I was finally able to get in enough words to explain what happened he said, "now, wasn't that easy to not be rude." And then lectured me on the way the situation was handled when 1. I was never rude or had an attitude of any kind. 2. It was his guys that made the mistake. 3. He continually spoke rudely to me after I explained the situation. Will not be returning read more

I anticipated the long wait for my oil change so I got some grocery shopping done. They only had a couple of people working (it was Sunday) and there were a few cars in front of me when I got there. It was great to get two things done at once (groceries and oil change). I got back to my car and noticed they also cleaned my floor mats for me for no extra charge! read more
