We were stranded for hours in a dangerous spot with heavy semi traffic. Tragically, a motorist checking his own blown tire from maybe the same pothole, was fatally struck by a semi at the same location shortly after (around 2:30 AM) while checking his own tire. Black older SUV. All other details are very graphic. My heart goes out to his family! The team at Future Tires got us back on the road , after a long night, safely with a temporary tire when no one else could help. There is good in this world, folks…read more I was traveling in my older van, having just got an oil change in Boulder at one of these quick oil change places, with the intention of preparing for my trip. Along the way, while putting 12 hrs on my van, I started having strange shifting, significantly decreased power going up hills, and other symptoms of transmission problems. I stopped and checked my tranny fluid level, and to my dismay it was WAY HIGH, and had bubbles in it. I had just checked it a few weeks before. It was fine then, in the lower region of the cross-hatches. This was very dismaying, this new development, especially while traveling. Future Tire had to pull 2 QUARTS out of my transmission to get it right. Folks, putting 12 hrs on a van with 2 QUARTS over transmission fluid, it is very likely my transmission is already damaged, and very likely that it would have broken down if not corrected. 2 QUARTS is a lot Most shops would have said "minimum one hour labor" and charged me $185. Recognizing the situation, Future Tire did me a solid. Ten minutes of their time, they corrected it, and didn't charge me a dime. I am glad Holbrook has these guys.

While traveling in my Ford Lightning on the I-40 en route to spend July 4th with my family in Eagar, I pulled up to charge at the Electrify America chargers in the Walmart parking lot...next to Winslow Ford. I quickly realized I had a tire that was severely damaged and was losing air pressure. I headed straight for the service department at Winslow Ford on the outside chance they would be able to help me replace the tire without an appointment. The size tires I have are rare and they didn't have them in stock but immediately asked if I needed help swapping the tire with my spare. I accepted their gracious offer and they got right to work while offering their comfortable customer lounge while I waited. I was traveling alone with my dog and they welcomed her into the lounge as well...which was especially nice since it was a 100 degree day. They swapped the tires and had it ready within 30 minutes and didn't even ask for payment. They may have taken pity on me given my dire circumstances, but I got the sense that was just how they conduct business. They never asked my name or requested that I submit a survey or review...they just provided the small town conscientious service that is increasingly rare and so amazing. I am extremely grateful to these compassionate and service-oriented professionals and would not hesitate to do business with Winslow Ford in any capacity in the future!

Quoted us an hour wait and we're probably done even sooner. The receptionist was very kind and the mechanic brought us out to see the damage that another shop overlooked. Since we are on a road trip we were very thankful for the fast and affordable repair that could have been a major disaster.

Mechanic stated they test drove vehicle over "100 miles" and "didn't notice any leak". Equipment housing, slip seal completely missing from install. Fluid overfilled by 1/2 gallon. Took car into dealership for continued problems and diagnostic paperwork states, "multiple leaks noted, missing and misplaced bolts and screws noted. Missing slip seal. Another $1000 later, car is finally running well. Owner was very nice, unfortunately I can not vouch for his work.

Desi answered and stayed open late so that I had time to get my car to a shop. He then took the time to make sure the hotel down the road knew of my situation, drove my son, dogs and I to the hotel.
