I have to give it to Thomas at this Walmart he went out of his was to help us. We were in the media section and there was nobody in that department working. Thomas was walking by and asked if we needed help and we said yes so he should us the item we needed and told us the price. He said he didn't work in that department but was happy that he could help. Nobody came out that worked in this department the whole time we were there. This is why hate Walmart and if u need to take something back that's a big nightmare. I really dislike this Walmart. It sucks that for all of murrieta and Temecula there is only one super Walmart and it's pretty far out. This Walmart does not sell groceries. Just basic snacks breads and drinks. Every time I go here it is packed! The lines are very long and the cashier has actually messed up on my purchase multiple times (scanned things twice). This store is small and very cluttered. The super Walmart by red hawk is about a mile closer to my house, I will just be going there instead it's huge and it is clean also less crowded! read more

Totally hate the place, one of my rare times i went there to get the T-mobile 30$ package, tried to activate it and failed and T-mobile advised me to replace it with a new one from walmart, so the guy at electronics isn't only lacking experience but also rude, when i explained the problem he told me that there is no refund and it's final although the cashier told me it's refundable !! So i tried to explain this to the guy and he replied with a rude way "just go to the customers service"!! Finally, they did it at customers service without a problem except for a long line. I frequently go to Wal Mart in Lake Elsinore, good prices and friendly staff, and I have never had a problem.... The other day I bought press on nails, when I opened the packet I found that the nails had already been used, there was no glue, and the nails in the back has hair and black stuff on it... Gross right!!??.... But I understand that stuff happens... So I took it back to wal mart MURRIETA, and asked if I could just exchange them for another pair since the ones o had were faulty.... Louie looked at me and asked for the receipt, i said I'm sorry I don't have the receipt, but I do have the card I paid for them with, and I didn't want a refund, just a simple exchange.... He looked at his manager with a face that said "trouble maker" -_- then said can u handle this please ... Damien or Dillon... I don't remember his name as he didn't introduce himself, just simply looked at me and said. "You need your receipt".. Then went back to emptying the cart he was next to... I said, I'll just go switch them out myself then, since it is not legal to sell faulty products.... He yelled "no u won't, I'll get my lost prevention team on you"... He then followed me around the whole store!!! ... I called customer service, and the nice lady told me that they can refund or exchange things if u have your card! And that even she thought he was extremely unprofessional!!! I myself am a manager and in customer service, I would never have treated someone that way, sooooo unprofessional!! No wonder they have 2 stars!!! Horrible service, I am so upset.... Working in customer service myself I tend to be accepting of issues and policies... So to get treated so bad! I can't believe it... I waited half an hr to get assistance in the jewelry dept....and when I was FINALLY helped by a manager, he acted as if he was brutally inconvenienced how about this for thought.....if you don't want to work, don't like your job...maybe u should help someone else by freeing up a position & QUIT!!!! As much as I don't like coming here, can't help it because it's close to where I live and walmart does make it easier to do groceries because they sell everything you need. As usual it's super busy here and the employees are always rude and unhelpful. Their bathroom is the worst, it's dirty and nasty and is always out of paper towels or toilet paper, so make sure you used the bathroom before coming to this store. read more

Well, to begin. I'm trying to be as unbiased as I can, being a Target employee. I called the manager the day before, and they said that they would allow me to get reprints of my art because it cropped out all of the words on it. So I go in, only to be waiting for an employee for 15 minutes. Once an employee comes, I am told that I can't get a print, and that they printed it out and already had to reprint it. Then, she sets me aside to help 4 other customers, yet again waiting for another 10 minutes. I'm outraged and this is ridiculous customer service. Several employees passed after my initial wait, and none of them bothered to ask if i was helped yet. I should've known better. read more

They are always out of stock of everything I came there for. It never fails. Don't know if it's someone who doesn't know how to take inventory or if they can't stock the shelves quick enough. They have a very limited selection in the electronics section. Some of their prices have gone way up. Come on! You guys are Walmart so why are you trying to charge so much on your products? My wife was at Walmart in murrieta recently and she had the oil changed while she shopped. Keep in mind that I am an Auto Technician and was VERY hesitant to let anyone change her oil in her vehicle. Going against my best judgement, I went ahead and let them do it. Well we told them the basic oil change will do and the supposed "Technician" ( I hate having to call him that) said he would check our air filter for us and I stated that it was fine and I just replaced it not to long ago. We were then told that he would check it anyways even though I told him NO. Well we go shopping in the store and an hour later they call us back to get our vehicle. We go to pay and on the Service ticket I see "replaced Air Filter" on it and I told them I specifically said no on the air filter. The Service writer at the desk calls the Tech over and after being told that it wasn't suppose to be replaced, he literally throws a fit and gets my car and brings it back in to the Bay Area to replace the old one for the new one. After all is said and done the tech comes in and starts saying something to the service writer and she laughs but sees me standing there and she looks away from him and nudges her head towards me and he turns around and his face went white. Unfortunately I didn't hear them but I soon found out why...the air filter cover screw holder (where the screw goes in) was broke, there was another screw missing, and two others were not screwed in but barely. Also the air filter rubber seal was sticking out of the two compartments. Needless to say I was very upset. I pulled back up to the servise bay and I spoke to the tech who tried denying putting it back together like that and one I threw out that I was an Auto Technician and also that there are certain rules all mechanics have to follow by law, he quickly changed his story. His shop manager was standing there by this time and we went through the whole claim process and now the store manager is saying that they don't know if they can replace the part and if they do replace the part we have to go to the dealership and buy it ourselves and they will reimburse us for it. This is unsat for a proffesional shop and a proffesional business. Like I stated to the shop manager and the store manager, if he was one of my Technicians and lied like he did, I would have fired him on the spot!!! Stay away from these guys if you want a running vehicle still and go to your local auto shop or dealership for maintance. Or just do it yourself! read more

I popped in walmart the other day for some cheap supplies, and saw a bike I wanted to purchase. I came back a few days later for the bike. I wanted to try out a lot of different bikes before purchasing, and did so, it took about an hour and a half before I found another bike I liked much better than the first one, but the tires were really flat. Almost every bike i tried had something wrong with it, whether it was clicking, rusty, or flat tires. The bike I picked out was making a weird noise, and I thought it was due to the tire, so we asked an associate if we could get them pumped, she told us to wait in the toy department for another employee. We waited for ten minutes before she came back again and thought I was the employee. When I told her that I wasn't, she said she was sorry and went to go get ANOTHER employee. Twenty minutes later, we're still waiting, and so we decided to go get a bicycle pump from one of the isles and use it ourselves. After we road the bike around, we noticed it was still giving off the sound, so we waited another ten minutes or so for this "employee", that never came. We left the bike there, we won't be buying from here again. Target Forever. read more

I never thought I'd make a yelp review for walmart. But there's a gentleman in there that turned my slow long day at work, into a pleasant one. His name is John and he's one of the sales associates. He's an older gentleman and he definitely made my day better just by how much of a people person he is. I've never talked with someone so nice at a walmart before. I want to thank Stephanie and Grace in the auto dept at Murrieta Walmart. They went out of their way to help me with my tire. I ordered my tires from them online bought the road hazard warranty and ended up 1 month 1/2 getting a bolt in my tire. They don't carry that tire in house so she suggested I order a new one online and they would reimburse me. Went to do that but.... OUT OF STOCK. So they suggested for my safety they give me a loaner tire and when the other tires come back in stock I will get reimbursed. I did not have to pay for the loaner either. Stephanie has a great attitude with all she is trying to hold down back there and Grace was just as nice. I did have to wait a long time though for install, that's the down fall.. They need more mechanics. I was there around 8*15am did not get out till 10*30am. read more

I hate this Walmart I only come to this one when I don't have time to drive to the one in Temecula. It's always overcrowded or at least seems to be that way since it is a smaller Walmart. More clean & organized then Elsinore's Walmart- that's why I decided to do my layaway here..still doesn't change the fact that their customer service seems to be a fail at every Walmart I walk into to. .. Few days ago I'm just trying to give your company $ to put to my items on layaway .. At least 5 employees walk past me! No one even looks at me.. When I try to ask for help a women literally kept walking past me and I was practically yelling "hello!?!! Can you help me!?!" I went to their tire & lube dept. Monday for an oil chg and tire repair (slow leak). The tire was not repairable so I was told by John that the replacement would be pro-rated and he went to get me a price. When he returned, he said it would be replaced at no charge which was awesome. 2days later, I go to leave for work and discover low tire pressure on the same tire that was supposedly replaced. Low & behold - they hadn't repaired or replaced it. I returned this afternoon and explained this to Manny who didn't seem to care what anyone else had told me on Monday despite his title being "Support Manager". The only support he offered was to tell me my tire was not under warranty, was not purchased from them and would cost $102 or $119. Why wasn't I told this on Monday!? Why wasn't I told as I was driving away that my tire hadn't been repaired or replaced and why did they say they would replace it if they couldn't or wouldn't? I drove away thinking I had a new tire only to discover they hadn't done ANYTHING during that extra 1/2 hour I waited. Manny could use some training on how to be customer service oriented as well. You get what you pay for so I won't be shopping at Walmart anymore! By the time I convinced someone to go get a manager, I was livid and didn't want their offer of a $25 gift card or the apology, although I believe Bev was sincere - it was too late. I actually left and went to a tire store (Americas Tire Co) where I laid twice as much ($211) for a new tire w/warranty in addition to warranty on the other 3 tires that weren't even purchased there in addition to getting excellent service from gentlemen who are trained professionals and care about their customers. read more

Our go to Wal-Mart Supercenter. It used to be open 24 hours, but they changed that. It has more or less everything you need from food, clothes, school supplies, pet food, etc. I like that they have rearranged the floor plan. It is sad that they had to put locks on some items 'coz of steeling. The employees are all very helpful and nice. Overall, it is easy to come in and shop with whatever you need. read more

Parking here is a complete pain, it's always crowded and there's always massive lines to check out. Not a very organized store. There are always bins of product in the walkways, which makes customers have to line up to get around. read more

Went to get my oil changed today. Luckily there was no line. They helped me immediately. All the staff were super friendly but so am I lol. Jeremiah, Dale and Shannon are all super stars there and made me feel welcomed and life we were old friends even though I'm young, silly me. Did a little shopping, picked up a new friend/ fish named Fleet Wilson or Wilson for short. Anyways what a fun experience for such a boring errand. I had really high hopes. In February I had to have a tire replaced. And they did such a good job. They had my tire there, installed it, gave me a run down and everything. I was in and out in under an hour. Today I went to get another tire replaced. I was sitting in my car, waiting, for 20 minutes. No one came up to me. No one. When I went to go talk to someone in the auto department, they told me that there were 10 people in the bays and they should have helped me. The woman who ended up helping me was super rude. Not sure what I expected... But it was a heck of a ton better than what I experienced. read more
