I had really high hopes. In February I had to have a tire replaced. And they did such a good job. They had my tire there, installed it, gave me a run down and everything. I was in and out in under an hour. Today I went to get another tire replaced. I was sitting in my car, waiting, for 20 minutes. No one came up to me. No one. When I went to go talk to someone in the auto department, they told me that there were 10 people in the bays and they should have helped me. The woman who ended up helping me was super rude. this place sucks because they made me a color paint then couldn't make it again not even a week later and would not refund my money since I now had to buy more paint to cover up the color I just put on. I couldn't even get a discount on new paint which would have been approximately 10 gallons for their own incompetence. The assistant manager said only the manager can make colors, so what the fuck does his name tag have manager on it for? he didn't want to help me or even call the the actual manager to try to and resolve the issues he stomped his feet as he walked away and then turned around and came back up to me saying the manager doesnt like to be bothered on his days off. Been finding a lot of expired food on the shelves. Returns are becoming difficult lately too even with valid receipts and visual mobile receipts whatever reason they want to throw at you. I needed to exchange a tablet for my son who unfortunately didn't spend Christmas with me so I just recently realized it was out of his age bracket I was willing to take store credit even though I had the receipt but because it was 15 days past Christmas they refused to do an exchange for me. I even spoke with the manager mac who didn't want to waste his time trying to make my experience any better or help me in any way. Customer service here is TRASH ! I went to self check out and I paid $40 in cash and I was trying to pay the other half which was $27 with my gift card which has 38.00 in it . I tried a few times and their machine froze when I put another $40 in cash in. I told them that their machine had froze so it did not show up on the screen when I put it in. I even had my receipt from the bank that I took out $100 an hour after I went shopping for my family and I. They had called the store manager to come help me and she literally just stared at me with a blank face and tell me I couldn't get my money back when it was their machines fault !!!! I don't even remember her name because she was so blantantly rude and uncaring, she was a short Filipino lady with highlights So I told her I have the receipt that I took $100 out my bank down the street and I showed her the $20 I had left over because I put $80 in their machine and she just basically told me to go fuck myself. Great Walmart with helpful service and friendly employees. What sucks though are plenty of dirt-bag customers and lowlifes.. Two weeks ago saw a fight in the Easter section when some young punk started hitting on a married lady (with small kids) in front of her husband. Watch yourself in the parking lot too, as no one seems to know what courtesy or respect is behind the wheel. They will try to race you, ignore pedestrians, and fight for parking spaces. I would give this store a zero if possible. The store is always a mess and it is very crowded with merchandise. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. If you try to call to see if something is in stock, they never come to the phone. I have attempted to use the pick up in store online and they debited my account but then sent an email saying the order could not be filled because the item was not in stock. This last time I went I was treated badly and the wait was so long I ended up leaving. Bad communication skills here. All they want is your money and they end up messing up your car. This Walmart website located in Murrieta was advertising a item on sale before I went there (I have to drive for 20 min) I call but no one pick up. So I went but lady associate that works there told me they don't have any more because it was a deleted item. So whay in the whole world the item is showing on the website as available. False advertising and of course they blame the website. So they either have to get a better IT tech or respect what the adds are offering. I went to this Walmart today and left feeling really sad. I glanced at the fish section and saw multiple tanks that were filthy. Upon looking further there were several tanks that had a litter of dead fish stuck to the filter. These fish didn't look like they had died anytime soon either. I understand fish die and things happen, but this was neglect and animal abuse. I felt so bad that I almost bought some fish to save them from this awful environment. In the process of spending $190, I came across a silverware tray by mainstays for 97 cents. It was in a stack with about ten other trays. It rang up $2.37. The cashier sent another cashier to check the item. After waiting with my two young children some ten minuets, the other cashier checking on the item returned and said that all the trays were in fact under a 97 cent price tag, but were put there incorrectly. Consequently, they wouldn't honor the price. Upon leaving the store, Romelo the door clerk, asked for my receipt, then studied it for some 5 minuets as to imply I stole something. WEDNESDAY NIGHT AROUND 7:30 the woman at the self check out was REALLY RUDE. She kept messing somthing up on the checkout machine and was yelling at my wife and blaming her. Customer service counter personnel are rude. Went there to return a battery charger that I only bought 3 weeks at the most that did not work. Lady at the counter asked her manager if it was ok to return as I didn't have a receipt. The manager said no even after I saw her authorize a return that was not even purchased at the store. She told the other customer that it was against store policy to do it but she said that she would do it for her anyway. After the manager said no, the lady who was helping me just walked off and left me hanging there. Kinda made me feel like I was some dirt bag trying to rip off the store. The only one who got ripped off was me. I see people returning things with the containers destroyed and all kinds of dumb things that aren't even worth the gas to drive over ther for. ZERO STARS!!! The Photo Department here is HORRIBLE!!!! I placed an online one hour photo order on Wednesday night and paid for them online so I could pick them up after work on Thursday. Thursday morning I received an email telling me my photos were ready to be picked up. Then a little bit later I received a text alert that they were ready to be picked up. THEN, I go to pick them up and I get told "Sorry, our picture machine broke last night." I am FURIOUS!!!! Really, you couldn't have called me and told me sometime today, like first thing in the morning?? I needed the pictures because they were Christmas presents and we're leaving to go out of state for Christmas vacation on Friday morning. What horrible service! I would have had time to go get them printed somewhere else had I known!!! By the way, this is the second time this has happened to me. I was shopping in the shoe department and noticed a worker was following me as she was putting away shoes, no big deal . Then i had gone down a different aisle and was walking down and she pushed her cart full of what she needed to put away in front of me . I kindly said excuse me and then she pushed me . She then made a very rude comment about me being in the way and then i said well either way i said excuse me (i believe her name is sandy) and she was like well ou walked in front of me and i said you walked in front of me and i said excuse ne nicely . This is a very large store. You can find everything you need here at a low price but (HUGE BUT) it's hard to find an employee on the floor. I walked half way around the store looking for an employee and when I found one behind the electronics desk, she completely ignored me saying "excuse me", "excuse me ma'am". I thought maybe she didn't here me so I kept saying excuse me louder and louder inches away from her and still she ignored the hell out of me. I know a lot of Walmart stores that hire disabled employee's but this woman wasn't deaf as she was in deep conversation with another employee AFTER I walked away with another employee that saw me being ignored and came over to assist me. I had a few choice words for her as I was walking away. I also told her she was very unprofessional and needed to go home if she didn't want to work! Still no response!
