She blamed 'supply chain issues' but when we asked for a tracking # or a screen shot of the order she said non were available. Two weeks later, I got a call to pick up the glasses. I used my lunch break, got there, and after 30 minutes of waiting, they were not ready. I was promised a fix in two weeks. 3 weeks later, I got my glasses and they are horrible, feels like I'm using an old glass bottle, there are all many angles to look at with different reading results. The owner/manager did not accept being confronted and kept saying that they will fix and to talk low, but at the end did nothing.
