The only good thing about this Walmart is that they are loaded with merchandise, a lot of variety. Other than that the bathrooms are filthy and the cashiers are slow. I went in a line with two people ahead with about 4 items each and it took me 15 mins to reach the front of the line. Also, the security guard is a joke. He was watching me as I checked out and once I started towards the door he got up and gestured with his hand to give him my receipt as if he was a cop with some authority or something. Yelp needs to think about a zero star option because if any establishment has earned zero stars, it's this wal mart. Recently they locked up all their cosmetics and some toiletries and put in a call button to push when assistance is needed. That wouldn't be a problem if someone actually came when the button was pushed. Several customers were waiting, some had been there as long as 30 minutes. I Tried to ask an employee walking by for help and was ignored. Asked another, she didn't have keys and said she was going to get someone. Waited longer then i FINALLY found someone to open it up. she said give her a second, then rudely and impatiently asked what I wanted. So i grabed it said thank you, she then took it away from me and said she had to bring it up to the counter for me. Then disapeared. So I waited at the regster for a while and she had finally brought up my product. The entire situation was ridiculous; if product is going to be locked up fine, but don't give me an attitude the whole time, it wasn't my decision to lock everything up. This made me feel like an unwanted and unappreciated prisoner or some sort. Again this was unbelievably ridiculous, the worst experience I've ever had at a store. I've had a bad experience with their customer service in the past. Today I'm calling them to try to see if they have an item in stock and out of the 5 times I called them I never found my answer. I got forwarded each time. 4 times no one answered. One time someone answered and I'm assuming she didn't know what she was doing so she forwarded me again without even telling me she was going to and again the phone rang over and over again with no answer. Terrible. Very crowded, always out of items or you'll find just 1 more left that's either broken, smashed, opened etc. Everything is locked up from makeup to baby stuff to shampoo. Then if you press the assistance button for something that's locked up the employees seem upset with a little attitude because they have to unlock the case. This is not the place to shop for makeup or skincare. Everything is locked up and they only have one employee handling all the customers. So this one employee is supposed to open up the display case just so someone can pick out what they want and then she has to go retrieve a different lockbox to put the item in so the customer can bring it to the register. It takes forever and it just really sucks. Some of this stuff is less than $10. Why is it being locked up. So lame. I tried to be patient. This lady kept saying she would help me but then she would go and help another person. After the fifth person. I gave up. I will go to Target or Ulta or Amazon or literally anywhere else. This Walmart location is not good my wife bought a deep fryer in a different Walmart and 3 weeks later it broke. But since this is the closest Walmart in my area so I tried returning it here. I forgot the receipt thinking I can return it fine. But guess what nope I am shit out of luck. I hadn't been to the Rancho Cucamonga Wal Mart for several months, and went last week. on February 26, 2019. The store was more disorganized then ever. The floors in several places were covered with blue tape to hide disrepair. In some areas the blue tape was coming up, and is a hazard for possible customers to trip on. This Walmart is beyond ridiculous! Not only do they lock everything up they are unappreciative when it comes to their customers trying to buy product. I understand they are trying to keep people from stealing and that is great, but I am a paying customer and I expect to receive the respect for actually paying for the product I want. Not only did I wait for 40 mins waiting for someone to open the case I was ignored by two employees, and when I finally did get someone's attention she didn't have the key. When I finally found someone who could open the case, she was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience when in all reality it is her job. I was not the reason for locking everything up and I do not deserve to be ignored. This has me very irritated because if you are going to lock everything up all employees should have a key so it's not such an awful experience. Because not only did I wait for an unreasonable amount of time to buy mascara, the employees need to have better attitudes and act more professional because if you can't do a job correctly then why have it? Ah The Rancho Cucamonga Wal-Mart! The Worst Managed Store in the Southern California area. I work here. I have been overnight stocking for one full year. Firstly the pay is absolutely terrible for the amount of work and grief you get. Customers treat you terrible and the Management treats the employees like crap. People bring their children at 3:00 a.m. to shop! Or they request some of the craziest things after dark and become irritated that we are out of it at Midnight! Please go home go to bed, there is nothing that you need at 4 a.m. that you can't get at 7 a.m.. I recommend shopping here at 8 a.m. the store is empty of customers and fully stocked. read more

This is the worst Walmart on the face on the earth in my opinion. I have been there countless times only to find them out of what I needed almost every time. And I'm talking about stuff that should be stocked that isn't something that is a usual purchase. And the pharmacy is ridiculous! They are always closed during the hours they say they are open. Very poor service. I made an online order to pick up in the store myself. I paid in full. It says not to show up at the store until you receive an email that the order is ready. My order was "supposed" to be ready at 10:00 am. I called at 3:00 pm to check and see what is going on. I got hung up on / accidentally disconnected 3 times before I finally was able to talk to someone. They only had 1 of 4 items and since a portion of the order was not in, I would never get an informative email. REALLY?... Online said that all items were available .. And they were not.
