Received some of the worst customer service/human interaction tonight at this Walmart in their 'Customer Service' department, that I have ever received at a Walmart before. Which is saying a lot, because 'great customer service' is not one of Walmart's strong suites. This Walmart is the reason why I go to Target for now on. The parking lot is filthy. Go in after 10pm and the employees are using profanities. I've never heard the "N" word used so many times in one sentence between two employees stocking. I've been there twice and seen fight breakout The police are always there. I went to this location to get my tires balanced. I'm posting this review because I think the Walmart technician did not re-install my tires properly. I don't know what they did, maybe didn't tighten the lug nuts adequately, but my front end was rattling and shaking whenever I applied the brakes going over 45 mph. I took the car in to get the brakes done at a dealership 2 days later and, mysteriously, even though the dealer did not re-balance the tires, the shaking is gone. I know a front brake job won't fix front-end shaking, so I think all the dealer did was tighten the lug nuts properly. The Walmart technician took me for a FOOL and told me I probably needed a new front axel - that my axel was causing the shaking. So, I wanted to tell the world that this tire center was not good to me, and might have done something dangerous to my car, so be careful. I've been to other Walmarts that did a fine job with my tires, but I sure won't be going back to this one. read more

This Walmart is terribly in disarray, even with all of the new remodeling done, it seems like they don't have enough staff at the registers and also the items on the shelves are messy with things strewn about on the floor. The management at this location needs to pay more attention to detail. They know they have a lot of traffic coming through on a daily basis, but they shouldn't take it for granted, because there are other Walmarts that are in a lot better condition and better managed! After about a 1 hour wait I have someone inform me that they don't have a tool necessary to do an oil change on my 2017 Chevy Malibu, not exactly a rare car. I usually go to this Walmart because its open late. Reason for the 3 stars: 1. I would fine certain items here that other Walmart does not have. 2. There are more items here compared to some other Walmart which usually runs out.. 3. Open REALLY LATE :) Now the things that I do not find really good about this Walmart is that the bathroom tends to be dirty that it takes time for them to clean it, and to top it off no mirror. :( Another things is that when we came here asking for a certain item the associate that assisted us didn't even know they have it that me and my husband just said okay then thanks anyways and that we would ask another person or look on our own. Also, the line in the return/service area can be really long that at times it is only one person working, or something went wrong with the computer that it takes long for another person to come and help or even to attend to the situation. Last, carts are everywhere that at times you would have to get out of your car to move the carts from the parking area. Also, customer services her can be poor for some are busy talking with another fellow co-worker, assistance is long, and like I have mentioned some don't even know they have an item or even if they even ever even carry the item that they tend to be shock that they have such thing. read more

This Walmart is as decent as the Walmart chain gets. Mediocre product, poorly staffed McDonald's, etc. However, the customer service here is above average when compared to other Walmarts I have encountered. No one will ask you if you need help, but they will help you without attitude when asked. The only place to avoid is the fabric section, they will give you attitude just for browsing their wares. The location is convenient and overall it isn't too dirty of a store. read more

Still the worst Walmart. We're experiencing horrible customer service from the pharmacy where I refill 3 medications a month. Went in there tonight because my 5 year old had ONE request & we could only find it there locally. I was intrepid, fearing the wait, etc. Parking lot was full, gift-wrapping fundraiser in the front, salvation army, it was a zoo. Then I went in the store. The first associate I saw (had an arm splint on), I showed her the pic, she led me directly to the item. It was oversized and she immediately called for help and got an L-cart for the item. I spotted another associate (blonde, just back to work after 4 days off due to a cold) for my other 5 year old's gift and she led me directly to the aisle and showed me where it was and I quickly found it. The 3rd associate (young male who gets the carts) helped me with the heavy lifting. All 3 associates I interacted with were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Despite it being very busy, I was in and out within half an hour and got the exact two items I came in for and they even pushed my items for me throughout the store, out to my car and loaded them in my car for me. It was even better than having a personal shopper. Way to Go Walmart! I wish I got their names but hopefully provided enough info to ID them if the manager is interested. read more

I can't believe I'm even going to waste time writing a review for Walmart, but the service and experience at this particular store is so bad I had to vent. Everything about this store is poorly managed; the inventory, the staffing, the shopping carts...everything. I've never had a quick checkout at this store owing in large part to the lack of front line staff. Moreover, if you need a video game or are picking up something from the store be prepared to wait for a very long time until someone shows up at the counter. The store's only redeeming feature is pricing, but it appears as though they are squeezing profit at the expense of the customer experience. BTW much of the experience could be improved with more attention to the way in which the staff is deployed. read more

My boyfriend bought me a refurbished tv online and when it got to my house it broke after 5 minutes. I took it to this store to exchange it. My bf had called them that morning and explained the situation. The girl that answered said we could get a full refund. When I got there they told me they couldn't look my order up or help me at all. Saying that the person we talked too had left and they never issue online refunds. My bf had to call them while I waited at customer service to even get a manager to show up. This Walmart is a dump, plain and simple. I work late and had to make a return. The returns desk closes at 10. I walked in at 9:58 and the woman (very rudely) tells me "we can't do a return we close at 10" and then turned her back to me. I went to find a manager and it took her 20 minutes to come out and tell me that all I had to do was go to a cashier. Maybe that's my fault for assuming that the RETURNS desk is the only place you can return an item. Anyway..... The store is seedy looking inside and out. NO STARS!!!! I needed a foundation and I'd just gotten off of work. Tried one other Walmart first, nope they were out of it. Said Thank You and went over to this location to try again, Please keep in mind I know the brand and color I need. I head to beauty and they are stocking, I see 2 Loreal cases in front of where I'm looking. I ask for assistance and the young lady informs me I have to come back in the morning to find what I need. Even though it's right in front of her....... I work in customer service so I thank her and try something else. I look for a manager and very kindly ask her if I may please just have someone get it out of the box. To which responds that they just started working and it's not an option. She also adds that they were stocking only Covergirl tonight because they hadn't received anything for Loreal...???? WOW Shows how much she knows! But again I didn't let it get to me I simply thanked her and walked out. So in the end I wasted gas, time, and effort coming here, I'm sorry Target doesn't stay open late otherwise this experience wouldn't have happened. Why do I choose to mention Target? Because they always answer your questions and always help you find what you need. Needless to say I'm never stepping into this place again, I recommend Management starts learning about Customer Service skills and then teaching it to their employees. Hi everyone , I came to this Walmart for car oil change today.I just got horrible service from them. I bought some things there and want to paid together with my car service. They charge over almost 6 dollars , and then I came back to tell them and they give my money back . This happen from here , the BMW cashier told me she don't have change for money and she ask black guy work with her go to get change for her . After almost 30 minutes he was back with the way slowly walking , he gave the bag to lady , when she open no change money inside and she ask him go to get the change again . He go to get the change with look like handicapped walking ( in that time I do not have patience anymore , I think how they have the way service like that because they got paid by hourly) . I very get mad because I need to go pick up my kids at school . I told that lady :" you guy work like sh...t , I never bring my car back for service " . I've gone to this Walmart alot, mostly to purchase clearance items or toys. This time I went to store pickup a bbq and purchase a TV. Had no problems with the purchases until I received help to put the items in my truck. The bbq was preassembled and I forgot my straps, well the cart narc who helped me put the bbq in my truck was making comments, like I cant believe you dont have straps, just continued comments. I didnt say much since he was older and fn working for Walmart. Horrible customer service right there! 30 days later, I have to return the bbq due to the motor going out. Go back to this Walmart, pull up my truck to unload. Was starting to be helped by a nice guy. Well..here comes cart narc. Me and the nice guy get the bbq down, and cart narc says you need to move your truck. Well no sh*t! Like does this guy fn smile! Is this place that miserable or is he just a d**k? I'll go with the d**k. Now, I get to the customer service counter, no wait, which was nice. This lady helps me, I told her I want to return my bbq. She says was it bought online? I said it was with a store pickup. Mind you I've started the return already through the app to simplify the process. The lady says we need your online receipt printed. What? Printed? I said I've started the process on the app. She says again, I need the online receipt. So, I ignored her and pulled up the app and showed her. The app says my return is pending, I pushed a button on the app and it says to scan a QR Code. She goes oh, scan the the one right here. Boom, my bbq was returned. Wtf! On top of it, her name tag says been working for 5 years. Let's go management, time to read your reviews on here. You're hiring the wrong people and refusing to listen to the feedback. Yelp needs to think about a zero star option because if any establishment has earned zero stars, it's this wal mart. Recently they locked up all their cosmetics and some toiletries and put in a call button to push when assistance is needed. That wouldn't be a problem if someone actually came when the button was pushed. Several customers were waiting, some had been there as long as 30 minutes. I Tried to ask an employee walking by for help and was ignored. Asked another, she didn't have keys and said she was going to get someone. Waited longer then i FINALLY found someone to open it up. she said give her a second, then rudely and impatiently asked what I wanted. So i grabed it said thank you, she then took it away from me and said she had to bring it up to the counter for me. Then disapeared. So I waited at the regster for a while and she had finally brought up my product. The entire situation was ridiculous; if product is going to be locked up fine, but don't give me an attitude the whole time, it wasn't my decision to lock everything up. This made me feel like an unwanted and unappreciated prisoner or some sort. Again this was unbelievably ridiculous, the worst experience I've ever had at a store. Watch out for this location at night. Actually, don't go to any Walmart locations at night unless you're strapped or you're ready to stab someone. Terrible. Very crowded, always out of items or you'll find just 1 more left that's either broken, smashed, opened etc. Everything is locked up from makeup to baby stuff to shampoo. Then if you press the assistance button for something that's locked up the employees seem upset with a little attitude because they have to unlock the case. This is not the place to shop for makeup or skincare. Everything is locked up and they only have one employee handling all the customers. So this one employee is supposed to open up the display case just so someone can pick out what they want and then she has to go retrieve a different lockbox to put the item in so the customer can bring it to the register. It takes forever and it just really sucks. Some of this stuff is less than $10. Why is it being locked up. So lame. I tried to be patient. This lady kept saying she would help me but then she would go and help another person. After the fifth person. I gave up. I will go to Target or Ulta or Amazon or literally anywhere else. They should at the very least have a number system or something. This store truly doesn't deserve my business. read more
