If I could give them a zero star I would. This review is based on my one visit today, whIch I regret to this second. There are few things that we hold as dearly as time. Wasted time that you'll never get back is a travesty. That's what happened today. As I had a $10 tv mount that was the wrong size, I happened to be in the area and thought I would pop in and return. I did not have my receipt and I paid in cash. I waited in their customer service line for about 20 or so minutes. The entire time there was a tv mounted with "return instructions". Essentially, all returns must be acompanied by a receipt. If it's less than $25 without a receipt (and ID) you can get cash back or gift card. I read it over and over as I waited patiently to return my item. When I finally arrived at the counter the counter also echoed the same return policy. Well, it's a lie!!! Yes, a lie!! The TV that is mounted on their wall with the return policy somehow doesn't apply to them. As a matter of fact the lady at the register and the manager didn't even know the content of what that tv monitor is playing!!! They all played stupid and REGARDLESS of the written policy in their counter and video it was a GIANT WASTE OF TIME. They REFUSED to refund my money nor give me a gift card, DESPITE their written policy!! Rude, condescending woman whose appearance made you think she must've just sucked on a lemon. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I waited an additional 20 minutes FOR NOTHING because first the maNager was in a meeting. Then the story changed to the maNager was helping an injured worker. WHATEVER!!! Obviously they doNt know their own policies, videos, jobs.....they don't know ANYTHING as far as I'm concerned and I regret that I stepped foot in that store! Shame on them! Brought a toddler bed rail online and did the driveup. Got to the store at 5:20pm and parked where the gardening entrance was. There were numbers in the 50s but in the app the numbers only went to 4. The minutes later it said I picked up my item but I was still waiting on my spot were nobody came out. I called the store to see why it said I got my own and the lady that picked up said with an attitude she didn't know and hung up. Like wtf this is my first time dying drive up and they gave my own to someone else... I don't understand how hard it is to do drive up, you don't need an education to do that job so how can they mess it up by putting it in the wrong car. Now I have to call my bank to cancel that payment and some other person got a free toddler bed rail. Never shopping here again its too unorganized. After delayed my merchandise shipment for three weeks, Walmart just rushed to refund my purchase. I have never requested for a refund. I want my merchandise. The reason they rushed to refund me because The current price of the Dyson vacuum is $344.57 but it was only $244.99 when I bought it on Thanksgiving sale and they failed to deliver it to me after three weeks. They didn't even apologize for the mishap. They should have let me pick up the item at any Walmart store or should have refunded me with the current price so I can buy one at the Walmart store. I am really disappointed the way they handled my case. I have contacted them a few times to concern about my purchase. but they did not resolve the issue and just said they will contact Dyson then never heard from them again. Walmart is so unprofessional and they put their profit over the value of a loyal customer. They will lose a lot of value customers if they don't handle it correctly. read more

Here we go with another WalMart review. On the surface you sort of expect better things from here since you're in Rancho Cucamonga near Foothill blvd with Victoria Gardens and other restaurants nearby, but for some reason its not better here. I'm giving it 3 stars because I've shopped here many times because like it or not this has been my neighborhood Wal-Mart. This Walmart is like a hub because it lies on the border of Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana so you get the best and the worst of both worlds here at this Wally World. Ive been to my share of Wal-Marts so I rate them on three categories 1) How clean it is 2) How edgy the scene is 3) The availability and access of items As far as cleanliness goes this Walmart sort of falls the middle. There's bad days and there's not so bad days, but It's definitely not bright in here and there is sometimes that Wal-Mart haze that floats over the air here mainly because of all the foot traffic that comes in and out of here. It gets busy in here for much of the day and so it can get stuffy in here. And it does get loud in here sometimes to. Floors pretty much dirty all the time here to. I often times wonder when this store gets a deep cleaning. Going back to the beginning of my review yes it really does get edgy in here at times. I've seen suspicious activity in the parking lot, people sleeping in cars, you see all walks of life here. From kids running around unsupervised to the guy that looks like he just got out of West Valley up the street to the pregnant mom who is ready to pop at any second with her kids clamoring at her legs as she's yelling at her kids yeah you do see everyone here. You know I will say this about Walmart you can definitely publicly discipline your kids here and no one bats an eye. It's almost expected. Oh and the employees make it even better experience. I mean some of them you don't even want to approach you and ask a question because they'd totally look like they're going through it it look like I saw one of them have the shakes, but I tip my hat to Walmart for giving pretty much anyone a job here, but there is certainly a lot of edgy employees here. I've seen employees short and confrontational with customers and they don't care either. It can get pretty wild in here at times. I just sit back and watch all the fun. You have to really look hard to find things at this Walmart it's not easily accessible. You're going to have to dig back in the Isles in the shelves you're going to have to track down an employee to open up the razors and the hair dyes or whatever else you need because they do keep things pretty locked up here. And it's always something missing here to you just can't seem to find everything you need. That goes back to all the foot traffic that comes in and out of this Walmart and that being it's one of the only ones in this particular area. Remember one time I ask an employee to help me find something she never came back. Just left me standing there for 5 minutes before I realize she's not coming back for me. Yeah they have a short-term memory span over here cuz I saw her 15 minutes later in another part of the store but I didn't say anything I just got my items and left. Oh Wally World how much I love thee. If you live in this area you're pretty much stuck going in this Walmart. Even with everything said I have to give it 3/5. You just got to let everything roll off your shoulders here. You'll learn to if you come here enough. read more

Ordered online and selected store curbside pick up. Pulled up, checked in on the app and waited. Waited 20 mins before calling the number on the parking spot sign. They answered right away and said they were on the way out. They came out, checked my ID and put my items in my truck. The guy helping was friendly and thanked me for waiting. I placed an online order for pickup order yesterday night and it was ready the following morning. I had NO issues at the pick up desk. I gave 4 stars because I did not receive an email notification that my order was ready. I had to check myself. They do however have many things that other stores do not have at this time. Another reason for the 4 star rating was because we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come open the glass door to get light bulbs for my sons truck headlights. Why is it no one answers the phone? I placed an order from this location, rather than my normal neighborhood market(complete accident). Once I realized I was sitting at the wrong location, I called this Walmart to notify someone of the mishap and that I was on the way. I called many times, with no answer. Finally, I pressed the option for pharmacy. A young lady answered the phone, and I explained my reason for calling. She she said she would transfer me to someone, but of course no one ever picked up. This Walmart on the out side looks trashy until you see all the security cameras outside. The parking lot all ways packed and lots of cops looking for cars with expired tags Inside this is a older store and all most every thing on lock-down like the rest of the Walmart. The floor is torn apart and restroom closed. What i seen on different reviews employees are lazy and really don't care. I had a family friend tell me about this store and how stupid and lazy management is and how so many people get fired with in 3 months for stealing. I was having a good until I went here. THE AISLE Numbering makes no sense. I bought a PINK LADIES' ROBE ...AS A GIFT. THE MORONIC CASHER PUT A DIRTY WATER MELLON ON TOP OF IT. I waited in the Burger King line up to 30 minutes before I left. There was only one customer in front of me. Do not waste your time going to Burger King here. Good service MAY be a thing of the future. It does not exist now. Just tried to return a baby shower gift. Was told they no longer accept ANY returns without a receipt. Doesn't make any sense considering their website clearly states they do. I purchased a dog crate online for pickup in store and waited and waited for the email that it was ready. Update: Today we went for a Walmart run to buy stuff for the kids. A few of the staff there were not so friendly. My mom spilt her drink and I flagged a staff member down to let them know that there was a spilt beverage on the floor. As I went back to buy another drink and walked out the door, a male staff member was yelling around the spilt area complaining to the security stating,"That Damn lady didn't even say a word about the spill and took off!" Even the security lady gave me a dirty look as I walked out. I think that was really rude for him to vent out loud to other staff members. What did he want us to do? Worship him?! We had babies with us and couldn't do much. I did say thank you and said sorry when he first arrived ,and he just ignored me and kept ranting. If you are the type of person that is not happy about your job, then maybe you need to change your type of work. I'm sure he did realize the type of job he's doing, and the potential situations that can occur at a Walmart. The greeters and receipt people when you leave are really sweet. But my experience checking out was super awkward because the cashier was told by management to turn on her light and the cashier shouted back "I'm not ready! You guys don't give me enough time to get ready." Then 2 other employees come by and talk to her, she tells them "Did you hear what I told her *chuckles* I told her I wasn't ready because she asked me to turn on my light" Meanwhile there's a line forming behind me and as she's scanning my last few items another manager tells her to turn on her light because she has a line anyways. She proceeds to tell him the same thing, "I'm not ready I haven't even wiped anything down!" I understand her frustrations weren't directed at me, but it made me very uncomfortable as I stood there listening to them argue. If I had 15 or less items I would've had no issue using one of the several open self check out kiosks, but I wanted to respect the rules and go through the lane. I shouldn't have been made to feel like a burden for choosing their establishment. I'm actually glad they don't have that many registers open because now I have time to writ this review while I wait in this long line to buy some aluminum foil that only costs $1.25. I came in, found what I needed and saw that the lines upfront were ridiculously long so I went to the electronics section to make my trip quicker. When I got to the electronics section there was no line and the register was open. So I waited until I saw someone who worked here and when I did I made eye contact with him to indicate I was ready to make my purchase. He walked into the open area, looked at me, turned around and walked away and left me standing there as an indication that he couldn't be bothered with helping me. I stood there for a few minutes hoping he would come back, and that I had misunderstood him, but he didn't return. I went to the front to check out and after I had been in line waiting, the check out lady turned her light off and told me I needed to go to another line even though there were only two people in front of me. Every week my kids and I shop here in Saturday morning and every week we stop by the fish tanks and look at the fish, especially the puffer fish. Puffer fish are salt water fish, so they always have a cup of aquarium salt in the tank with the puffers. Today we stopped by the tanks and my son and I were upset to see many of them at the bottom of the tank. One was dead. They were clearly in distress and the cup that typically holds the salt was empty. I saw that they had aquarium salt but the tanks were locked. We started looking for someone to open the top of the tank so the fish could get some salt. The first two associates we encountered were sympathetic but had no keys to the tank. Then, we saw another associate and asked him for help. He came over and looked at the empty salt cup. I pointed out that they always have salt but they're dying now because the cup is empty. We just need to make sure the salt they have open next to the aquariums gets into that tank. He then angrily told me "No. We are not going to do that. We replace these fish every week and that cup must have come empty this time." He then took the open package of aquarium salt they have for the fish and walked off with it. Such a cold lack of concern for living things... Even if you only see them as merchandise, why allow your company merchandise to be destroyed when the means to salvage it is literally in your hands? read more

I called about 3pm and spoke with an "Allison" with the Walmart - Auto Center who answered the phone in a very rude way. I asked Allison when do they stop accepting cars for oil changes ( which should normally take about 15-35 minutes) . She told me that they can accept me at 7:30 pm because they had been really busy . ( mind you my car is in despite need of an oil change , and today is they only day I have off to get it ) I drive my car to Walmart auto center and see 5 cars parked . I got behind a line that said ( wait behind this line and someone will be right will you ) I waited for approximately 10-15 minutes. It was about 6:50 pm at that time. Since no one came to help me , I got out of my car and went inside the customer service line . I walked through the door and see two people standing in line . The lady at the desk , who had happened to be Allison , gave me a blank stare, her eyebrows were scrunched, it looked as if she was mad dogging me . Instead of saying hi welcome can I help you , I got a rude "do you need something ?" I said yes , I spoke with you and I'm here for an oil change . Allison told me I'm sorry we stop taking cars for oil changes . I kindly asked her to speak with management because that is what I was not told . She said " ugh okay hold on , ugh people " underneath her breath. This is when the assistant manager (John ) came out and asked how can I help you . I explained to him the situation and the possible mis-understanding . He said there is nothing I can do for you even if you were here earlier . So I asked for his manger . His manager never came out to speak with me about the situation, however, John tells me we can go ahead and accept your car and it is going to be a long time and then walked away . I asked John who was the approving super visor and he told me " it was not that it was approved , it was that me and her discussed it and it was the best decision to accept you" Wow!! Why did it take so long for the tommy copper cage thing to be opened . This guy by the area told me press the button someone coming . Um you're standing here staring into space why not just open it smh. I usually end up having to hunt someone down to get what I need. Shop here at own risk. I honestly do not prefer to shop at Walmart as I have had many negative experiences shopping here. but as a last resort I decided to go to see if I could find a swimsuit because I haven't found anything anywhere else. I was told by the manager that no swim items could be tried on because of sanitary reasons but prior an employee said that only tops could be tried on because people have been trying stuff on with no undergarments Which I found strange because you are still allowed to try on other clothing items as well as swim trunks. I was told I could purchase the items and try them on at home and bring them back which they would accept as a return however once items are returned they throw them away which I also find weird because why would they want to just loose money like by disposing of merchandise. So buyer beware! It is not worth the headache. No sense in shopping here unless you absolutely need to. read more

Wow I am so happy with the customer service from here! I am so thankful for the big smiles at the end of the night in the return department. My wife sent me in with the diapers from our baby shower that didn't fit our little boy anymore, he grew out of them so quick! This return department was super helpful and absolutely cool! I gotta tell you, if you are trying to just survive on a low dime, please consider using their auto services. I get my cars and trucks maintained there all of the time, and they are utterly amazing. I recommend that you get your cheapo tires there, too. Just call ahead of time and bring a good book or two, as I do. You and I don't need expensive repair shops. They will do the basics for you: windshield wipers, oil changes, tire rotations and the like. Because of what I've done my cars and trucks last to around 200,000 miles. I then buy another old beater and do it again. The fools are the ones who keep buying new cars and trucks. They then become 'slaves' to their horrible jobs. I don't work, and do exactly what I want to...act/sleep in late/teach when I want to/stare at women, etc. Life is good. Peace, out. read more

This is the worst Walmart ever. It's the closest one to where I live so I come here from time to time but today is the last time. Usually, I go to the Super Walmart on Mountain Ave or the Neighborhood Market in Upland. However, what brought me here today, was a last minute oil change and tire pressure check. If you want to find a good selection of products (typical Walmart "stuff") and/or halfway decent service, don't bother coming here. The employees that work in the Auto center here, don't have any people skills. They'll just look at you when you pull your car in, while it's not busy (guys sitting out on benches in the front). When you finally flag someone down, they are not really eager to help you. They just write down your order & cannot give you a decent estimate of when the service will be completed. We are sitting here now, still waiting, even though we were the first car in line. It has been over an hour and no one has come by. I'm getting ready to get up and ask what's going on after I'm finished with this review. Stock here is very low on common items or non existent. It has always been that way at this location. I also had a horrible experience with an older woman who works in the fabric department. My daughter and I had to convince her to do the job that she is paid to do. She's rude and has a horrible attitude . To be honest, I don't expect a whole lot when I come to Walmart to begin with, but I do expect to be able to find common products and a little bit of service. Basically, you can find almost anything in there. Prices are pretty good if you are on budget. The staff's helpfulness was ok. They do direct you to where you need to go if you are in search of something particular. However the line is pretty long at the returns most of the time. It's stupid that Walmart will not do returns yet on clothes. If the tags are on and I have the receipt. There is no reason not to return them. They will return online and at Sams club.
