I went to the tire center and did my 2 tires on my vehicle. Told the cashier Alexis At the tire center that I wanted my back tires done only. They said it will be 1 hour wait. Ended up waiting 3-4 hours. And they installed the tires on the wrong side. They installed it on the front. Not on the back as I stated. I went back and told this issue to the tire manager Eric. He said he will take care of it. They installed it and was on still on the wrong side again when it was finished. Shortly after, it started making noise, and one of my the tires they installed and I bought from them was defective. I went back to tell them the issue and to get a replacement. They wanted to charge me for it, when it's under warranty and still under the return policy. Since I just bought it. I refused. Then They have finally agreed to put it on. They said it will be 45 mins to 1 hour. Stayed there again for another 3-4 hours. The worst service ever. And they all don't know what they are doing. I highly recommend to do your tires elsewhere to get better quality tires and better service. Do not come here. read more

I went in to this Walmart for one specific item and once I got to the correct aisle I was immediately asked by an employee if I needed assistance. Adam was kind and courteous and helped me get the perfume I needed from the locked cabinet. He walked with me to the self checkout and it was overall an easy checkout. My major gripe with this store is their electronics department and you department. When it comes to movies they never put out the new releases on time. It should be stoked the night before after closing. Not mid day on Tuesday. People that buy physical media knows that Tuesdays are new release day. So we get there when it opens or later. It's so annoying that it could be around 2pm and they still haven't stocked them yet. I asked for a new movie today and I got some attitude from 1 of the 2 guys that works in the electronic area. Like if I was bothering him from doing nothing. He finally go around stocking it and knew I was waiting for him to be done. I was waiting right around the corner from him in eyes sight still. When he was done he just locks it up and goes to the back of the storage part of the store and doesn't come back. And of course the other guy there is to busy doing the stupid pictures stuff he can't be bothered to help anyone. And when it comes to specific toys (collectibles) they never stock them. Wednesday morning must be the moron shift. I went in to buy an item that was in stock according to the website. I went to the garden dept to find it. I was sent buy the checker to the front checkout because that's were the aisle location was. Along the way I stopped and asked an employee and he just pointed me towards the front. I end up asking 2 other employees at the front checkout area and both just said "over there". Nothing! I couldn't find it. I asked another employee on my way BACK to the garden dept and he said "that guy in garden doesn't know anything" and told me to ask a different employee! I got back to the garden dept and showed the checker the item on the website. He said "thats over by the front checkout". At that point I threw my arms up and walked out in disgust! I asked 5 different employees and not ONE of them actually would move their lazy unmotivated rears to help my find the item. I've been shopping at this location for 30 years. The carelessness of this store is ridiculous. They have cut jobs tremendously, and with the money they have saved from not paying people and having robots instead of fixing their outdoor parking lot and adding adequate light, the CEOs have pocketed for themselves. Tonight my child was hurt in the shopping cart because they do not fix their parking lot. My flash was on this area when I took this picture, this is a huge pothole in the parking lot where they crappy cart got stuck in the pothole and dump my child from the shopping cart. I went here to return a gift I purchased on Black Friday per every other Walmarts policy, holiday returns are valid up until January 31st. It is the 30th. This individual would not allow me to return the broken gift I purchased. I didn't even know it was broken until Christmas Day. He stated that this Walmart has their own manager policy ! When asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was the manager. Until I snapped this photo is when he actually called the LEAD not even the manager. But while waiting he told me he needed me to leave his store or I was going to get escorted out. Prior to this he kept telling me I had more than enough time to return the item(although I did, I was going by policy and common we all have a life) I'd obviously return a broken item the soonest I could, if I had the time. It was my problem and I needed to deal with it. When the lead came she got it approved by phone to get a return via gift card. Although they pulled up the purchase via my debit card. He kept arguing while she was doing the return and I shared how he lied about being a manager, she seemed to not care and allowed him to yell at me to get out of the store and hurry up and leave. This is not specific to the Rancho Cucamonga location. My experience was on Walmart.com I would give Walmart ZERO stars if this was an option. I purchased 2 Samsung Chromebooks--1 for each of my daughters, and then cancelled them to purchase an HP chromebook instead. However, I could not even purchase 1 computer due to "quantity limitations" even though I haven't made a single purchase. After speaking with customer service for 15 mins, they informed me that they could not "reset" the error that is showing I've already purchased this HP Chromebook (which I have not). The FIRST time I placed the order it was cancelled--what kind of quantity limitation is this? Is Walmart out of stock on these computers? Just say so and stop wasting everyone's time. Next, the Walmart representative suggested I purchase the computer as a "Guest" without logging in to my (wife's) Walmart account. He said there was an "account limit" for purchasing the computers. REMEMEBER: I haven't purchased a single computer yet. Nevertheless, I received the same cancellation message. Then, I created my own account to attempt to buy a computer. Negative: Cancelled. I tried to make a purchase with a different credit card as a Guest: Cancelled. Finally, I tried to buy a computer using a completely different email account: Cancelled. Walmart, you need to fix this if you would like to have customers. This is a simple thing that caused an extraordinary waste of time. What a terrible experience. I will no longer be purchasing anything from Walmart. I will also be informing all of my friends and family about this terrible experience. And I'm done.... I usually go to Target, but for some reason the one on Foothill felt far away this past weekend and I visited the Walmart Rancho Cucamonga location on Sunday...what a mistake. Literally, all I needed was a new broom (mine broke cleaning out the garage), a little spider for my daughter for a Halloween decor/project, some alcohol for a cocktail for the World Series and some AAA batteries. Since the batteries are located at the front of the store, I started with my list there. I noticed that all of the batteries are locked up to prevent theft. This is not the case for batteries at literally any other store on earth. In fact, there is even a store that only sells batteries (plus bulbs) called, well, Batteries Plus Bulbs. If they followed the whole Walmart approach, there should be barbed wire, locks, cameras....an armed security guard. Maybe a moat? So I push the contact a sales associate button and wait about 6-8 minutes - which wasn't bad as I had my earbuds in listening to the day's football games on SiriusXM radio. When the sales associate arrives, I ask her for the large pack of Duracell AAA batteries, to which she quickly grabs them. I then reach for them and she pulls away. I said, "can I get them now?" She said, "No, which checkout line are you going to?" I said, "I am not sure, I have more purchases to make. Can you drop them in my cart?" She said "NO," (LOLOLOLOLOLOL) and explained to me that I had to pick them up at the checkout stand and declare to her which checkout stand I would use when I was done shopping in 10-15 minutes. Since I am not able to tell the future like Nostradamus, I wasn't sure which line would be most appealing at that time. I went about my purchases - found said broom, said spider and then I go to the booze aisle, and wouldn't you know it? LOCKED UP TOO. I had decided I wasn't going to play this childish game again and press the sales associate button for some damn TITO's Vodka...so I just grabbed a six-pack of IPA returned to check out stand no. 1, which I had stated in my declaration some ten minutes prior. I then gave my credit card and was allowed to touch the batteries for the first time and they were glorious. Everything I thought they would be and more. Worst walmart store. There customer service is really bad. There is a worker there named Carmen and a supervisor named Angelica who where super rude. Went to buy storage containers and the lids were missing so I asked a really nice guy and he said I was able to take the the lids as long as they fit in the container. Then Carmen came over with out asking anything and said whose were the wrong lids. I asked of then can you look for the right lids and she said no I can't bacause you asked. Ok so I asked for a supervisor that's when Angelica came over and they started texting each other about me. I honestly thought all they had to to is give me the right lids and I would have been on my way but no they had to make it so difficult. Went to pick up some cat food, as I was loading it in the trunk of my car I saw one of the ghetto gals, a regular tenant of the parking lot, sneak up behind my car and then just stand. So I bust out the cell phone and start videoing as I start up the car and put it in reverse. Before I had a chance to release the parking brake, she hit the back of My car with her hand and started yelling that I hit her. WORST "customer service" EVER!! Placed an order for pick up to be ready before 8PM December 1st. Order was delayed. No biggie. Waited. And waited. AND WAITED. Finally on the 5th I tried calling to find out WHAT was going on with my order now 5 days late. Pressed 3 for Pick Up Orders department. It rang and rang and rang and rang. After about 3 or 4 minutes, someone picked up and HUNG UP! I called back. Same thing. Called again, this time pressing 0 "to speak with an associate". Again. It rang and rang and rang and rang. After about 3 straight minutes of ringing someone FINALLY picked up and asked who I was holding for. I said I was waiting for ANYONE to answer their phones, that they were the first voice I had heard. She apologized, asked who I needed to speak to, I explained I was waiting for an order for pick up for the last few days and no one in that department is answering their phones. She placed me on hold to contact that department, came back on the line and said she was going to transfer me over, that "they said they would answer the phone". Wanna guess how long I've been waiting for someone to pick up the phone now? It's been ringing for 4 minutes. This is now going to turn into a Live Action review because it's still ringing and have yet to hear another human voice... or even automated voice. So after 5 minutes of ringing I finally get someone to pick up. Guess who? The same lady that picked up before. She said, "Well they said they would pick up". I said, "It rang 5 minutes straight and then I ended back with you." She tried transferring me again. Now It's ringing. After about a minute she came back on the line to tell me she was going to page that department. This sweet lady came back on the line to let me know the assistant manager said she was standing at the Order Pick Up desk and to transfer me again. She did. It's now been ringing for a minute and a half straight. I don't know if something's wrong with their phone lines or what... The line has now been ringing 4 minutes. GUESS WHO PICKED UP?! The same sweet lady. Oh my GAWD, this is comical at this point. She tried transferring me again. FINALLY I get someone else to pick up. I explain my order was supposed to be ready the 1st and I have yet to receive a confirmation. The person I am speaking to said it may have been cancelled. When I asked why would it have been cancelled, she said she didn't know, that some orders just cancelled. So apparently The Grinch has taken over their computer system and is maniacally cancelling random orders. Yeah. She checks the name. Nope, it's there and ready, been still sitting there for days. So my order has been ready, but I never received a confirmation that it was ready. She said they do not control that at the store level. Well, how would corporate know when an order was ready? (ETA: check the time on my first photo when the call ended and the time the email came through, two minutes later) Whatever. This lady was NOT as sweet. Very short and came off kinda rude, I sure hope she wasn't an assistant manager because her demeanor sucks, but at least after 19 minutes and 43 seconds waiting, I finally got the information I needed in the last 20 seconds. Good grief!!! So as I was emailing the screen shot of the time it took to myself to post along with this review, I go to my email and LO' AND BEHOLD there's an email stating my order is ready. REALLY?! My goodness, Corporate, you are GOOD! *insert eyeroll* I do not have high expectations when I go to pick up my order. I just KNOW something's going to be wrong, but will definitely update this once I get it. Picked up order. No line, bonus! Last name given. They confirmed the first. OMG! My husband orders and pays for a patio set online (6 chairs and a table). He had the order sent to this Walmart so we can pick it up. He receives an email that our order has arrived and called the store to ensure it's there. We had until September 9th to pick it up. So today (Sept 3), my husband and his friend go to pick up the patio set since his friend has a pick up truck. Guess what..... when they get there, the table is missing!!! 2.5 - 3 stars. I don't go to many different locations, so I don't have much to compare this location to. It looks like a typical Walmart to me, but is smaller than the Upland location on Foothill, so they don't have the largest selection. I don't know what's happened to their DVD section, but the last several times I've gone during the last few months, the racks are pretty empty even in the early part of the day! I can't tell what new movies there are because they haven't been stocked well lately. They used to be mostly stocked up until a few months ago, so I don't know what's changed. It's frustrating since there are no more stand-alone DVD stores or places like Blockbuster and I think Walmart always had a better DVD section than Target and definitely Kmart. You would see movies there that you wouldn't see anywhere else, but these days, who knows. I hope things improve again soon. I don't need employee assistance for the most part, but the rare times I do, it's hard to find someone. Once, I needed help and it was pretty obvious that I was waiting and looking around for someone, but the nearby group of several employees were all huddled up yakking and no one ever offered help. If I could give them a zero star I would. This review is based on my one visit today, whIch I regret to this second. There are few things that we hold as dearly as time. Wasted time that you'll never get back is a travesty. That's what happened today. As I had a $10 tv mount that was the wrong size, I happened to be in the area and thought I would pop in and return. I did not have my receipt and I paid in cash. I waited in their customer service line for about 20 or so minutes. The entire time there was a tv mounted with "return instructions". Essentially, all returns must be acompanied by a receipt. If it's less than $25 without a receipt (and ID) you can get cash back or gift card. I read it over and over as I waited patiently to return my item. When I finally arrived at the counter the counter also echoed the same return policy. Well, it's a lie!!! Yes, a lie!! The TV that is mounted on their wall with the return policy somehow doesn't apply to them. As a matter of fact the lady at the register and the manager didn't even know the content of what that tv monitor is playing!!! They all played stupid and REGARDLESS of the written policy in their counter and video it was a GIANT WASTE OF TIME. They REFUSED to refund my money nor give me a gift card, DESPITE their written policy!! Rude, condescending woman whose appearance made you think she must've just sucked on a lemon. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I waited an additional 20 minutes FOR NOTHING because first the maNager was in a meeting. Then the story changed to the maNager was helping an injured worker. After delayed my merchandise shipment for three weeks, Walmart just rushed to refund my purchase. I have never requested for a refund. I want my merchandise. The reason they rushed to refund me because The current price of the Dyson vacuum is $344.57 but it was only $244.99 when I bought it on Thanksgiving sale and they failed to deliver it to me after three weeks. They didn't even apologize for the mishap. They should have let me pick up the item at any Walmart store or should have refunded me with the current price so I can buy one at the Walmart store. I am really disappointed the way they handled my case. I have contacted them a few times to concern about my purchase. but they did not resolve the issue and just said they will contact Dyson then never heard from them again. Brought a toddler bed rail online and did the driveup. Got to the store at 5:20pm and parked where the gardening entrance was. There were numbers in the 50s but in the app the numbers only went to 4. The minutes later it said I picked up my item but I was still waiting on my spot were nobody came out. I called the store to see why it said I got my own and the lady that picked up said with an attitude she didn't know and hung up. Like wtf this is my first time dying drive up and they gave my own to someone else... I don't understand how hard it is to do drive up, you don't need an education to do that job so how can they mess it up by putting it in the wrong car.
