So I came here, thinking I would have a good shoppibg experience, but that was short lived wheb I hopped in LEANA'S, line aka "Karen". She didn't speak to me after I finished unloading my cart and walked in front of the register. I had 2 e-giftcards on my phone I was going to use. She didnt tell me my total after she was done ringing up my order, so I looked at the screen and turned my phone around so she could scan the barcode. She looks at me and says, "Is that a gift card on your phone?" I said "Yeah!" She then says, "Was it emailed to you?....if so, I need to see the email that it was sent to you". Huh?!?! Since when? I have never had to show an email to redeem a e-gift card. I told her, "I deleted the email and have never had to show it before". She scans it, and as its processing, she starts telling me, that in the future, she will need to see the email. I cut her off mid sentence and told her....No she doesn't! Now I can understand if she scanned it and it work, then I could show an email, to maybe figure out why. But she just dived head first into trying to give me a problem, and I know she did it cause I'm black. She thought she was gonna "catch" something, thinking I was using fake cards or something. Her whole approach towards me, was obvious she was hoping for a problem/reaction....but her bubble was busted, when she didn't get one. She looked so stupid when both cards went through, WITHOUT me showing her an email she allegedly needed to see. After she was done with me, she spoke and engaged with the people behind me, who weren't Black. So yes, I wholeheartedly believe she tried to give me a problem cause I am Black, when all she had to do was scan the barcodes, without all the extra bs.

Great Selection, But Houseplants Need a Little TLC The Walmart in Rancho Cucamonga is one of the better locations I've visited--clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. I found everything on my list without much hassle, and the smooth, nearly silent shopping cart was a nice surprise! However, I took a look at the garden section and noticed the houseplants could use a bit more love. Some looked a little dry or neglected, which was disappointing considering how solid the rest of the store experience was. Overall, it's a convenient stop for everyday essentials, but plant lovers might want to shop around if you're looking for something healthy and thriving.

An alternative cleaning solution purchase, I am trying out!!!

Melaine in self checkout is amazing! I purchase items for my house fairly often, here. :) But today, I was deciding between organizing the office or changing my cleaning routine!! And I had gone to Walmart , to make this decision. Anyway! Miss Melaine was so patient and helpful!! When I finally decided which items to purchase for my house, she was kind enough to put back the items I decided against purchasing . Thank you kindly !! for your great customer service! And thank you! For always being a consistently awesome employee! I hope your bosses read this review too!!! :-) Yay!

    Ask the Community - Walmart

Does this location allow over night car parking?

It's Walmart's policy nationwide to not allow overnight parking. But this plaza is quite large, and you likely could park in front of another store and not be asked to leave.

The store is the basic Sprouts with each department - the fresh produce, the seafood and meat, grocery aisles, bulk foods( one of my fav with the cinnamon pecans and nuts being a must do), body care and vitamins, wine and beer having really good quality products. The two areas that really stand out in this store are - The Deli - thank you to the amazing Marco*(!photo) for the best veggie sandwich! I sincerely appreciate the personal touch and your verifying all the ingredients before creating that masterpiece. The way you brought out the sandwich past the counter and your warmth- off the charts. The fresh Umi Sushi bar - quality sushi and sashimi at great prices prepared in a spotless booth with $5 specials on Wednesday. ( tomorrow ie). I have got to mention the absolutely fantastic Liz* who was working and stocking in the produce section around 4:15 pm last Sunday 11/09/25. I was not able to find the Organic Italian lemon and grapefruit sodas. Her genuine effort in checking both the cold section and the soda aisle and her amazing attitude - Sprouts Corporate Office in Chandler Az- these two superstars represent the company with excellence and class. Please give them a shout out, a nice gift card and a raise. They are the true embodiment of love, hard work and happiness. Very lucky to meet the both of them. Other huge plus's- the lovely Klatch Coffee booth inside the store, nice covered seating outside and lots of stations to get wipes. One small suggestion if I may- please add some some small pencils/pens by the forms to order sandwiches.

It was my first time trying my luck at getting some. After driving from my work in El Segundo to my home in Alta Loma, I went into the Trader Joe's store, hoping to find more. Sadly, there were none left. So, I decided to ask the two gentlemen at the Service Desk area. When I asked one of them if there were any left, I was told they were sold out. I made a sad face and mentioned that it's difficult to get there early because I work full-time, and then I started to leave. A few moments later, Ray approached me and gave me the last two mini tote bags that he had been saving for himself. After hearing my story, he wanted me to have them instead. I was completely touched by his kindness and generosity. He didn't have to do that, but he chose to make someone else's day a little brighter. In today's world, it's rare to experience such genuine compassion and selflessness. Ray turned what I thought would be a disappointing shopping trip into one I'll always remember. Trader Joe's is fortunate to have an employee like him, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Ray, for your kindness. You made my day, and I'll never forget your thoughtful gesture!
