I placed an order from the photo department. My email says it would be ready by 7/24/2020 but to wait until I get a call from photos before going to pick it up. Well I did not get a call until 5 days after the estimated date. I went in the evening to pick it up. The two girls that were working there at that time barely looked for my order and then told me they couldn't find it and for me to call back in the morning and ask to talk to the supervisor at photos. Told me I cannot leave the department without paying up front while I was going to get something else and then pay. Although this rule didn't apply to another lady who got an item from the same department and went to pay at a self register. I've watched the quality of all WalMart employees go downhill over the years, but it seems like some of the worst wind up at this location. Walmart *** 7901 Watt Avenue Antelope, CA 95843 I love the superstores, so convenient! It can be just one-stop shopping and you don't have to drive anywhere else. You can buy everything you need for every day in this Walmart! Maybe I would just make another stop at Trader Joe's for some European goodies, but other than that, my shopping is fast and complete. However, this particular store sometimes has pretty dirty floor and bathroom and some clothes and products are on the floor and nobody picks them up. My wife and I were shopping on March 24th. While in the Frozen Foods section, the kids that we restocking the freezers were rude. They deliberately came within 1-2 feet of me while I was looking in the freezer and made fun of both of us when they thought we weren't looking. I reported the incident to the store and corporate headquarters. So far, I can't find anybody who gives a rat's ass. Every time I go in here I say "This is the last time" under trained, grumpy or brain damaged employees and managers....Rio Linda hillbillies...3 months ago I went in here to pay $100 on my Walmart credit card and the girl at the register kept making mistakes...I checked my account the next day and she had withdrawn $400 from my ATM card instead of $100..last night I went into make $200 payment on my Walmart card and another girl started making mistakes... I got a manager to cancel the whole transaction...but it's not only that I have a dozen horror stories to tell. Stood at the register in electronics for a while waiting to be checked out and watched customers get irritated and leave I would have done the same however I had an item that was locked in there cabinet. The blonde guy that was working finally showed up and had the worst attitude and had no business in customer service at all. This is my usual go to Walmart. It's pretty big and there's a pretty nice produce section and meat section. Pretty good prices too. It's 2 stories with an elevator and escalator. I would exactly say I'm giving Walmart a 5 star. However I went there this weekend to get some Halloween decorations and some flowers. I was having a rough morning and I believe it said Ced on his name tag was there greeting at the gate. This man was so kind and seemed genuinely friendly and happy. He made me feel so much better about my day just by the kindness in his voice and trying to help me. While I was leaving I ended getting a cute big bin which wouldn't fit in my cart. None of the cashiers even offered to have someone help me as I struggled out the door. Ced was the only person my whole time at Walmart to offer any help. He should be going to much higher positions and a raise. Not very often someone at Walmart really acts like they care. He is a great employee and I hope his manager knows that and appreciates that! Today, I went to the Walmart on Auburn. They had a turkey on sale for .50c a pound but, they were sold out. I went to the store on Antelope blvd, they had the turkey but, they would not match the price..apparently, this was a managers special for the Auburn store only. Then I went to the store on Watt and Everta. Talked to the manager in the meat dept, He said he would match the other store's price..just go to customer service and explain the situation. Customer service said to grab a turkey and bring it to the register...they would give me an instand discount. I grabbed a turkey at $1.18 a pound and they gave it to me at .50c a pound...no questions asked. They would only give me one turkey but that's all I wanted. No arguments...they just gave it to me. I had asked a woman where the boot socks were (as she was stocking freaking socks) and with a super rude tone said "I don't know i have been on vacation". She didn't even try to help me. I looked more and asked her if she could ask another employee to help me out. She started huffing and puffing and walked off. This Walmart has less selection than others I have been to, and they are always out of carts. The last time I had to wait 15 minutes to get a cart. It is decently priced, as Walmart usually is. I went to Wal-Mart to get my oil changed. They were able to take my truck right away. They sold me on one service, but once they lifted the hood they realized that it wouldn't benefit me. So when I came back to check on the truck they hadn't touched it yet because they didn't want to do something that would cost more and not benefit the truck. I really appreciated the money saving approach and they changed the oil super quick after. I did not give 5 stars because I was told one thing and then found out later it wouldn't benefit the truck. I visited the Walmart on 7901 Watt Avenue, Antelope, CA 95843. I pulled into the automotive department for a quick oil change. There was no one in line and there were no vehicles in the bays. The place was completely empty. There were 3 employees. Believe it or not, it took these "mechanics" an hour and a half to complete this simple task. To make matters worst, when I looked on the bill, it stated (and charged me) for 7 quarts of oil. The full capacity of my oil reservoir in my vehicle is only 6 quarts (per the owners manual and personal experience)!!! When I explained that overfilling the oil in a car can damage the engine, the "mechanic" became very rude, almost obnoxious and said that's what it took. The more I explained to him that it wasn't possible for it to hold 7 quarts, the more aggressive he got. I finally left after speaking briefly with a manager, who took the extra quart of oil off my bill. I mean seriously, who needs this type of behavior for getting a oil change...NEVER AGAIN WALMART!!! read more

Getting my oriole changed here was a nightmare. I normally bring it here and have no problem but the group of people that were working in the automotive department on this particular day. Specifically the long-haired hippie dude. There was about four auto motive technicians working on this day not a single one of them would acknowledge any of the customers like a. "Will be right with you". or anything like that. They just leave you sitting there and acting like they don't even see you. Then when my car is ready they called to let me know and once again as I'm walking into the automotive center don't say anything let me walk in to the lock the door into Walmart can't get back out because there is no associate to help me get my keys and pay for my oil change I have to knock on the window to even get anybody's attention as I'm knocking for about 15 minutes nearly bruising my knuckles finally someone acknowledges that l And other customers are in there. All of this discussed could've been completely avoided had they just been like hey sorry were low staffed will be right with you. Or even saying hey we see you're standing there and we're not trying to deliberately ignore you! Terrible terrible passed him or service. I shop at Walmart on Antelope. On Thursday June 7,1918 I had finished shopping and was putting my purchases in my trunk. I locked my purse and keys in the trunk. I went back in to the store over to the Vision Center and asked if they could help me. Anita and Skyler were working there that day. They jumped into motion by calling AAA for me. I gave told them my problem. Within a few minutes I just had to wait for 45 minutes. During my wait they let me sit in their area and wait for truck to call and let me know they were there.
