This store is clean and well organized. I enjoy the selection here and while some people like to order clothes online I still like to look at and try on clothing. Prices are good and typically I am able to find things on sale or get Kohls cash to use later. The staff have been very helpful and checkout is quick. I rarely have to wait in line more than a few minutes when they are busy. When I have questions they are able to help me. The Sephora addition also has a great selection and staff are happy to help with questions on colors and skin type. read more

Here's the thing about Kohls: it sucks now. Nevermind that their "we have great coupons if you can shop in a specific date window" is the stupidest thing imaginable, but now they've made half the store "coupon ineligible", and you find this out at the register. The employees will tell you "oh no they disclose it on the coupon details". So let's test that theory. My coupon was in my email, which implied nothing about exclusions, but did have a "details" link, which I clicked. That took me to a kohls website page that listed 10 included brands along with a statement that says "and many more great brands" (but doesn't list them), and has ANOTHER link that takes you to a THIRD page that STILL doesn't list excluded brands!!! Under the section that says "coupon ineligible brands", this is the entirety of their disclosure: Coupon-Ineligible Brands: While not all brands are coupon eligible at Kohl's, you can still earn and redeem Kohl's Cash® and Kohl's Rewards® on most of your merchandise purchases. Tried calling here 3x today to check availability of a certain size of Levi's and was hung up on each time! On the 3rd time I asked for a manager who came on the line to help me. By this time I had 20 minutes invested in the call (I had called the CH store and also Folsom) and was feeling frustrated. It shouldn't be this hard! Off to the Levi outlet in Folsom. You get much better service and they are always having sales. Hate to say it, but I really think Kohls is going the way of Mervyn's..... I really like this Kohl's location. Seemed more up kept, tidy and not over packed. Felt easy to shop and look through the racks. The lay out of the store is different then others I have been to. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The clearance area in the back, near toys had a few more items than the other stores. I can't believe that Kohl's, all locations don't have their Christmas items discounted as low as most stores in the world lol. I saw some items still only half off. The highest was only 75% off. About a month ago my 14 year old son found a pair of Love is love pride Van shoes at Arden Mall. Unfortunately they didn't have his size anywhere in the mall. Today my husband and I decided to go to our local Kohls in Antelope to get some shirts and shoes for me. As I was browsing in the shoes department I actually found a mens pair of my sons size in the Love I'd Love pride Van shoes. I could only find one of shoes though so I frantically searched the store until Monique the manager came out. I told her how my son loved the shoes and how much they'd mean to me if she could find his size for me. She immediately stopped what she was doing and went to work right away in locating the shoes. Within minutes she presented me the shoe box with his correct size. I brought the shoes home and my 14 yr old was elated!!! Thank you Monique for making me my sons hero today!! read more

Amazon Prime Wardrobe, had two large boxes 3 feet tall, before hauling these bigass boxes into kohls I went in to ask if they accepted these returns, the store manager says 'yes we do, as long it has scan barcodes', so I grabbed a cart and struggled putting on top the cart because they did not fit in the cart. As I got to the counter the worker with pink hair and a nose ring, says 'we cannot accept this', that's the reason why asked in the first place to avoid bringing this shit in here. Huge store!! It's really messy today but then again it is the day after Black Friday... I'm not a fan of their women's clothes it's either teen girl or old lady clothes there's not many in between styles I enjoy. I love that they carry Lorac makeup, and I like their array of jewelry. The guys clothes on the other hand are very nice- but they lack in shoes for men. :/ This particular location had nice workers. Things weren't organized though... I went in store to pick up an item. I ended up picking up a few things more while I was there. While in line, the associate "Kendra" asked the customer if it was okay if she helped me first while they tried to figure out what was going on with the first customer's order. The customer said okay. After Kendra retrieved my online order, I asked her if I can pay for my items there too, she courteously replied that typically no, but since the line wasn't long, she'll make an exception. After she rang me up, she asked if I had any promotional coupons. I told her no, not that I know of, but currently, there is a 20% off coupon available which I also used for my online order but didn't have it with me on hand. She assured me she got it, and scanned the coupon she had for me. Kendra's customer service was superb. She makes me definitely want to shop here more often. read more

Ok fine help friends but tell no one else, I had never visited Kohl's until now. I know, I repent!! Made an online purchase and needed to return part of it and fortunately the store accepts online purchase returns. Since this was my first time I visiting Kohl's I had no idea where any other departments where. As soon as I walked in I had the "Hi I'm lost wander look," and a man named Don gave me a just sanitized basket and offered to take me to the returns department (who does that during busy Christmas season!?). I insisted I can get there on my own and thanked Don. Short wait to process me return and David helped me. Talk about 100 pounds of personality! I could have hung out there all day talking to David! I was concerned about returning some of my items and David said not to worry he would get it taken care of. Few minutes later I was ready to go and thanked David and Don for their help. I had recently applied to this kohls and had gotten and email via them that I was to set and interview date so I did. In the week leading up to this said interview I was flooded with text reminders and text saying we're so excited to talk to you and emails with the same context. Well the day comes and I'm waiting for my phone interview. About 15 minutes pass and I decided to call them. I wait about 20 minutes to finally talk to a real human and she states that they no longer were going thru with there interviews because they had filled all their slots. And disclosed that they weren't even gonna call me to tell me. I understand you filled your slots but a simple email saying that a few days prior or the day of should've been given. Now it's about three days later and I've looked thru my email just cleaning it out and a new email pops up from you guessed it kohls. Saying "it was great to hear from you and interview with you ". The best and only Kohls I will shop at. This location is always clean and well organized. The staff is generally very helpful - most importantly the customer service team does a nice job. I have confidence in the staff's ability to help me find/order/return what I need. The Kohls charge is a must since there are a bunch of perks with it. I'm not the biggest fan of Kohl's. Mostly because I hate their business model and cannot believe that it actually works. The clothes are grossly marked up, so that they can put them on massive sales and make you feel like you are getting a great deal. How does this work?! I don't get it. You aren't actually getting that $50 shirt at a bargain price of $19.99, the shirt actually is only worth $14.99 so you are overpaying. Well, that is unless you have their extra 15-30% off coupons. Come ON! I came to this location because it's slower and smaller than their Roseville location so they had a pair of shorts in stock that my Husband liked. I buy clothes for him here every now and then because he likes simple basic things. He also hates clothes shopping so I like getting everything in one place. I never but clothes for myself here because I like to buy quality over quantity. In this location the Returns Counter is at the front lefthand corner of the store and you can only do even exchanges and returns there. And no, they cannot hold your returns while you look around, you have to lug everything with you. Fun! I have $10 Kohl's Cash left from when I purchased my Husband 3 pairs of shorts and 2 shirts (for well under $100) so I will be back within the coming weeks to redeem it. read more

I must say, Kohl's does have some pretty good deals, but their selection of clothing is very hit and miss. I am a late twenties woman, and often find it difficult to find clothing not intended for either a 13 year old twig or a 60 year old woman. Kohls buyers need to realize that there is something between a teenager and retired women, and they have shape and a chest. Also, this location has insane lines, and no staff on the floor to assist customers. I also don't like the lack of scanners on the floor to assist with knowing what the prices are of items. The store is so un-organized, it is difficult to know what is clearance, what is sale, and what price everything is. read more

I only recently discovered Kohl's, and I've sort of fallen in love with it. Or I have a crush, anyway. I went there mainly for kitchen items, and I was impressed by the selection and the prices. You can seriously find just about anything you need to stock your kitchen, from tablecloths and placemats to bar glasses to grills and blenders. I found the selection superior to say, Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Customer service was fine, though nothing to write home about. No one spat on me, but I didn't notice a lot of reps circulating, asking if I needed help. Too much of that is a bad thing, certainly, but it's nice in small doses. read more

I usually stop by this Kohls on my way back from visits to my dad who lives in Antelope. This Kohls has the same things I like about other Kohls (perpetual sales and specials in-store, regular coupon mailers if you live near one, their cute clothing, etc) but there's something about the Antelope location that I like better than my regular Kohls. I think it's mainly the slightly different layout (the stuff that always catches my eye is invariably right near the door when I walk in) and things just seem a little bit brighter and cleaner at this one. I *will* agree with another reviewer and say that Kohls should really work on clothing geared toward fashionable women who are older than teens and younger than senior citizens. Because there are plenty of clothes for those two age groups, and the stuff inbetween can be hit or miss. There are plenty of career seperates and gym gear for us "inbetweeners" but I sometimes have trouble just finding casual clothes, a nice dress for an event or club clothes. That being said, I still like what Kohls has and I'll still scrowl through their teen section on occasion ;D read more

They will not even match their own online prices. Lady was not friendly about it just said "do you have a coupon". Just buy online don't bother going to the store. I found everything cheaper at JCPennys and Macy's. I am glad they did not match it and turned me away. I love that we have a Kohl's in the area! My family and I stop in here often. Its so nice to not have to drive all the way to a mall and be able to drive down the street for a new dress, or wedding, birthday, baby gift ect. Kohl's has everything! ALL of the staff I have encountered here have been all super helpful and friendly. The store is clean and always stocked. In the cases where they didn't have a particular size or color I wanted the online ordering with free store pick up has always been quick and easy. This location is extremely convenient to Antelopians whom have a very limited selection for shopping. (we do however have our choice of walmarts-yeehaw!) The line can get very long, but since I generally have the flexibility to go at non peak times, it is a non issue. They have constant sales, coupons and specials available through the newspaper, online printables or even apps on your phone. The staff has been friendly and the I have even had a couple of customers pass me a coupon in line if I needed one. It's a must while on the search for affordable household items and seems to always have a 50% off deal on frames. read more

Had it not been for the STELLAR cashier, this probably would've been a 2 star review. Let me start with the negative. Holy cow, this place needs some organization, STAT! I headed to the cookware section and could hardly maneuver through the aisles because there were boxes of product everywhere. I thought I had finally found an aisle that was shopable only to to get to the end and see a cart full of signage and promotions. Frustrated, I left and headed over to the toddler clothing department. It was extremely picked over and what was left looked like a nuclear bomb had gone off. I finally managed to find the swimwear section, and almost all Of the two piece sets were mixed up or had had a piece stolen. After what seemed like an eternity, I managed to grab a couple items and headed to the checkout, which is where my experience totally turned around. I was helped by Kay, who was not only efficient, but incredibly friendly. The kind of associate you wish could help you out all the time. She asked me about my day, offered me all of the promotions without being pushy, and by the time I was done paying Made me forget that I was irritated.
