I'm a delivery driver with children, and this is devastating how they don't even seem to have a glimpse of care on their faces with they come out. It's not just me, it's every. Single. Delivery driver. They were doing so good until November. Now they walk around like they don't know what to do. Nothing like going in, there are no carts and when the greeter calls for a cart run, watching the employee basically having a baby fit because he has to do his job. There should be enough people working that they can do cart runs every hour. Obviously the employee who pitched that fit really doesn't like his job and probably won't find another one with that attitude. Oh to be young and feel entitled. read more

This Walmart gives me hope in customer service. Recently moved here from the East Bay and the difference in the quality of the customer service, layout, cleanliness and function is like day an night. Staff are attentive, friendly, helpful and seem like the genuinely want to be there. The store is clean and well stocked. The areas outside are clean and well maintained. I wish I could give zero stars at this point. I'm beyond annoyed with this store. My son and I came here today. I have 9 broken bones in my left leg and still working through recovery. I parked in a handicap spot right outside the door. When I start heading to the door I realize it's completely closed and I have to go all the way to the opposite door. Once I get in I ask for a motorized cart but they are all being used. Which is fine. If others need it so be it. So I grab a regular cart and start making my way to get the items I need that are closest to the door that's open that way I'm not having to go all around the store and leave the rest of my list for another day. I get up to the register and of course the only 2 damn registers they have open are closer to the closed exit. This store has become soooo insensitive to those that have incapablities or are disabled. They made it so to get in the store and navigate and get out easily. I happened to have seen this NON incident between Mai N and as Mai said "just a cashier" Sonia. Right there that will tell you Mai attitude when confronted by an employee. I've seen it many many times. It looked to me like Sonia had asked her not to put the DVDs on the floor and she started calling Sonia racist and telling her she should be fired. Then Mia not Sonia started calling for mangers and security at the top of her lungs. At that point I left. I my opinion Ma was way out of line and just because she was having a bad day took it out on an employee who was only trying to do her job not get someone else to do it. As if!!!! Why should I any one shop at this store? I mean they haven't kept shelves stocked for months. At least first thought it might be closing. But no, they don't just let shelves regularly go bare on pretty much all items. This isn't like CVS, where they only have a couple of each item and the rest of the row on the shelf is empty. I was trying to buy some summer shorts. I have lost quite a bit of weight and needed to try on three sizes. I went to the fitting room to try them on. The two ladies working there told me that it was closed. I explained my situation to them and they said its closed. They had about six carts of go backs they were working on which surprised me. When I was in a business that had fitting rooms, the returns were put away during the day as they accumulated. Anyhow, I asked if I could take them to the bathroom to try them on. They said NO. At that point, I put them in one of their carts and said go ahead and put these away too, you just lost a sale. I was in the store for over an hour and walked by the fitting room on my way to the registers...it was still closed. This is not the first issue I've had in this Walmart. This is store has some bad customer service. One time I cancelled an order because it didn't arrive in a timely fashion. So I went to returns to get my refund. The lady claim she cancelled my order but my money hadn't hit my bank account yet. Now it's been a week. We cam back and the same thing happened. So the third time I go back they tell me I had to call customer service. That was their job to call them NOT ME. Plus they never have baskets available. I upped this one star for actually selling pocket laser pointers. I needed one for my presentation yesterday, and the ones at Radio Shack and Staples cost no less than 20 bucks. Don't think so. I found the laser pointer in the dog toy section for get this: 3 BUCKS. What a steal. Took it home and worked like a gem. And my bichon Teddy loves playing with it! Not only that, but I was able to get the materials I needed to make 30 green ribbons for my organ donation awareness presentation. Hoo boy this place is ghetto..... must be even more so now that school is on summer vacation and the section haters have nothing going on but to hang (loiter) in front of Walmart. Are there any security guards? No, the little old lady in the blue vest handing out stickers by the door doesn't count! I mean really, that's what it is nowadays - security. Pay the extra money. A nail shop and McDonalds greet you when are able to get past the loiters. One should be able to shop at any time of the day. Not at Walmart. It must be during the week and in the morning hours (8-10 am). During the other hours it is "Bring your 10 screaming kid(s) to Walmart" day while mommy gets her nails did and eats fries. Or, "Wear your stretch pants (MUST be white stretch pants, with the american flag underwear) and be a size 20" day. I could go on and on... You gotta really look for what you want. While trying to look for cleaning products I had to push the dog food out of the way! Messy aisles, and items are not fully stocked. Makeup is open and used. I found a really cute revlon shimmer eye shadow quad set. Too bad I coudn't find one that was new, and unopened. This is why I go to Target. This Wal Mart is NASTY. I live two minutes away from it and do my best to avoid it at all costs - being that I am a toss up tho' I will go in and use their digital photo machine - but I do it first thing in the morning. If you go here any time other than that be prepared to get in a fist fight, be eye raped by the side show circus freak collecting signatures in front, to get absolutely no help from anyone wearing a blue vest that says "how can I help you?" and make sure you check out the pet selection which is always amply stocked with dead fish floating in the aquariums. I must say that Wal Mart is getting worse all the time. When you wait for help and then you go to the dressing rooms because you know that there will be someone there to at least call someone for you. You can hear the page and you wait 5 min still no one shows up, so you have them page again. Finally after the 4th page my husband goes to the front registers and get someone to come over just to realize she doesn't have keys. She starts asking for someone to bring her some keys, 5 min. Later a assistant Manager shows up with a handful of keys saying she not sure if one of them might be the right key. Bad customer service. Store is rarely organized. I seriously only come here when I need to help my mom or grandma find something. Other than that, I go to Target. I've also been hearing that there have been a lot of robberies at gunpoint with people walking out of the store and that makes me feel uneasy. I also live about 2-3 blocks away from here and we have heard gun shots late at night before and hearing it happened ay WalMart the next day. Stay safe everyone.
