Absolutely the worst service ever. I knew not to go to Walmart. But I did. And it was I course a miserable experience. I order photo cards for 1 hour pick up. But don't go til the windy day. The man at the photo comes back and says they aren't done because the machines hasn't worked for three days, and then just walked away from me. So someone comes by and I ask her. She tells me to the same thing. I ask, why would t call your customers that placed orders so they know not to waste their time coming in. He literally looked at me, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Wtf is wrong with the people you hire? Better they what's wrong with the idiots that do the hiring. This Walmart like others had so many check outs and only 4 opened. It's amazing at the logic behind this. I get it there is not enough business in the morning hours to staff the registers but come on! The place was ok as far as cleanliness. The restroom though... disgusting! People do not know how to clean up after themselves! There was a restroom with caution tape which I'm assuming the restroom was out of service. The toilet seats were so scratched up. Not sure why that was but I placed multiple layers of toilet seat covers because it was so scary to sit on. It's too bad such a large chain but a lack of quality. Why does the jewelry section always take over a half hour to an hour to get help even after I ask and have three managers surrounding me they still can't help me open the case, now I used to work for Walmart, most it not at least half of Walmart managers have a key to open most cases, and I had 3 standing there looking for one person. Then to top it off there was already a guy that had been standing there for 25 minutes before me and he let my wife go before him because we have a six monthyear-old, very nice guy.. so yeah if you get Jewelry from Walmart you need to shout to the workers to get help, or find a worker as soon as you step in the store otherwise you'll be waiting for someone to call someone over the radio and wait forever. It's sad that Walmart still allows people to hoard things during this COVID-19 outbreak. They clearly have signs stating limit 1 per person, especially toilet paper, which the self checkout girl confirmed, but then allowed people to buy multiple packs of said LIMIT PER 1 toilet paper and said it was OK, but took away groceries from people if they hit over the limit. How messed up is that? Won't be coming back to Walmart ever again. I can't support a store that doesn't enforce THEIR rules, and leaves the rest of the community empty handed. read more

I don't have many good things to say about this store. They never have any lanes open in the mornings. They want you to use the self checkout machines, but the small ones, with a cart full of food for the week. They always have items like soaps or paper towels or sodas out of stock. They have also priced out some of the cheaper options for more expensive options. The employees that are working throughout the store will basically run you over because they are being timed and have to move quickly, so be on the lookout for them. We have taken all of our business and money out of this store and moved to other locations. Since doing so, I have realized that the quality of the products we were paying for at Walmart is pretty subpar. Avoid this store for regular grocery shopping. A quick stop is fine, but not worth the frustration or money for your weekly shopping. read more

I guess sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. I have to admit I am not a fan of the Walmart stores. However, Walmart has competitive pricing. So with that being said, if I absolutely have to go to Walmart for something I will, but other than that I usually choose to stay away. I seems like some items at Walmart aren't very clean, and Walmart at times, gives the appearance of being unorganized. Walmart has over 20 registers. However, I seem to shop on the days when only 4 registers are open which makes getting through the checkout line challenging, it is very frustrating. On a good note I have noticed some improvements, and you can't beat Walmart prices on many items and I price match all the time instead of going to 4 different stores. This review is specific to RV Dry Camping in the parking lot. Contacted the manager before setting-up for the night - ALWAYS contact management prior to setting-up. It's simply good manners & they may also have some specific rules. Great safe location w/ plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants & gasoline. Since we are about 60 feet w/ our SUV & bicycles hitched to our 37 footer, we need lots of space, so we don't have to unhitch. Especially in 107° weather. Lots of space around the perimeter & behind the store. Store was also clean & well stocked. read more

They don't care, very mundane staff. No one greets, no one smiles, the workers are stressed and task driven not customer service oriented because they walk right by you without a word. They want customers in the store but the overall feeling there is that they are doing you a favor. It's because they know you are going to shop there. I don't hate Walmart, I hate that this store in particular is bad at customer service. I don't visit this location much, only if it's a last resort. That was yesterday and that is how I came to the conclusion that the leadership in this store is terrible. I had to wait to get stickers at the door before I could go to do a return... it took 10 minutes. I did the return and the cashier basically ignored me and started a conversation with another cashier. Every worker passed didn't speak or smile. I had a pricing issue and I asked a worker who told me to take it the front, i took it to the front and the supervisor went to check it out , she reduced the price and I went to pay for the items and I dropped a bag with glass in it and the cust serv supervisor walked away. I took the bag to cust serv and I said I dropped this guess there is nothing you can do for me right? They didn't do anything. The items were only $2.86, so I left them there, I didn't feel like fighting. I wrote an email to the company about it and I got a call back and the manager Vanessa made sure to let me know that somehow it was my fault that I left without them. However she did offer to replace them, but no apology for my experience in the store. I realize it just sounds like I'm bitching but I work all week and when I go shopping it's my time. I want to know that I am appreciated for spending my money in the store and a simple greet acknowledging me in the store is all it takes. I try to stay away from the SUPER WALMARTS...why? because it's just TOO darn massive! I really like shopping at their smaller neighborhood stores better... I don't expect much shopping at any Walmart, however this location seems like it has gotten much better to make sure that enough registers are open for check-out. Employees are friendly if you ask them a question (if you approach them - they won't approach you)...in fact, I noticed that Walmart employees are friendlier than Target employees - which wasn't always like that. Maybe Walmart is trying to re-brand itself? I dunno. I can never find anyone working in the paint department at any Walmart. I've been in some Walmart's before and I don't really expect them to have good customer service but this one actually takes the cake. There's this guy named Jason harassing me as I fell asleep waiting for my 2 hour long or oil change. I repeat two-hour-long oil change something I could have actually purchase the oil changed myself and had enough time to give my own myself a reach-around before I was able to even leave there. His staff member especially mr. And mrs. Caitlin are terrible I would give them an extra star if they were breathing. It was like dealing with zombies and it was like I had more time to fail than they did. I'll be sure to put this all over social media if it doesn't just start to grow and Fester from Yelp themselves. this is a travesty we have a multi-billion-dollar company who doesn't hold themselves accountable for management that does better than just a fancy tattoos on their arm. I come here when it's convenient but the staff is always rude. The prices are ok but the produce and meat have always sucked so I get that elsewhere. The clothes have also gone up in cost. Not bad for housewares or appliances. I also like that they have self check out because they never had enough cashier's before so it's quicker now. I have been a Walmart shopper for years and just moved here from California. I've never been haggled leaving the store with my receipt until today. On accident I didn't scan one item it was a large heavy item and I used the gun but I guess it didn't take. The lady made a spectacle out of it and treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one over her. I was more than willing to Pay for it but what irritated me was her saying I have to wait back in that long line again and as she's dealing with me at least 10 families pass by without their receipts being checked. Once I finish my long wait at the line she targets me on my way out to check my receipt as if she didn't see me wait in line and pay. At that point I got irritated and told her obviously you know I paid as she's taking her sweet time staring at the receipt allowing another large amount of ppl to continue passing by without their receipts being checked. I stormed off mad and sworn I'll never come back to this location again. In the 10 years of being a Walmart plus customer I may have to cancel now. read more

We have gone to this Walmart off and on for 4 years (usually once or twice, then we stop going for 6 months because we realize how disgusting it is) and I can say for sure I will never go back after my last experience there. Why is the make up section closed at 7:30 pm when the store is still open? I came here to shop to buy some make-up, household items and some groceries. I abandoned my cart and the items in it when I went to the make up section and found it barricaded and chain up like Fort Knox. If part of the store is closed it is no longer a one stop shopping experience. Your store is crowded and chaotic. Your prices aren't that much better to endure the congestion, especially when I can't get all the items I need. I stopped shopping at Wal-Mart years ago. I prefer Target. Supervisors Becky and Effeminate Tim are two of the most incompetent ignorant and hostile people I have encountered in my life. When my coupon would not scan the careless cashier ( a black girl with black and white dreads) smiled and pushed total anyway, said I needed to go to customer service. The first cashier gazed at my receipt as if i handed her a equation and asked her how to solve for X. Into space she went for about 10 until she said i need to call a manager. Here comes Becky who looks as if her dog just died. Solve for X Becky! Now here she goes staring at my receipt for another 20 minutes. Long story short she called me a thief and said i was going to jail in front of my kids. My daughter cried and said, "Mommy just give her the soap." My entire return was 2x the amount of my original purchase for all my items. As she flicked my receipt at me thinking she got me good. I thought WOW you didn't get through HS, Did you Becky? I thought i was getting punked. Although I didn't get my soap like i intended, i did get more money back then I did walking in, plus all my purchases. Thanks Becky! LOL I call all week trying to speak to General Manager Jessica, Phone games, no go. So the Next day I go to speak to the general manager, I asked a very sweet women in the front to call for one. As if, i were in HS or on an episode of Mean Girls, all of the yellow coat leads huddle together peaking at me from behind some racks. The women i spoke to said she heard Becky over the intercom say, "thanks Tim for having my back. I am like really! Here comes Tim. I said, ''We just heard you over the intercom saying that your going to have Becky's back.'' He denied and i explain what happened I asked why they wouldn't price match if i had the add? Into space Tim goes looking at a tiny little coupon. He thoroughly reads it front and back looking for a reason, Not to honor it. He said well we don't need to honor anything we do not want to. Oh reaaly? He takes off to ask someone else. I am in the store over an hour waiting. Finally he returns, hands me my coupons and said we will honor your 4 coupons. which were buy 2 get $1 off. Defeated, he turns his back and quickly runs away from me.. I said Hello??? I called him 3 times that is how fast he ran. Can I get my 8 Gatorade's? he said, "YES." He didn't say go to Reg 4 ill let them know. So what ends up happening???? AHHH!!!! Cashier Casper the unfriendly ghost Kristin, mean and nasty with her pale skin and bad attitude says i cant price match without a supervisor. Fine call tim. Tim comes over and says you can use 4. I said I do have my 4 that is what your policy says. i said you stood before my very eyes and read this little coupon for 20 minutes, you didn't see its for 2 items??? He said, "No i didnt see that," Go wait in line again...:/ I have never in my life experienced such horrible, rude, ghetto customer service in my life. Id rather shop in Laveen than here.. I ordered my groceries for curbside pickup and I will NEVER do it again. Literally EVERYTHING I ordered they didn't have it in stock. I even scheduled it and there are like 4 cars waiting for even a chance to get their groceries because all the spots are taken and STILL waiting. Cars formed their own line to get a spot and i still had people cut me off and get their groceries first. I literally could've went INSIDE. I get a spot and call the number and it goes to voicemail SEVERAL TIMES. Establishment is so pathetic. This Walmart is terrible and has the most rude, inept employees. My husband went into this location today to buy some toys for our baby. He found an item cheaper at one of the competitors and attempted to price-match during check out, and the cashier AND manager on duty refused to do it, even though Walmart's website clearly reflects that they will price-match certain competitors (the one he was trying to price match was listed in the list of retailers on Walmart's website). It is completely ridiculous that the manager wouldn't listen, even when my husband pulled up their official website's price-matching policy to show them. This store has the laziest staff that quite honestly, doesn't deserve to be making the $10+ an hour that they do. I've had such negative experiences at this location in particular, including purchasing what was supposed to be a brand new Wii U here a few years back, only to bring it home and find that not only had it been previously open, but used!!! Someone registered on it then returned it to the store. I had to fight with the managers here to exchange it. They made me feel like I was lying and insisted they would never place open electronics back on the shelf like that. I call total BS, because it had been open and used! I DO NOT recommend shopping at this location, ever. Not to mention, all of their carts are so disgusting, dirty and beat-up and nothing is ever neat and organized on the shelves. read more
