Went to get our oil changed. Sat in the car for 20 minutes while 3 employees looked at us and continued working, completely ignoring us. One got within ear shot and I asked him if anyone was gonna help us. He told us we have to go inside. No big deal but that would have been helpful to know 20 minutes prior. Went inside. Did some shopping. Went back to TLE about an hour later, where we were informed that they didn't even touch our car, and weren't going to. They told us our oil plug was stripped, further explaining that he had to use a torque wrench and pry bar to loosen it and it wouldn't come off so they left it, again without even informing us. Where are these peoples managers?? This is appropriate enough behavior?? Yes I understand its Walmart, but SOME customer service would have been nice. Two thumbs down. read more

Walmart has decided to take real people out of there stores during the late night hours and use machines. This was the worst experience I have had at I store I really don't care for in the first place. I waited in line for a hour because the machine would not scan the ladies merchandise in front of me, kept getting a error and she had to get assistance from a clerk over five times. When I finally was about to check out on the automated machine I received the same error and had to find a clerk to input a code so I could complete my transaction. Also they route everyone to 5 automated machines to use for checkout and close the other registers which makes for even longer wait times. The store was way better when Sam Walton was alive and in control. I will no longer be visiting any Walmart locations late at night. read more

This place is trash. The people all have three things in common at this location. They are all pushing three kids, 300lbs and only have three teeth. The store smells of bad food, and stale cigarette smoke. Nothing is is organized, trash everywhere, and English is the second language. I came in for tire replacement and rotation. Two days later (I haven't driven the car anywhere prior), I noticed that the driver's side pocket of my car was empty, granted it was just an emergency flashlight in there and maybe a lint brush, but it would be nice if nothing got stolen from a paying customer. I've never had any problems with other Walmart Tire & Lubes before until now; hopefully that flashlight is the only thing missing. read more

Honestly I can't even start to explain how horrible this place is I don't even want to put a star at all went in yesterday to buy a cell phone for my nieces birthday. So we go to the back where they sale the phones lady finally finds a box with the phone we picked brings it to the counter rings it up we pay the lady for a straight talk phone and phone card 118.00 total. We grab our receipt started to leave. Get to my car my niece opens the box and there is no phone inside so immediately get back out of the car go back into the store go to the customer service to let them know that the phone was not in the box. And we needed a new phone I sat at the customer service desk for 30 minutes while they supposedly reviewed the tape this front and manager named Teresa comes up to the counter and tells me that there was a black sensor around the box and that pretty much I stole the phone told me I had to wait 24 hours so they can review the tape more before they would let me know what The end result would be. I get a phone call today telling me that there was a black sensor around the box and there was no way possible that we didn't steal the phone so I would not get the phone and I would not get my money back and that I also could not review the tapes with them that they don't allow that so how is this the correct way to do business I think not and that I also could not review the tapes with them that they don't allow that so how is this the correct way to do business I think not. It's Christmas shopping time for f*** sake. First Sunday morning in Dec. this store is in an absolute shambles. Everyone you encounter is extremely rude. There are only 3 checkout stations available and they are all towards the grocery end of the store. Which leaves you with the self check. Biggest complaint is I had an item that would not scan, an older (retired) gentleman came to me grabbed the item and started scolding me right off the bat. Then the item wouldn't scan for him, I asked if I could continue while he got a supervisor he said yeah. My items wouldn't scan he basically called me stupid and my daughter heard and wanted me just to walk away from the whole lot and she was going to return all what she purchased $300 worth of stuff. I stoped her the supervisor came and would not allow us to purchase the Fornite toy due to they couldn't scan it and or find it it's sold out everywhere else we looked. We just so happened to come across it down an isle way behind stuff. I'm sure they wouldn't let you walk out without buying the tv they can't find the UPC codes for or why !!!! The Walmart Photo Center is a JOKE!! I ordered cards online and when I picked them up a day later they were printed on the wrong size paper leaving a giant white strip on the side. Why would you have 50 registers and only two open? Its like going to a buffet but being asked to just rad the crackers only. Top it off with tryiing to find a employee to ask questions to, but they're all busy talking and hanging out. Hokay! I know this is a Wal-Mart and I'm giving it a four stars, but I promise this was actually a four star visit! Alright, you caught me.. this isn't for the actual store, it's for the Tire & Lube service they offer at this location. After my horrific experience (yet I'm still not sure I want to call it that) with Jim Click in Tucson, I still needed to get an oil change. Now, instead of 3,000 miles overdue, I was 3,229 miles overdue. Ha. Alright, I knew this Wal-Mart provided car care stuff whereas the one closer to my home (the Estrella Pkwy. location) does not. I don't really like this Wal-Mart's actual store as its just average and it seems to always be overcrowded. Anyways, I pull up and wait for someone to come over. I had been waiting no longer than two minutes when a young man (I didn't get his name the entire time--ahh!) came up and asked if I needed anything. I explained my situation and what I needed and he asked if I knew about their packages. I told him I didn't and he told me about their Standard Package (oil change, tire pressure check, engine check, wiper blade check, etc.) I didn't need to here anymore; I told him I'll take that one and he took down my information. He was really friendly and told me it'd be about 30 minutes because they were "kinda busy today." Thirty minutes to wait is nothing considering I'd driven to Tucson (two hours away from my home) just to be told I wouldn't be helped (see review for Jim Click). I walked around the store and finished up some Christmas and even a little grocery shopping. I was getting worried that I'd be done before my car was serviced, but at about 25 minutes, a page came over that my car was done. I was in line paying and the lines, with it being a couple of days til' Christmas, were insane. I took my cart full of "Dang it...I shopped while hungry again!" groceries to the Automotive Department and paid for the service. He helped me take my cart out the door and then I left. Very good, in my opinion, for a Wal-Mart. Minus one star because I had to make two transactions (one for groceries because I had a bunch of them and one for the car service), but with a handful of items you can check out there. read more

The sales associate with whom I was working seemed almost annoyed to help me Danielle immediately took control of the situation. This place for the auto shop sucks balls. The lady working the register for the auto shop was so rude she had the absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. She made me feel like an idiot when telling her the service I wanted. With all the technology the bakery cannot take payment over the phone for a cake order. I am far away and will be coming to town for a party and can not pick up the cake until the day of the party. Couple of poor experiences at this store. Terrible check out experience UNLESS using automated where they seem more helpful Had to wait about 10 minutes at regular check out due to customer in front of line needing a price check and it took forever for associate to come with the info. Check out associate seemed to care less that the line was getting long and very few other check out lanes were open. Then we encountered some undesirable types in the clothing dept. On plus side pharmacy counter clerk is very nice and helpful and an associate in an auto dept is very nice and helpful BUT rest of store not so good. This is a very dirty Walmart. The pharmacy is always packed and takes so long to leave or pick up a prescription. I have stopped using them. And beware that this Walmart subcontracted its flu shots to another company that is not contracted with many insurance companies. So, I got stuck paying for my flu shot because the company Walmart used to give the shots was not in my network. I got the shot in front of the Pharmacy and "thought" it was Walmart. It was not. So beware. Better to go to elsewhere and make sure that wherever you get your flu shots that the person giving them is in your network. read more

This is the dirtiest Walmart I have ever been in and wouldn't go in it unless I had too. As a consumer should I lower my personal expectations or view of what customer service is? A reoccurring thought I have every time I shop at the local Walmart. Plagued by filth, incompetence, lack of customer service, and friendliness I always hope my experience is better than the last time i was there but unfortunately I'm always disappointed. I was out of shower gel and went to Walmart.com looking for a great deal which i found and printed the coupons from their website. I was excited because I was going to save several dollars due to the coupons which was the only reason I decided on Walmart. Found everything I was looking for despite the rude employee who violated my personal space trying to restock items. She was so close I could have kissed her if I turned my head and never heard excuse me sir so I said it instead. Then during checkout the cashier seemed irritated as soon as I pulled out the coupons I printed. She asked a supervisor close by if they accepted the coupon who replied "only if they scan". Uhmmm they're your coupons off your website, if they don't work then it's not my fault and you should still give me the discount. She huffed and puffed as she was scanning them and seemed annoyed, then one coupon didn't scan and she said I guess it doesn't work but at least the other ones worked. Yes then others worked but that's not then point - don't offer coupons if you won't accept them. Don't get an attitude or get frustrated when people use coupons because that was the only reason I was at your store in the first place. Remember they were Wal-mart coupons from Wal-Mart.com. They're a fortune 500 company who profits millions every year. Maybe they should spend more money on training because the Customer Service sucks!!!!!!! Their business model sucks : low prices and crappy service doesn't equal more money it equals less customers like me. I work hard for my money and why spend it at places who truly could care less how they treat people.
