Extremely Dissatisfied/Dissapointed/thoroughly Discussed with service I received when standing in line to check out in rear/ Automotive Dept. Another couple was Already waiting to pay for service on their car when I stepped up. After standing there a few, I inquired if Someone was operating the Registers; "they said, someone went to check, thinking she went to take "nature break". A car girl walked in 10-15 min. (From the garage) Later w/ an older lady asking questions about what Oil to use. Then, another man walked from automotive to help, Then A Third gentleman from Automotive walked up to help her. Another man from the Garage walked Behind registers, But, obviously He could operate them! Now, there Are Four different people Standing in line To Check out! Finally, the young lady, (name began w/ a J. ), Cashier Strolled over when she same a "Garage worker" step behind Registers. I want to say there was a young gentleman Tyler that was helping me out only his 3rd day on the floor and a very entitled woman comes across asking him if they made keys and he said yes but was not sure where and the entitled woman walked off wearing a FedEx shirt then moments later stormed back accusing Tyler of making a nasty face saying that her daughter saw him make it... Absolutely awful. The workers in the game department are uneducated about their own promotions. You tell them the promotion, the promotion is literally posted everywhere around us, and they say it doesn't exist. The promotion even flashed on the tv. The worker has to go to the manager just for them to also not know about the promotion. So we had them scan the item and the other item that was supposed to give the promotion... and it does it automatically. Teach your workers how to read. read more

I want to hate Walmart, I really do. They put the small guys out of business, the customer service is and always will be terrible and they have a McDonalds in every store... gross. But times are tough. Walmart is cheap. And I recently discovered that Walmart carries the same snobby hippy brands that I buy at Whole Foods (Stonyfield Farms Yogurt) but at literally 25% cheaper prices. Can I pass that up? What is more important, my snobby ideals about buying from Mom & Pop places or smaller chains or having some more money in my pocket? The kicker was seeing locally sourced produce. I go to this Walmart out of convenience have been going there for years and years but their store has made a very big decline. They have Switched over to that whole food product which I don't think is much cheaper than any of the other name brands which you can't hardly find. I'm just getting real displeased with this WM. Heaven forbid you got to return anything like somebody said go get a bottle of wine because you're going to need it their return section is just a nightmare. Their Checkers have the personality of doorknobs providing you can find a lane open and find one thats worth a crap. I'm just getting very Displeased with this WM in general. They're moving stuff around all the time don't have simple stuff and their gardening center has taken a big decline I don't know who manages our is over that store but they really need to do something about. Few months back I nearly fell and busted my head in that store the floor was so slick even people with rubber shoes on we're slipping and they just didn't really seem show a lot of concern about it if I had a fallen then they might have showed some concern about it .Just getting real Displeased with this store don't necessarily care for Kroger but if I have to start using Albertsons and then finding me a throwback simple clothes store then that's what I'll do they really need to get their act together over there or start going to the one in Hurst on Precinct that's a great little store clean organized maybe they are to go over there and take some lessons. So this is my nearby Walmart that I go to weekly. The reasons I go are for convenience that everything is there, the prices are typically the lowest if not fair, and it's close by. But we all know why we go to Walmart. It's because we go there to buy what we need cheap. So I'll go ahead and point out the main benefits of this Walmart. You're probably going to get the lowest price here, they redeem other coupons as discounts (I personally don't do this), and it's a one stop shopping part. All of these factors encourage us to shop here. Now the bad parts, it's WAAAAY too crowded. They need a bigger parking lot or maybe even a parking garage. Good luck shopping here on a weekday after 4PM or a weekend afternoon. And some other advice, don't follow the traffic in. Drive in front of the gas station so that you won't be slowed down by someone hunting for a parking spot in front of you. Other than that, everything else is typical. Employees are so-so, a large variety of attitudes and professionalism. You can pretty much find everything in their store in the general areas. And there are plenty of cash registers so you'll eventually get through. read more

They are usually fully stocked with whatever I need. I get my oil changed here all the time. They are fast and the auto center is very friendly and efficient. I have been standing in line at the "Site-to-Store" desk for about 45 minutes while the incompetence of CJ, Scott, Penny, Sierra, and Charles (Assistant Manager) wasted as much of my time as possible. I mean, I've already paid so take my number and go get my stuff! The poor woman in front of me saved $3 by using the "Site-to-Store" option. After realizing that the item(can opener) was in stock at this Walmart, she then concluded that she used her entire lunch break to save $3 when she could have just grabbed it iff the shelf and bought it like normal. Two people in front of me had to leave to go back to work after waiting for their entire lunch break! I made the mistake of going to Walmart on a Sunday around 11am. This is totally my bad. I know this Walmart never has enough registers open. The parking lot was a typical Walmart nightmare. I fail to understand why they can't fix this. The store had a dirty feeling about it...the employees are adequate. They never offer to help, but when asked they can manage to stop chatting with each other and help locate an item. Let's be honest. I know what I am getting everytime I come here. I know parking is awful. I know the employees hate their jobs, I know the managers don't know how to schedule enough people on the registers. Bleh it's a walmart. Had to come in to get a football related shirt for work, and this is the closest walmart to my work, so when I decided this was a during my lunch break errand this is the second place I ended up. (I couldn't find anything at the target across the street from my work.) Parking at this walmart is a nightmare ... its awkward, people going down the wrong ways etc. The inside is dark and bleak in there for walmart where it may not be a pleasant place to be but its usually bright in there. I ended up finding some football stuff ... I was hoping to find something for a local high school team, but I was able to at least find cowboys and local college teams stuff. I found a longhorns shirt for the price I wanted ($10) and went on my way. Anyway ... I really don't like this walmart, its akwardly located and honestly there are other walmarts closer to home and a target closer to work. So I'll only be back if I have too. read more

Awful Customer Service in the Jewelry Dept!! Brought in my watch to get a battery replaced. Been up here before and they've changed it. Takes maybe 7 minutes to do the task. I'd do it myself but don't have the tool to do it, to unscrew the back. Me and another lady waited for 30min before someone even greeted or approached us. Asking the other Walmart employees for help was useless, I had to call the store that I was standing inside of to get someone to come over and help (or lack thereof). *There was one black woman in a yellow jacket that didn't work in the jewelry department but was working her butt off to try and get us help. I'm sorry, I forgot your name. You did a great job tho! I appreciate your work ethic, attitude and initiative that you used to try and solve our problems.* When someone finally came over to "help", it was a man named Hamed. He said that we (Walmart) don't change watch batteries and turned me and the lady away... what a f****** joke!! I hate Wal-Mart... period. I LOVE Target. I'm only reviewing this walmart because I checked in here, but this location in particular is one of the worst. The management is horrible, the customer service just sucks, and the lines... well... it's Wal-Mart. This is the worst Walmart I have ever had to go to! The store is never stocked! In any area! They have extremely long lines because they only have 2 lanes open! The grocery pick up is horrible! They have no idea how to load the groceries in the trunk of a car! They put heavy stuff on top of the bread so it's flat when you get home! They always leave out a sack if groceries! They pick items that expire in a day are 2. They need someone to have a training class and explain, if they would just look in the carts before loading they could heavy stuff on the bottom. They are never friendly and they don't greet you! However, I drive just a few extra miles to the store on Precient Line in Hurst, Texas. They are great! They always greet you. My father is handicap with an amputated leg. We went into this Walmart to shop and there were no handicap carts for him to ride on. So I asked Angela, a "manager" with a yellow vest on to assist me. She told me that they must all be in use. I then asked her to call someone to check the other entrance for one or to check and she told me that she was too busy and walked off. I went to the service desk and asked the customer service manager to help me. I explained to her what Angela had told me and she apologized. However, I feel that this issue was just swept under the rug when that so called Manager, Angela should have been reprimanded. This Walmart is notorious for not having their carts charged for their handicap customers and also for not having a cart available on several occasions. I can understand simply being out of carts if they're all in use but if so maybe they should invest in more handicap carts. read more

I love the convenience of ordering online and picking up but the last several times when I've gotten home, part of my order is not there. Today's 3 items were a total of $9. I went to the tire and battery department and got a new battery put in my car. I had issues with my radio not working and now my brake light is stuck on. I went to Walmart and told them they messed up my wiring on my car because my brake light is stuck on and my radio doesn't work and they said it's because they didn't reset the car when they put the new battery in my car. They said they can't do anything and now I have to take my car to a mechanic because of their mistake. I guess they don't know how to reset a the system after they install a new car battery. I don't recommend going to Walmart if they can't reset the system. read more

This neighborhood Wally World has turned into a disaster of no one cares how your treated. This is the last time I will ever shop at this Walmart. Words can describe the worst customer service I have received at this location. I came in to buy some items I needed. As I'm in the check out lane I wait 22 minutes in a line. Why? Because only three lanes are open aside from self check out. It is 11:33 at night. When I get to pay I asked Andrea politely is she could clean off the scanner area because the lady she helped had raw meat and blood was still on the scanner. She gave me the worst look as if I was making her job worse. Mind you, I am sure she was already frustrated form the heat and long lines. She got a tissue and barely made a dent in the stains left behind. After she rang up my food I asked if she could scan my shirt with a hand held scanner. She looked and me and grabbed the shirt from my hand and scratched my finger as she stated, "Let me do my job!" I said, " my intentions were not to upset you. I don't want this shirt stained." She proceeded to lay my shirt, the only shirt they had for my Father's Day gift on the scanner. She throw the shirt in the bag. I asked to speak to a manager. I have never been treated so poorly and felt so uncomfortable in all my shopping experiences. I will never return to this location. The sad thing is no one cares or will ever do anything about it. Sad that this employee had to great me like garbage. I would never do that to anyone. I work in customer service. The only reason this location has one star is because YELP would not allow posting without at least one. I have to imagine this employee has major issues going on at home to treat me this way. I arrived at this Walmart on a sunday evening and it was a packed house. I do my grocery shopping on sunday's and i think everybody else does also. The walmart was a mad house but i was able to find most everything i was looking for. The lady at the meat department cut my sandwich meat very fast which is somewhat unusual at other walmart's. I needed printer ink. . .the shelves were almost empty and the one I needed was completely out (again). . .got the usual answer from the associate in electronics "do you have any in stock ?" I've always been a Walmart fan, until now. Something with their online ordering system is not working and Walmart appears to be doing nothing to fix it. Last week, I waited over an hour to get into the pickup area and as I realized NO ONE was actually getting orders, the line just moved due to others giving up, I finally left too. This week, my husband waited an hour to get in the pickup area, and another hour in the pickup area, and as no one appeared to actually get orders, he finally left. I returned today, waited 20 minutes to get in the pickup area, checked in (again!), was asked for my name by 2 different employees (both not wearing a mask over their nose/mouth), and after 2 hours, I was informed that they only had part of my order. Walmart has had decent curbside pickup throughout the pandemic, and I really appreciate our essential grocery workers. I understand the holiday season rush, but technology, communication, and especially management is severely lacking at this store. read more

AWFUL customer service in the electronics department. With Christmas, Valentine's Day and an Anniversary happening within 3 months of each other I've been buying a lot of games. There is a woman in her 40/50s with long dark wavy/curly hair that will ignore you FOREVER. A few weeks ago she was talking to some one about a cell phone so I waited by the register. The cell phone customer left. She made eye contact with me, then went about straightening out stuff on the counter. Another lady stood in line behind me. I was thinking, well maybe she only works phones. Thought it was rude of her to keep looking at us and not even, I don't know, page some one from electronics to help us. But I'm super patient. Then a walmart employee, an older man (door greeter?) CUT in front of me with a dvd. I was standing in front of the register, he stood in front of the credit card machine. She immediately came over and checked him out. Had to stand through a 3 minute check out as he had a booklet from Best Buy where they were selling the dvd for 4 CENTS cheaper so he wanted his price matched. Would've ignored this if he didn't CUT in front of me and I hadn't already been standing there waiting for this woman who obviously doesn't just work the cell phones. Finally, she asked me what I needed. I got my stuff. Last week... went way late at night, a nice stocker helped me. Today, went back this morning, couldn't find anyone but the dark haired woman again. Thought I'd be in for a long wait again but as I was waiting for the dark haired woman to stop gossiping with her coworker a super friendly younger woman saw me standing, looking around and asked if she could help me. Should've gotten her name. This afternoon, I go back because I need more devices to play the game. It's locked up. Back to the dark haired woman, plus an older lady with long grey hair working behind the counter. COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Were gossipping and laughing so much they completely missed my "Excuse me!!" I left the store. Didn't get any of my groceries there. I'm so sick of it. Will do Target for my games now. I've never ever been treated like this by any store, high or low end. Get some customer service training for this woman asap. NO, get it for the whole store. And teach them to ask some one if they need help when they look lost instead of running away or acting super annoyed because they're in the middle of stocking something (I know better than to ask people trying to make it to the break room or get back to their register). I used to work at a Walmart in college and I NEVER would've gotten away with or acted like this store does to it's customers. Maybe hire people that don't have some kind of social phobia? I wish I could give ZERO stars! I was stuck in line with I don't even know how many people! At first there were NO registers open! AT ALL! Then eventually there was ONE register open. I have a 6 month old baby and stood in line for AT LEAST 30 minutes!! There were SEVERAL employees walking around just talking and laughing and joking. While I was stuck in line with a baby that needed to be changed! Shame on you Wal-Mart! You make MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars and you can't afford to pay for an additional cashier!!?? This Walmart is INSANE. There's never anywhere close to park unless you go late at night, and the crowds get crazy. The employees generally don't seem to be in a good mood. They only get a second star because it's really convenient to buy something online and pick it up in-store. And also the books are in the front of the store instead of the very back...it's a personal preference but I like that. read more

About fives months have passed with the new store manager (and some new managers) and this walmart has turned around. The grocery side still has its days with empty spots on shelves, and a lack of fruit and veggies in produce. I can see these changes as a customer, walking down the grocery action alley I was amazed to see shelves zoned (products brought forward). Clothing department is actually not a hot mess, and in electronics price tags will match the product... They still need to higher more people. Things to know about this store: If you decide to head to Walmart after work to pick up a few things, know and remember that many employees leave the same time range as most people, being from 4pm to 6pm. Due to a combination of poor scheduling, people quitting, not enough hires, there will be few registers open. The self check lines will be long, too. If you need ammo: And there is absolutely no one within the sports department, they are either at lunch, on a 15, or no one is scheduled for that time. Go to electronics and ask an employee for assistance. They will probably have the only key. If you need a hunting/fishing license: And there is absolutely no employee anywhere within the sports department, chances are "..." Go to electronics and ask for assistance, and be sure to specify you need a license. If no electronics employee knows how to do this, ask them to call a manager (they SHOULD know). During holiday season (September to Christmas Eve day) realize there is a high chance you'll be waiting in line for your pick-up-today/site-to-store order, especially when it gets closer to Christmas. Customers are putting things in layaway or picking up online orders in high volume. These are services Walmart provides, however, the establishment has only one terminal, and these services can only be completed on the terminal in layaway and jewelry. With one terminal it's easy to get backed up. Also, electronics are the only associates that handle that counter, and so are the only ones trained to process online/layaway orders, along with managers. Unfortunatly, electronics also helps in their department, photo lab, provide customer service in sporting goods, fabric counter, and fufill pick-up-today online orders (employee finds items throughout store... basically they do the customer's shopping for them). NEVER EVER GET MEAT FROM THIS WAL-MART. The meat quality is pretty horrible. HOWEVER, with that said.. the vegetables and fruit at this location are pretty amazing. The place is very crowded and the parking lot is mostly full. If you have the patience to wait through the crowds, and wait 10 minutes in line, the vegetables and such are worth the wait if you don't want to travel further. read more
