Pissed off. First I wait in line for a good 20 mins because I had a few more items and decided to not do self checkout since it had a line too. I even told myself while waiting in line that I will be patient. Then to top it off the newbie charges me twice (technically not her fault). I would blame on the manager breathing down her back. I had to go to customer service, which there was no one there to help me either. By now I am pissed with all the waiting... so I let my anger out at the lady behind customer service cause now I have to deal with my f'ing credit card bank. read more

Walmart has improved a lot. Unfortunately there are two big problems with this location. First they put video cameras in your face rather than just on the ceiling or the wall which is really obnoxious. But the bigger problem is if you make an online order the only place to pick it up is way in the back of the store. Every time I remember this I abandoned my online orders. I don't try calling this Walmart for help anymore. Every single time that I try and call them, they put me on hold and the phone rings and rings until it transfers me back to the main customer service and they say, "Thank you for calling Walmart, how may I direct your call?" And this process goes on about three more cycles until I give up. They are never friendly. I do tend to have better luck when I go inside and ask for help. Apparently Walmart is going to a mask policy on 7/20 in 5 days. Hope the employees are aware of this policy as I counted 6 without nose and mouth coverings. Seeing the produce being stocked by someone with a face covering across their chin wasn't comforting with their mouth and nose visible. read more

If I could give this store zero I would. My husband and I went in to buy something in electronics. We normally love this location and have helped us in the past. This time was very different. We couldn't locate what we were looking, so we waited in electronics for about 10 mins and saw not one person who worked there. So then we decided to walk around the store to see if we could get help. Walked all over looking up and down the isles not one employee was around. When we finally did see someone who works there she was extremely rude and informed us she was not on the clock. I understand being on break but there is not need to talk to a customer who had no idea she was on break that way. I will never go back to this location. read more

Steer clear of their automotive service center. The worst customer service and workmanship ever.

So first time online purchase and pick up at this Walmart. It was an ok experience. The person that took care of me started out a bit harsh, but when this person began to have problems with my orders she turned embarrassed then apologetic. I think I caught her on a bad day. Brought my car in to get a flat fixed. Thought it was done right. The next morning when I was getting ready to head to the gym, I noticed my tire went completely flat. At least it was holding air before I brought it in. Went back to get it fixed, waited over an hour and they hadn't even started on my car. Got my,money back and went to Big O right down the street. A nicer Walmart in a nicer area (that being right next to the Flatirons mall), this location has everything you'd expect in a supercenter--automotive, housewares, groceries, clothing, a deli, and an under-staffed checkout section. The self-check lines seemed to be flowing well, which was a nice change from previous locations I've visited for far longer than I'd initially intended to. Their selections of holiday items were quite robust, and they also had the windshield wipers we required; however, their sizing guide did not specify that our model of car uses two different wipers due to the placement of the arms so that one does not extend uselessly beyond the edge of the windshield by about an inch and a half, though I would hardly see fit to blame the staff for that particular oversight. The prices on Christmas trees were far superior to the Lowe's on the other side of the highway, and as I mentioned previously, their stock was superb. They also had all the Broncos gear you could ever need; we found a plethora of team jackets, jerseys, shirts, pants, hats, and logo Christmas ornaments to boot. We may end up having a Broncos tree next year if we can find some orange lights to go with the blue (possibly around Halloween of next year) Overall, we'll be back next time we're in the area. read more

Horrible customer service all around. Ended up buying the product elsewhere. Refused to price match an item that could be found on Amazon.com and Walmart.com for cheaper even tho the corporate website says they would honor price matches for both websites: http://corporate.walmart.com/policies/our-online-price-match-policy The item found in the store was on Walmart.com for a cheaper price and was available for free in-store pickup.... You would think that if a person could purchase the item online and pick it up at that same store for the lower online price they would price match it for you ..... well guess what they still refused to price match it. The individuals working at the customer service counter are awful. read more

Love this Wal Mart. It's so clean and the employees are very helpful.

This Wal Mart has the lowest standards of customer service every time I come in. The workers ignore you and hide when they see others who need help. I have receive the worst attitudes from the workers at the deli bakery. And sadly enough (Currently standing in line on wal marts rush hour Sunday...) 3 in lanes out of 22 in lanes are open and are packed with people waiting to pay. I can see people abandoning their carts and walking out. All of the Self Checkout stands are opened with people who have carts over flowing. I'm sorry wal mart and other SCO carriers, "If we wanted to work here, we would have applied for a job. They need more fast and efficient workers here assisting customers within the chain of command and demand from the customers. I gave this wal mart a score of 1 out of 5 stars, as it always feels like a step into the DMV and holds a strong monopoly of people who do not have much of a choice in this area to shop for groceries. I had created photo cards last Saturday at the 1 hour kiosk. I came back to pick them up an hour later after shopping in the store. The associate there (Eileen) said the system was down and didn't know when it would be back up. I told her I would call her later in the day. I called back 2 hours later and she said there was no card stock. I came back on Sunday to try and get my order. When I did, the cards were horrible. Too dark, heads were chopped off etc. This is NOT how I entered the photos. She said they would re-run them. I had to wait another 3 hours. I was very frustrated as I came from the mountains which is why I wanted the hour wait originally. They reprinted them and again, they were horrible. I asked for a discount and nothing was done. I asked another associate who was helping Eileen and she ignored me. I paid almost $60 for a truly half assed product and horrible customer service. By the way, they were NOT out of card stock, it just wasn't put in the correct place. I've used Walmart the last 10 years or so for our Christmas cards. This will be the last time I use them. This happened at the Flat Irons location on Summit avenue in Broomfield, CO. read more

This is an awesome Wal-Mart. The employees are friendly and do their best, the store is clean, and it doesn't seem as crowded as some other locations in the area. It's also 24 hours, which is super convenient! I use the online grocery pickup service a lot, and the employees who work that department are always super friendly and helpful. I'm only going to stop going here because I'll be moving out of state soon...and I will miss this Wal-Mart a lot! :'( read more

Same items were hung under incorrect pricing at 2 separate locations. It was the obnoxious female at the self-service yesterday evening that simply got to me. No manners and way to go falsifying a regular customer to cover their own tracks. There was no sign of remorse neither on the employee side or the managers (who did not behave like one) side. I hope they experience the humiliation for themselves if that can help them behave better in future. read more

This is a good Walmart. It's in a convenient location. There's plenty of parking as you would expect. Its got a Subway inside. My only problem has been that they are sometimes understaffed. One guy in the electronics department is not enough. We are all standing around waiting for the one guy to open the cabinets for various video games or what have you. I have had good and bad experiences with the Auto Department. Again the problem is that you go there and there is no one at the register. I needed a headlight changed and I actually already had the part. I was expecting to get ripped off. They charged me $7.00. It kind of redeemed them from the fact that no one was at the register. read more

Management is disorganized and not helpful. The return policy with receipt only when the receipt can be found in store doesn't provide a service for the customer. I'm left with $200 electronic that does not work and is not compatible with my television and I was advised to sell it to get my money back and that there is nothing they can do for me. read more
