It was a busy afternoon late Saturday, but I came to find transmission fluid for my vehicle. This particular brand is hard to come across in person, so I saw that Walmart carries it. Upon arrival, the store was packed, people doing their shopping, etc. It's been a while since I stepped into a Walmart; I avoid crowds lol. I prefer curb side pick up. Anyways I found a few last bottles in ounces of the type of fluid I need for my vehicle. I didn't see a self check out but there were a few registers open so that's how I checked out. Parking lot can get crazy and sure enough, it was that day.

Alexis is the best! Someone please give this young man a raise. We got Walmart pick up tonight, but half the items weren't ours. As Alexis was coming back from another delivery I asked is he could help us and he promptly got right to it. He helped us organize the items that weren't ours and then he took pictures of what items of my order we didn't get. We were missing 11 items. He somehow found every single item we were missing in lightning speed and helped us put them in bags and in our car. I sure hope he sees this and that his boss does too! Thank you for the top notch service, Alexis!

this Walmart supermarket is a very busy big store, but love that is always well stocked. You can literally find anything here. The prices are always right. came here in search for a birthday gift and i was happy i was able to find the perfect gift. i did self check out it was so easy and no wait time.

This is one of my favorite Walmarts to visit. They usually have the products that I need. There is plenty of parking which is shared with a huge shopping center and there are plenty of carts available to use. The prices were really good here on my last visit. I got some of my specialty items for a lower price than I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. The store is pretty clean and there is a vast selection of items for whatever it is you're looking for. The lines can be long or short depending on what day you go, but the cashiers are always kind.

I use Walmart + and pay annually I placed and pursed yesterday at 6am It is NOW the next day and has been delayed since then. No one gives an update . No one is explaining anything and they won't answer their phones . And canceling is annoying because they take forever with returns. I'm not gonna rebuy something that may get delayed again and then they have my money. I'm going to cancel Walmart plus

The super centers are always worth checking out because it's huge and so much to see. However, every time we visit, we never find what we need, due to stock. That's just part of how it is with being a collector lol. Burbank is a popular city so being a bit of a drive out, we're always unlucky with finds. Still a great Walmart though! Just like others, they have a ton of stuff. This one feels a bit darker inside than most, idk if the lighting is just weird or what. This one is always heavily decorated with the seasonal themes though which is really cool to see! Big parking lot but suuuuper busy. Sometimes you have to park really far because of how busy it gets. Came by today since it showed they had stock of the Harry Potter Cuff Cuties online but ofc didn't find a single one when we visited. Idk what causes this but it gets frustrating coming all the way here for nothing. IG: @ammysalamii

This is a picture of an evil Store Manager named Hal. He souls be fired, or denied from his position.

Fire Hal, the store manager. He has absolutely no people skills. My wife and I just made our purchases from this store. As we were exiting, Hal was standing in the middle of the exit doorway. He looked furious, as he was reprimanding an employee. A manager should never reprimand employees in front of customers, let alone in the doorway of the store exit. My wife had said "Excuse me" to get his attention. Hal turned around and threw her a dirty look. He took only one small step aside but was still standing in front of our shopping cart. I asked him if he was really going to stay standing in the doorway. His response: "Go all the way around!" But we couldn't because there were too many

After awhile I started to find what I needed and picked up a few other items as well. Was very surprised at how many shoppers were there at this time. I can't say enough about the cashier. She was very helpful and patient as I was fumbling through the checkout. The produce was good, as were the prices and the cashier made sure I received all the discounts available, which were significant. Overall an experience that was better than expected!!!

It has a great selection, it's clean, and the employees have always been friendly. I also appreciate that this store values inclusivity and gives meaningful employment opportunities to people who might not always be given the chance elsewhere. The only thing that has been a bit of a hassle has been renting their rug cleaners. The wait is often long (been stuck waiting for assistance for more than 30 mins on multiple occasions). I was also given a faulty rug cleaner that I had to come back and have replaced, which was kind of annoying to have to lug it back to the store and then once again wait to get a properly working one. But, all that aside, this continues to be my favorite store.

I had a frustrating experience at this Ralphs location today. I was using self-checkout and…read moresearched broccoli crowns that was clearly labeled "broccoli crowns" for $1.49. When I selected that option, it rang up as $2.49 instead. I called over the attendant to fix it, since you obviously need an employee to delete or correct an item. I explained the situation, and he looked at me like I was asking him to do something outrageous. He even looked at my friend to say, "Is she really asking me?" It was honestly uncomfortable and unnecessary. Who else would I ask.. All I needed was help correcting a pricing error. It was Sunday around 3 PM and the store wasn't even busy, so I don't understand the rude attitude. If you're assigned to self-checkout, assisting customers with issues is literally part of the job. Customer service makes a difference, even during small interactions. This one just left a bad impression.

This store has greatly improved. This place was so bad for a moment when I started coming here…read moreagain almost 3 years ago now. But what has changed is the rude staff are all gone (in my experience), everyone who is there now is friendly or at least neutral to me. Better than rude or awful. The speed at which checkout moves is fast or at least acceptable now. It used to be extremely slow, but it's greatly improved. You also used to close the self check out relatively early which now I notice you do NOT, which I am VERY appreciative of. Frankly I just can do it much faster than anyone and I prefer it to get in and out quickly, so thank you for keeping it in place and open later than you used to, that keeps the human cashier lines manageable. I'll buy wine so that's why I may need the human to help me out. But nothing more annoying to me than it being 10pm and there's 1 mile long line with full carts and all I need is 2-3 things, well that experience pretty much doesn't happen anymore which is very much appreciated. I find your evening staff to be notably most friendly, they're talkative but not obnoxious or slow and I feel comfortable coming through the line if I have to. There's a couple annoying things, like a few annoyingly narrow spots you have in extremely busy areas, I can't figure out why you have so much stuff directly in front of the cereal + chips aisle. People cannot pass through there easily, every single time I come here I bump into someone, like easily a 99% success rate that I'm going to crash into someone. That's not good. Same goes for too much stuff down the middle of the cheese/deli meat section near the bank, makes passing nearly impossible at times, then again near the self checkout you always have a lot of liquor which makes passing difficult. Customers don't like having to pretend it's a stop sign intersection to pass by, we just want to shop not have an island of liquor impeding progress. Another thing that bugs me is this is the only Ralph's that doesn't put clearance tags on the frozen food section stuff. Why? I've gotten mixed answers. One guy told me it's because the tags don't stay on because the packaging is wet from the freezer, well that's BS because other Ralph's stores do it just fine and the stickers aren't coming off. But another time I saw a guy at the self checkout take something from a woman who said she didn't want it anymore, so he went directly to the clearance door and just chucked it in there. So basically he didn't have time or care to find the true location (fair, he's working self checkout not restock) and so it ends up in the clearance spot, when it's not actually priced as so. Which makes people just buy it because they think it so on sale when it's not! A third time, I asked how to even know what the clearance price is? The guy told me "you find out it at the register". Well I want to know now, not when you ambush me into it and then we find out it's not on discount and you just throw it back into the discount section to repeat the cycle. Isn't that insane? Ultimately though the 2 gripes aren't going to keep me out of here anytime soon, I just thought it may be worth explaining.

On the afternoon of June 12, 2026, my 14-year-old son and I checked out with Olivia. We had only about a dozen items, and there was no one waiting behind us. Since my son is not accustomed to Aldi's self-bagging process, he was trying his best to bag our groceries but was moving a bit slowly. Rather than adjusting her pace, Olivia continued scanning rapidly and placing items into the cart, including some in the child-seat area. At one point, our half-gallon of milk nearly fell out. I understand that Aldi's business model emphasizes speed and efficiency, and I generally appreciate that. However, customer service should still matter. Because there was no line behind us, I was surprised that there seemed to be little patience for a young teenager who was genuinely trying to help. When I commented that things felt rushed, my concern was either misunderstood or ignored. At the end of the transaction, Olivia held my cash while waiting for space to place a frozen pizza that was still on the scanner. While her explanation made sense operationally, the overall interaction felt cold and unnecessarily rushed. Perhaps she was having a difficult day, but the experience came across as impatient and passive-aggressive rather than helpful. I want to emphasize that nearly every other cashier I have encountered at this Aldi has been friendly, patient, and accommodating. This review reflects one disappointing interaction, not my overall opinion of the store. I will continue shopping here, but I hope management reminds employees that efficiency and courtesy do not have to be mutually exclusive.

A lot of the premade food is also great, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the selection of their items. The flavor of most of their items is as good as anywhere else, and there are serious savings to be found there. That said, the other side of the coin is that the store is not always efficient. It takes them a long time to update their pricing once they're out of an item, and when they're running great deals, I'll regularly get excited to see there's a huge sale, look for the item the sale is referring to, and find that the item's been out of stock already for days. This has happened to me at least 10 times. There was also a period of several months in the past year where the entire dairy aisle was off limits due to an issue with the building, which made it impossible to buy any dairy from them for months at a time. Not to pile on, but it would be much appreciated if they kept one more person on register at any given time. The lines can get really long. All that said, I really do like ALDI, and I hope they can correct a bit and take some of the constructive criticism from a person who's a big fan of what they do. I'll be back soon!
