Carter the guy at the check stand was amazing. He scanned my groceries incredibly quickly. He had a great attitude and is a sharp dresser!

This Walmart always has everything that you could desire in a Walmart- staff that always go above and beyond to make sure you find what your looking for, always stocked with your favorite foods (including eggo waffles), and they are almost always open. The parking lot is also set up nicely. If you forget where you parked, it is no problem because the parking lot allows you to easily see the lot of cars. Overall, a great place to do your weekly shopping. read more

I needed a new watch for my mom and the lady working at the jewelry counter was very nice and took some links out of it to make it smaller. She was very patient. Everything was in stock that I needed and the variety was good. The store was clean. The pharmacy section is a little cramped. read more

Hate hate hate this Walmart! Cashiers are grumpy and rude and fight price matching and act like asking to price match is such an inconvenience. Compared to other walmarts have very limited stock and don't carry much variety. Check expiration dates! Have found bread and tortillas on multiple occasions past expiration date still on shelf! read more

The overnight LP person at this store is very irritating. Anytime I do late night shopping, the same man just so happens to be walking past the aisle I am in or shopping the end cap. Then ends up directly behind me in line every time. I understand the need, but to be so obvious about it, and to target the same person multiple times after no incident is just very unprofessional. This is one of the nicest Walmarts I have shopped. We went on Black Friday, mid-afternoon and with the exception of the electronics section, the place was pretty empty. The fresh produce was really fresh, and we were surprised at how many wonderful items they stocked. The cashiers were friendly and the other store personnel quite helpful in guiding us throughout this new location. read more

Hello! This review is currently the first one I happen to be writing and let me kick it off by saying this Walmart is incredibly clean, well stocked and a very friendly environment. However, for me, the biggest concern in a Walmart has always been the Customer Service aspect, as I have had several issues in the past in some of the Walmarts I have shopped in. I made my first trip here a few days ago and the place was not very busy and the front end was particularly quiet as well. I was generally not in a shopping mood but happened to pick out 10,000 things off the shelves anyways. However, I became irritated when I walked towards the front-end at the end of shopping and realized there were only 2 non-20 item registers open. Both registers had a line of 2 or 3 people with bigger carts, compared to the express registers which were rather empty. I stood and stared at the longer registers, figuring out which one was shorter when one of the cashiers asked me if I would like to be rung out through his line. He was on register 4 at the time and I noted I definitely had more than 20 items, to which he simply stated that I was a customer and needed assistance, given I had less items than most. I gladly went through his line and one of the other cashiers helped bag my items into my cart as the one who rang my items scanned each one and bagged them accordingly. I had a total of 53 items but the 2 cashiers made it seem as if I had 10 and had me out before the customers on the longer registers. The two also had a very funny conversation and brightened up my mood with a laugh or two. Thank you to both Brock and Brandon for great customer service. Helped lift my spirits after a hard day in general. Conclusion; Great store with very friendly cashiers and overall a 5-star experience by the end. read more

This Walmart is great! It's clean, staff is friendly, prices are competitive, tons of parking, and it's not overly busy. We moved here from New Mexico where the local Walmart is always packed to capacity - this Walmart was refreshing. How much should I gush about this Walmart?!? I must be one of the luckiest people in the world. When I moved to AZ I needed basics like picture frames, cleaning supplies, basic food items, etc. I found everything I was looking for including vitamins and spray starch by shopping during the afternoon time slot. I was not able to find spray starch in any other store. The store has always been very clean, well stocked with friendly, English speaking, helpful staff. The checkout lines have been short and fast. This store fortunately hires enough people to expedite customers. It feels like a neighborhood store with plenty of parking that is easily accessible from two major roads making shopping enjoyable. read more

We just moved here from the EC. I have avoided walmarts like the plague for years. Often going out of my way to avoid shopping at one. Having said this, my fiancé talked me into this one yesterday. She had been before. The store was clean. Employees were very helpful and the selection seemed great. They had everything we had come for. Also after years of pedaling chinese crap, it was refreshing to see Walmart selling "Made in the USA" products again. I will give this store another shot in the future. read more

We love this Walmart. Honestly it's the only Walmart we have seen that have discount carts on over stocked items. They always have reduced items as well Especially in the meat department. People are Nice and it's a very Nice Walmart. The only thing I wish it had was vision center. read more

Walmart Pharmacy - My Doctor wrote a prescription for severe chronic pain in my knee and back and leg, I'm 73 and it was for 15 tabs of hydrocodone with acetaminophen. When I got home I only had 5 tabs, I called the pharmacy and told them they shorted me 10 tab, told me they had a new policy to only give 5 tabs even thou my prescription was for 15 tab, That's only Walmart policy and they never told me that or I would have sent it to Walgreen or CVS instead. Now I got to go back and have my Doctor write up another prescription twice more. Walmart should be shame of this policy, now I have to suffer in severe pain waiting a few more days to get my meds, I was to take the tablet 3 times a day (including nights cause I don't sleep), out of pills on 2nd day in severe pain. My Doctor is the best, went to school over 8 years do Walmart think they know better to over ride him. I think they violate my civil and human rights. Changing Pharmacy's for thing. read more

This store never has what you are looking for. There selection are very poor. You always have to go to Anthem or Happy Valley Road. The people that gave good remarks do not know what they are talking about. It is not good to have a Walmart so close and have to drive to the other ones that are further away. read more

As a resident of Cave Creek I went to the store because it is close to my home. I was very dissatisfied with the employees here. At most Walmart stores the employees are smiling and helpful and offering to be of service. There was not a single employee or manager that I passed at this store that smile door was willing to help or even offer to help. Very disappointed in their customer service. read more

This review specifically deals with the deli section. If you want to be frustrated by unhelpful deli personnel, by all means go here. There is rarely more than one server even when there are quite a few people waiting. Today, for example, I went there and there was one person - a Walmart employee - before me. He hadn't been helped even though there was a guy behind the counter basically ignoring us. The server guy was messing around with some cheese (but apparently not for a customer since we were the only ones there). Anyone with a modicum of brains knows that you don't putz around WHEN YOU HAVE WAITING CUSTOMERS. He finally took notice and saw that we weren't happy waiting, and he pointedly said to me "I'll be with you soon. He was first, then you." I said yeah, I know he was first. He still putzed around with the cheese also ignoring the two new people who came up. I gave up and walked off. As I was checking out the employee also checked out. I asked him if he'd finally been served. he said no, he just gave up. This kind of behavior IS NOT "customer service." And, unfortunately, it isn't a rare occurrence. read more

This review is about one particular employee, Bradly "Brad". We purchased a BBQ that needed to be dismantled to fit into our car, our only way to transport it. Brad volunteered to help us. He knew exactly what to do since he was the one who assembled it. He was very cheerful and courteous. You have an excellent ambassador for Walmart in Brad.
