Pretty terrible online order pick up experience. There is very little signage telling customers where to pick up online orders. The first sign you encounter is for pharmacy and it shares the same numbers as the online order pick up. Additionally the pickup area is hidden on the side of the store with no road access. There is literally only one poorly lit sign, at the very end of the parking lot, that tells you specifically to go here for online orders...but only after you pass the curbside pick up area for pharmacy. Yet another bad Walmart experience. In the future, I will happily pay 50% more at Amazon so I never need to shop with Walmart ever again. read more

If I could give a 0 for the stars I would. They have horrible customer service at this location. I spoke with 2 different employees and also a manager and all of them refused to help me. We had purchased a battery from Walmart and it failed. We had the battery exchange and it worked for about 3 months then it also failed again. They refused to give us a replacement or a refund for the 2nd failed battery. They have horrible products and horrible policy about Replacing or refunding products that are no good. I will never shop at that location or any other Walmart location ever again because they have such horrible customer service. read more

I have been literally waiting at curbside for two items in the same department for 45 minutes. There's one poor guy running everybody's orders out. They emailed me over four hours ago and told me that my order was ready. I will never use curbside again. The worst management over this department by far. First time shopping here today and the store was very clean and organized. From the time that you enter when there were shopping carts lined out easily for customers to grab, as well as disinfecting wipes, to the staff the greets you when you walk in and when you leave, all the way to the end where our cashier named Rosalind was so delightful! I found everything that I was looking for and then some. I did try and call the store after I left to let the manager know of our experience and to give a shout out to Rosalind, but I sat on hold for about ten minutes waiting. Other than that, highly recommend supporting and shopping at this Walmart. read more

Horrible customer service. You have 10 items with a price of $11.41 for a staple gun & it rings up $20.28. Your associate verifys the staple guns under that price is what I brought to the check out. Paul the manager will not honor the price on the item & also does not go and remove the items marked incorrectly. I will not shop here anymore. Working in retail I realize that employees make mistakes but we honor the price on the item not tell the customer we dont have to because we are not in California. What does that even mean? If I could give the auto center a negative rating I would. In February I had my oil changed and tires rotated, last week I got a flat and long story short, the tech put the bolt on cross treated. So, I had to have the entire wheel hub replaced, along with the stud and lug-nut costing me $511 plus a days work. When I went to speak to them, I was told by the section manager Diana Wheeler and the store manager Mark Frek (not sure of the spelling) that I had no proof that I haven't removed my tire, and I could not see the same video that they watched which proved their tech did nothing wrong. I'm not angry because the tech made a mistake, I'm angry at how Walmart is handling it. And, I'm really mad at myself for thinking that I could trust them. This experience could have been way more stressful than it was- but wasn't all thanks to your Walmart employees. My mom and I were so worried to get our groceries due to covid, but every associate along the way was nice, comforting, and had smiles on their faces. I think this might be the friendliest Walmart I've ever been to (and I've been to quite a few!). I never had a bad experience here. I'm in and out in no time. Even the employees working customer service are unusually bright (even on a Monday morning!). While I've had mixed experiences with other Walmarts this one is the best. Never got any confirmation for pickup so I finally call at 4:15pm and they say it's ready for pickup. *rolleyes* Once I arrive at the store there is no sign on the outside saying what entrance the pickup is at so I park and of course it's the wrong entrance. I went to this store looking for a specific item that on line said was in stock. I get there and they have none. The first lady who came to me appeared to be a manager and said when the guys get here they will scan it because it is probably in the back. First guy comes up spent 10 min just trying to verify what we told him. It says in stock on internet but not in stock. Didn't want to look for it in back said he would never find it. Another guy came up and tried to help, tried to call around to other walmarts but told me its hard to get them to answer their phones if they do at all. He was right. After a half an hour of thumb twiddling he finally went to the back to look. This was my third Walmart that said they had product on line but you get there and they don't. Three hours driving to different walmarts because they wouldn't pick up their phones. I finally went to a more reputable place. Let this store die out. read more

Walmart has been a store to be able to get what I need at pretty decent prices. But as a company, walmart has started putting more self checkouts and NOW you want me to stop and show MY purchases and my receipts? I am not required by law to stop unless you feel you have probable cause that I stole. Keeping people from leaving and rummaging through what is now their property is horrible. If you have a theft problem, look to your policies and loss prevention, and customer service. As a retail store, it is very rare to get someone to acknowledge you are even there. Let alone help. Associates seem to quickly turn their backs to customers and "ignore" them. Walmart, get it together. read more

This Walmart is HORRIBLE if you ordered for pickup/curbside. I waited at Pickup for over 45 min and no one came out to give my order. I can't even come inside to get it myself so ended have to wait longer until someone comes out. They don't even bother to pickup the phone in the pickup department when I called. Never have I had any problem with curbside pickup anywhere. Even a small restaurant can do much better in serving their customers for than this Walmart. I love Walmart. *don't shoot* Discounts are always a good thing. Here comes the dorkyness... They have a size-able crafts section at this one. Back in the day in order to make any attempt at a craft project you would have to go to Michael's, Hobby Lobby, and maybe even Garden Ridge. This weekend I made 2 diaper cakes for some co-workers' baby showers and I got every thing I needed including a jumbo-huge box of diapers from this Walmart. They have thematic placing of craft items, "baby", "wedding", "bachelorete party", "girls night out"... the list goes on. Now you may find this hard to believe but, when I recently painted my house there was an emergency need for paint rollers and Home Depot did not have what I needed and Walmart did. Of all the Walmarts I have ever been to, this is my favorite. It's right between Leander and Cedar Park. The characters at this location are immensely entertaining. I got to be one of them one day and it was great. 8 months pregnant and my Aunt sends me to get a bottle of wine for a party. I say, "which kind". She says, "the biggest bottle you can find, make it two." I was the biggest pregnant woman at the store buying bottles of wine so big they had handles. When you go to this Walmart you will no doubt see people like me. But don't come in droves it'll scare all the mullet wearing, child-rearing, dip-spittin good ole boys and girls away. read more

I came in to the vision center to have my daughter's glasses fixed today.There are two employees here.They are working with customers.One employee got up to tend to something.I said "Hello."She did not return the greeting.I've been here about fifteen minutes and no one has acknowledged our presence.There's quite a bit of eye contact avoidance going on. I have watched as other customers have come in and also been ignored. Even when I'm busy with customers at work I always address customers that are waiting so that they know I understand they are waiting.It's just the reasonable thing to do.The kind thing to do.Another employee came to the counter out of nowhere and saved the day.He greeted us, was courteous, and efficient. The idiot "manager" in the Auto Dept told me they could not have possibly done anything wrong...Well I didn't touch the oil filter, soooo I'm thinking you did. After his display in wonderful customer service, I got a real manager involved and got a refund. I've been to dozens of Walmarts and not one of them stood out in my mind - except this one. So I bought a printer from here. Took it home and hooked it up. Worked fine. After about a week, the damn thing just quit completely. So I took it back and tried to return it. The manager, Erica, told me that they couldn't give me a refund because I didn't still have the box. What the hell would I have kept the damn box for? I purchased the item new, I assumed it would work longer than a week. Whatever, I made my point and then told her I'd take an exchange gift card so I could get another printer. Nope. She told me that they wouldn't be able to sell that printer since it didn't have a box, so the ONLY option would be for me to get the same printer. After a bit more disagreement - such as why they would try to resell a broken printer even if I had the box, or why I would want the same shitty printer I was just returning - I finally gave in and agreed to take the crappy printer. I figured I'd take it home and if it didn't work I'd bring it back (in the box!) and pay the extra to exchange it for a better printer. Nope. The lady informed me that she would not be giving me the box so if I had to exchange it, I'd have to bring it back in and exchange it for yet another crappy printer. I let her know that there weren't anymore of that brand. So she told me they would have to order one. I explained that I used my printer daily and couldn't afford to be without it while one was on order. To no avail. She claimed that this was their policy so that people wouldn't just use the printer for as long as they wanted and then bring it back when it broke down. However, I produced the receipt showing the date I bought it. In the end, I left out of there with a crappy printer that worked for about a month and then kicked off. I threw it away and bought a good Canon from Office Depot. I am completely DONE with Walmart electronics as a whole. From now on its Amazon or Best Buy for me. read more

I absolutely hate Walmart as it is, but this has to be one of the worst stores in the chain. It's always trashed, nothing is restocked and the cashiers are beyond rude. Apparently you can no longer go shopping as a family without every single person (who is obviously well over 21) getting ID'd. If Walmart cannot trust their employees to decipher between a family grocery shopping and someone buying alcohol for minors, then perhaps they should look into hiring a higher class of employee... Sure they have low low prices on everything but consider what you're really paying for. Have some respect for child labor laws or even worker's rights here in the USA. The produce is disgraceful and the Sam's Club Brand all tastes of cardboard or sawdust, pick one. The baked goods are flour, sugar and lard in different shapes with varying labels. Their flip flops fall apart in a matter of seconds and the trash that they sell as clothes would look great on any fashion-saavy trailor trash, hardly indistinguishable from the blue plastic Wal-Mart bags. In the past few months I have noticed this store has installed detectors at the exits and there is a person with a scanner checking receipts of customers as they leave. In addition, I see the person with the scanner going through some people's Walmart bags. I have a couple of issues with this. Number 1, it is my understanding the items inside the Walmart bags are now personal property and I do not think Walmart as a right to search the bags based on rights against illegal searches. Number 2, the person with the scanner only scans some people's receipt and not other's who are exiting. What criteria I wonder they are using to decide who gets searched and who doesn't. I feel they are opening themselves to a profiling case. read more

This Walmart is close to my house so it's very convenient. It has a Burger King unit which is nice. The garden section is OK could be better. I do like their selection of produce and foods. Have everything I want and restock the shelves pretty good. read more

I've used the auto shop for oil changes and tires and never had an unpleasant experience. As far as the merchandise, it's a Wal Mart, nothing more really needs to be said. I've read some negative reviews regarding the customer service at this location, and I have to say that I've never had a negative experience with the staff. I've experienced some rude customers, but like I said, it's Wal Mart. The food selection is food. They have some good meat, especially the steaks. I haven't bought a bad steak here. Their beer prices can be hit and miss depending on what the want to put on sale. If you don't mind changing up brands, (I dont) then you can always find something g reasonably priced. They have a lot of domestic choices but not as many craft beer selections as other placea, so keep that in mind. Overall, decent store. read more

Never stocked. Very rude managers and employees. When you ask for help the employees don't know where the product is and talk and play around way to much. This location is THE WORST for grocery pick-up. I understand that the world is crazy right now, and businesses are trying to adjust, but I drive for a delivery app and the other three Wal-Mart locations I've delivered from get the grocery orders out to my car within 5-10 minutes of arrival. This Cedar Park location takes a MINIMUM of 20 minutes, and today it took 35. If you are in no rush, then I suppose it's no big deal, but this location's grocery pick-up department is a hot mess. read more

This is a place to visit early on a Saturday morning when it is stocked. It is easier to find deals and what you need. The check-out process can be timely because it is self checkout mainly. When this place is crowded, you will become annoyed easily. read more
