I HATE THIS PLACE!! I live about 2 minutes away and I hate coming here especially if I need a money order or pay a bill. Horrible customer service. I used to love this Walmart but the last 3 times I've been in there i've had issues. Twice with a rude, name calling, lazy ass cashier who proceeded to tell me I was lying instead of checking the price on the shelf herself, then management calls me back and I couldn't find the cashiers name so she told me to call her back the next day between 1-9 and the manager wasn't even working that day. I would have to say this is the absolute worst Wal Mart ever. Had I not been so shocked at what I saw last night, I would have pulled out my phone and started recording what my husband, son and I witnessed in the Milk aisle. Had these been my employees, they would have been suspended, but hey, not my business. We are in the milk aisle and we hear two people- one yelling and the other one talking. We look over to see what the commotion is and it's two employees on the clock arguing about their fling. One was clearly more emotional than the other "why don't you call? I was good to you wasn't I? You don't call and we work together!" I guess she was upset at her former fling because he didn't call after she made him a bologna sandwich. It was awkward, so I turned to my husband and told him very loudly that I didn't expect to get a damn soap opera with my shopping experience. Horrible service once again. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for anyone that could possibly help me. I, then went to the electronics department to have someone called to the flowers. I've been waiting here for 20 minutes just to get some information on Venus fly traps. Realizing that Walmart is just a waste of time I left. I came two months ago for them and the told me to comeback a month later, I came back a month later and the told my to comeback in two weeks. I went back two weeks ago and they told me to comeback two weeks after that. Just went and oh & behold there's no one that can help me out. Pull yourselves together Walmart. Just picked up my first online order and it is Way Cool!! Placed my order online, got a text letting me know it was ready for pickup, checked in on my way and I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes!! Will be using the service A LOT more for sure, thanks Walmart!! read more

Awful without even stepping foot in the building. I ordered an electric broom through their site to store. I ordered at 330 pm, it said it would be ready by 6. (Which is kind of dumb. I could have driven there.) I'm waiting waiting waiting. So i finally call the store. The manager BOBBY offered me nothing after telling me my order has been ready. Maybe one of the assholes that hung up on me could shed some light. Anyways. I asked to speak to Bobby after i had been hung up on about 6 times. She said she'd have a talk with the employees. I don't know why Walmart customer service is so poor and getting worse, this Walmart in specific is so unorganized and i am talking about the employees. We had an issue with our online - pick up at store purchase and it took 1hr and 30 minutes for someone to help us, something that took 1 minute for the person that fixed the problem which took 40 minutes specifically for that employee to get to us!!! read more

mixed bag here... the lady who helped me with my site-to-store purchase was frustrated she couldn't figure out what i had bought and was asking me "what am i looking for here?" even though i told her it was a bike and the confirmation email i had printed out had said a bike. she looked as though she was coming to the end of her shift and really wanted me to just go away. the lady who helped me with the return of the same bike (stripped bolt on the wheel) was very nice with the return. didn't check the contents of the box and didn't even know what was in it as she was crediting my credit card back until i told her it was a bike. oil changes (with 2-3 cars in front of me) have taken from 30 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. i always check to see if the cashiers will greet you, and about 90% of the time i'll get a hello. read more

This Walmart is unorganized . Staff isn't friendly and they ALWAYS have only one person working at the customer service line. I have waited in line for over half an hour. They have also closed the customer service line early because they only had ONE person working so I wasn't able to get my money order on time and had to cancel my plans!!!! That was very inconvenient for myself and others waiting in line. This place is less then 5 minutes away from my house but I'd rather drive ALL the way to Redlands to take care of my business! Getting someone to help you find an item is like pulling teeth. All I wanted to buy was a simple hygiene item, and I walked up to these two associates that were just chattin away. Granted, we all make small-talk at work, but what threw me was the fact that they looked at me like I was inconveniencing them. I worked at Wal-Mart in college, an I know that it this does not represent their core values of customer service. I dread having to come here, and I try to avoid it as soon as possible, but it has some items I can't find anywhere. I has practically no information and we have prescriptions filled all over the country, since we travel, but she managed to find what I needed filled and where it was last filled. I drive to this Colton Walmart from San Bernardino. The produce is always very fresh and I get spiral hams there along with the fresh green beans. People are always friendly even though it is very crowded. I was there yesterday and we were evacuated. There were fire engines surrounding the perimeter of the parking lot. I had to put my perishables back on the shelf and leave. Even with that incident I will go back and make my purchases. read more

I ordered an item online on the 24th to be picked up on the 26th. First off I kept getting emails to hurry up and pick up my order. Sorry Walmart but I have a job. Second, when I got to pick up my order, Reyleen hands it to me and I told her that's not my order. She proceeded to insist it was correct so I showed her the email. Once she realized I was right she then tries to tell me that the wrong vest is more expensive. I showed her the email once again and the price I paid along with the price of wrong "cheaper" vest she was trying to get me to take. Now they told me to cancel the order and they give me a refund claim slip. The slip says customer changed mind to show that they aren't at fault. It's 3 weeks later and still no refund. read more

Horrible service! Tacky employees, full of hickies and unprofessional. I needed to return something I didn't bring my receipt I had my card that I used to purchase it. Nisha looked very displeased when I walked up didn't greet me didn't smile nothing. When I told her I didn't have my receipt but I had my card she said "nah we don't do that here" with an attitude and proceeded to ask for my ID for store credit I told her no I didn't want store credit that I would be back with my receipt. But i had to return a carpet cleaner which spilled the shampoo all over my carpet and the lady would not take it back without the trial size bottle of shampoo (which i threw away because it was empty after having soaked my living room!).... Is there an option for 0 stars yet? This place is always under stocked and it's terribly ghetto. It's not the area, it's the people. During their team meetings or whatever they're called, they need to tell them how to treat customers. Perhaps a few lessons in kindness as well. I cannot tolerate rude customer service. I came here to pickup an item and after waiting over an hour for the respective associate to come and help me, I was told that my item was not even available. 45 minutes to get a stereo,and when I got to the cashier to pay for it,just to tell me they don't have it

How highly disappointed I was to expect to "run in" and purchase a pack of diapers at about 11pm on 4/05/18 at the Mt. Vernon location in Colton. To find every diaper behind locked cages. Patience wore very thin that late at night having to stand there for an actual 20min. Which may not seem as much time, but when your constantly looked at silently by every employee restocking shelves... Time felt eternal. I repeatedly requested assistance by nearly everyone who walked by. With only a response of.. " I don't have the key" A call for assistance with diapers was announced over the P.A. at least 3 times with no help in sight. Finally help came from what seemed like a Lead or Supervisor.. I thought "at last" I can get home with a pack of diapers. Little did I know.. a few other families pounced on this opportunity to nab a pack of diapers. Having hope torn away from me. Then I thought hope retuned when the employee said my pack of diapers would be waiting for me on register 3. Finally, I thought again... heading to register three... let me just say, it was the register with the longest line. At this point, I gave up. I left the now warm milk I was carrying on an end cap. (Yeah, that's how it got there) I left and bought diapers and cold milk elsewhere. Thanks Walmart read more
