Myself and 5 other cars have been waiting more than 20 min in the auto center for the attendant to check in cars for an oil change. I understand its not the employees fault when there are only 2 working in this department. One is checking in and the other doing the oil change. Was treated extremely rudely by your worker, EMILY. She was working in the produce/vegetable section with a large bin, but was actually shopping for herself, cutting off customers in the process. OMG!! Even I needed a refresher as to why I do not go to Walmart. I ordered a microwave online. Took about 2 weeks to get shipped to the store. I am now waiting in the bring orange area located near the exit door. I waited 25 mins before I started looking for someone about picking up my order. I saw someone walking by and she scoffs and says she off work and good luck! Wow, ok so I found someone and she gets my order during this entire time my toddler is having a complete meltdown. So I know the guy at exit saw me because we made eye contact a few times. I didn't buy anything else. I just waited in this bring orange pick up area that is blocked off so when I picked up my order I had to go around and come out all awkward. I'm assuming so people don't steal or just walk out through the pick up area. So I'm approaching the exit and he has the nerve to ask me for my receipt??!!? What I order they do not sell off the floor and it was in a brown box! Then I informed him It was online pick up now he looking for label and he found it. It's absolutely horrible there is only two working motorized scooters and there's absolutely no where for disabled customers to sit the staff is extremely rude I asked a employee named Prudence to open a line because my disabled boyfriend could not stand and there was no scooters or anywhere to sit she just directed me to go to the makeup the makeup line was 6 cards by law she has to open a line she didn't. This Walmart clearly depends on the self-checkout I don't work for Walmart and I don't get paid to bag my own stuff. There's only two lines ever open. Absolutely terrible customer service in the automotive department. I called down there to have tires put on my Jeep before driving all the way from Lake Arrowhead (they were the nearest store to have the tires in stock) and when I got there thy told me they have the set of tires, but they can't find them. After going round and round I decided on another brand of tire. After all was said and done they told me they won't install the tires because they don't fit the specs of the vehicle and (in their words) "We don't work on lifted vehicles." Half a day wasted dealing with the stoners that work there and they lost $600 in business. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in for one item, asked the associate at self check out for assistance at jewelry and she said she would get the person with the keys, no one came to help. I asked another associate for help and she also said she'll get the person with the keys, no one came to help me. After THIRTY minutes I I literally called from my phone inside the store and asked for a manager. She told me she'll get someone right away. Came a few minutes later and then told me jewelry closed at 8:00! I was 9:00 when I asked the first girl for help and she said nothing, neither did the other associate. Freakin ridiculous. This is over due but necessary due to the poor quality of customer service I received just before Christmas which made it 100 times worse! It all started with Beats by Dre & The 1 Hour Guaranty on Black Friday! Which were paid for in cash! First of all just a little back info, during the months of November & December I strictly use cash, no if or buts about it because i don't want to put myself in any position for account tampering, i monitor my account! Therefore, when I went to pick up the Beats, which, were a gift for one of my nephew's I was happy that I was getting them 2 days before Christmas. But when I saw them I immediately told the cashier that they weren't Beats they were Mixers. The cashier was confused but I wasn't one bit confused I purchased Beats not Mixers, the were a bright orange,, with a guarantee! So I told the cashier I don't want them I want my money, a reasonable request, I had my recipient that clearly showed I paid cash! A simple refund right? You would think anyway, yeah anywhere except Walmart! The cashier proceeds to give me a gift card!??? I asked her her for my cash back that I used on the purchase, she proceeds to tell me that she didn't know how to give me my cash! WHAT??!!!!! I WAS BEYOND UPSET AT THIS POINT! I told her she should call for a manager & she does, guess what? The manager could figure out how to override the cashier's error! The store manager, an older lady, then tells the cashier to call Walmart's main office & she does, the same cashier who doesn't know how to refund my money! So the cashier starts calling then another manager named. Donald comes over to talk to me about how they are working on getting this problem resolved, he then asked me, "is there anything I can do for you?". Yes! He asked me that! I responded by saying, "my first request would be a great start which if you forgot is my money back for the Beats/Mixers!". Next the cashier tells me that the operate on their phone would like to speak with me. Really? OK I say, " hello?". He tells me that he would like for Mr to explain what the problem was and I did. He tells me that he was sorry for the inconvenience however his office deals with internal problems not customer problems. So he then asked to speak with Donald and said he needed to fix the problem now. Donald gave me 2 opps 1) just a straight refund or 2) keep the mixers with a new receipt and exchange them when the black beats come in . OK all that going back and forth about how they didn't know how to refund my money because I purchased them on Black Friday when all along they knew exactly what to do Donald had to be directed by another office before he could make a decision! Did I mention that Donald is an Asst. manager? Yes he is. Shame on the managers and asst managers for their lack of leadership in decision making & problem solving! The poor quality of employees will only reflect on Walmart as a whole in my mind! Therefore, one can understand that I have since stopped stopping at Walmart & have taken my business to Target! read more

My hubby had a huge mishap while changing my moms oil on her car... There was a huge black pond underneath it! I was sent off to Walmart to fetch more oil and some oil dry to get rid of the stain and I don't know the first thing about any of that. Luckily I found a very nice associate who helped me find what it was I was looking for. We were in and out in 10-15 minutes!! Great experience this trip! read more

Phone manners are lacking at this location. It took a very long time for anyone to answer the main line. The first woman directed me to electronics where they have a Ticketmaster outlet, but the woman who answered the phone in Electronics spoke way too fast, was barely understandable, and had every air of hanging up on me as quickly as possible. But does he/she act busy? Nope, all the employees here work at a slow and steady pace and will give you disgusting attitude for the slightest thing or effort they have to exert to help you. How the hell do fast food companies find quick workers who are polite human beings? What is Walmart's problem? Employees hate their job. So your quick stop at the store turned into a 30-40 minute endeavor and now you're also in an aggravated mood. We will prefer Target despite the slightly higher prices. And Amazon now too. This is the WORST Walmart that I have ever been to, I went in to return a gift that I don't have a receipt for and they turned me away saying they can't accept without said receipt. To make things worse the other two employees were sitting on the side playing with their phones and being unprofessional, if they were on break then they shouldn't be in public eye where other customers can see them. I called to speak with the manager and all of a sudden they didn't know who was working the return lanes, but they did say I can bring them back without a problem. I went again today and I got the same bull-crap and when I said the manager said I wouldn't have a problem they said I had to come back when she is there, I told them that I live on the north side of Colton and its a hassle trying to get there since the bridge is closed and they basically said too bad and not their problem. I only go to that Walmart because I can get my overall shopping done, after this I will not shop there anymore. I won't even go to the other surrounding Walmarts. BTW! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCE! I bought some spinach, carrots, and tomatoes and they all went bad within 5 days. The store is dirty, the employees are rude, and you'll be hassled to give money to the different beggars. This store is ridiculous. At the customer service area I feel sorry for the associate that works it. Literally 14 people in line and no one backs her up. What is the management thinking? Oh that's right maybe he/she isn't thinking.... people use their services all day long, returns happen all day long, but these people that stand in lines have things to do. Not just wait in line. The rep can only do so much so fast, as associates see the line no one not a single person backs her up. This is pure neglect on management. Walmart needs to pay attention to this location because I'm sure that it makes a lot of money on a daily I see the registers ringing up hundreds at a time every time I shop. I used to be a Target person until I discovered the nearest Target was way out there and my nearest store was Walmart. It's Walmart..what can you say? The employees are not to be found when you need them and they are slow on scanning items. The store is rarely stocked with items and the shelves are always empty. They do restock at night and leave everything in the aisle. Also, when they are pushing around the large cartload of merchandise they do not care if you are standing there. Even though the plaza looks new, somehow it appeared rundown or not maintained. I can't put my finger on it, but in the later hours (or super early morning hours) it seems unsafe. The cancel failed and as i was getting the tree and they said it was ready at pickup. Pickup has taken 45 mins thus far with 7 people infront of me, and there are still 3 people infront of me. This place has awful customer service. 20 people in line at customer service, most cashing a check, and only one service person. I asked the man checking in the returns if he could call up another employee and his immediate answer was this is as short of a line as it gets. I said " yes, but can we get another service helper?" He then proceeded to say three times in a row they are all at lunch and repeated that this was as good as it gets. I said , just because something is done badly we should overlook what's right. Needed to buy Motrin which was behind the glass door. Asked for assistance and was told that they couldn't hand me the medicine that it would be at register 3. When I was paying I asked the cashier to get it from register 3. The medicine was never taken there. The cashier paged the girl and asked to get the medicine. I had to step aside and let other customers pay while I waited. The medicine never arrived. Waited 12 minutes. I just left. Maybe they were too busy but the service was not good. read more
