I can't find Prices for so many items. T-shirts, purses, for some reason they don't want them. I'm looking at your guys T-shirts in the bus size and not one single one of these T-shirts has a price. I finally figured out that in order to find the prices on the purse. You have to look on the tag which is way above your head and behind all the purses. So I'm not gonna buy either of these items because I feel like Walmart is not being honest. They know this stuff is overpriced and they want us to get to the register and make me feel a little peer pressure from the people behind us but guess what? I'm not ashamed to say it's too expensive and I'm not doing it. Also, they have some pretty cute women's clothes, but they don't seem to understand that we're in a hot Texas climate and everybody doesn't want all this thick stuff that they're putting on sale. Yesterday my daughter and I went to get the flu shot. I don't have health insurance. My daughter does. The pharmacist says to my daughter, "Looking at your history, it's recommended that you get these vaccines and the tetanus shot." He looks at me and says, "I'm not even going to bother giving you the information because you don't have health insurance, and the vaccine is expensive." Seriously? How about suggesting a program like the Adult Safety Net Program, or Marketplaces like MD Save, checking with the local health department and clinics that have programs for people without health insurance? Or simply asking if I can pay for it either in cash or with a credit card? EXACTLY. The pharmacist is supposed to help people, especially those at risk for diabetes, maintain the best possible preventive measures. It's a wal mart. There isn't much to say. It's convenient and has general goods of various quality. What I do enjoy about this was mart is they have a good selection of exotic cuts of meat that you would normally find at ethnic grocery stores. Things like beef tongue, tripe, beef cheeks, gizzards/liver, whole tilapia, franken cut ribs, oxtails etc. as well as a good selection of niche Central American goods. I'd rather go to the Asian or Latin stores for those things, but it's nice to have here in case I don't feel like driving everywhere. read more

It's Walmart so therefore it's affordable and convenient, not much to complain about. I try to do delivery because I don't love shopping in person. This Walmart is typically pretty crowded and the lines always back up. But every now and then it's fun to browse around. I've had only good experiences with their online grocery delivery. The shoppers have selected good produce and meats, which is what I worry most about. Sometimes you can get stuff delivered day of, but usually I have it come the next day. For like $13 a month you can get unlimited free delivery, and Walmart definitely helps me save money on groceries. They have great gluten free product selections as well that aren't so overpriced! I had an order delivered recently and along with my groceries, I ordered a bunch of fall decor. I got hay bales, beautiful fresh pumpkins in different sizes, faux flowers and leaves, fairy lights, little wooden Halloween decor pieces, a metal pumpkin garland... they have so many options at great prices. If I could give less than one star I would. I went in this Walmart today to use the money services. I had rolled my change and was needing to have the money out on my cash app. The coin raps I bought earlier today from this Walmart. When I got up to desk I was told they don't deal with rolled change they went and got some tall black lady she told me that she would run it through the office coin counter and I would get $20 and I would take it. I have $187.50 in rolled change, that lady was degrading and derogatory. If I expected to use my rolled change to add money to my cash app then all she was going to give me is $20 and that's it. What a disgrace. The way that womans attitude about funding my cash app with change. That's the way you treat your customers what a disgrace. Money is money. So I had an appointment to get 2 new tires installed. Well first when I was checking in a Karen harassed me and the employee so that's on the Karen not Walmart. But when I was checked in it took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires with no one ahead of me, seems ridiculously slow. The worst part is I asked for tires to be rotated, ok it's $5 a tire but you already had to take 2 off to put new tires on. I would have been fine paying $10 to move the front to the back, sure 5 a tire x 2. But nope I was charged 20. You already had the 2 tires off the car so what difference does it matter to you where you put them back on. Oh and they got tire pressure totally wrong. read more

Thank you Walmart for cleaning up the outside of the store and picking up all the trash in the parking lot. Last week as I was entering the store I observed a couple of men with a cleaning cart picking up trash and sweeping around the front of store and parking area. Again thank you, the area was clean on the inside and now the outside is on the come up as well. Keep up the good clean up!!!! Previously I would go anywhere to avoid this store because of the unsightly trash and vagrants hanging around. These days, I usually place my order online and my husband will either pick up our groceries or I have them delivered. If I could give this Walmart negative stars I would. It's a clean Walmart and most of the employees are fine but the lady who stops EVERYONE to see their receipts doesn't stop everyone only people of color and Hispanic people. We had spent a lot of money and she insisted to stop us but with the two couples behind who are white she didn't even care to stop them. Mind you that I'm mixed and my husband is white when I asked her why she doesn't stop those couples she had only said it's because we had big ticketed items and they didn't. This is the Walmart I most frequently shop at. Normally the experience is quite good and predictable for a Walmart shopping experience. Today WAS the exception. I was in the store mid-morning and spent around an hour shopping for my needs. I got up to the checkout area and they had 2 full lanes opened, one set of self-checkout lanes open and the "speedy, under 20 items, lane open. The line was absolutely backed up with shoppers trying to check out. There were two senior store managers watching the whole fiasco and just visiting. Finally they all walked over to the in-store McDonalds to get coffee, leaving the shoppers in line waiting! Finally after 30 minutes I left my cart and just walked out. Several others had done the same thing! It was amazing to me that they had such bad customer service on this visit. One disclaimer, I am a Walmart stockholder. It's not often that I visit a Wal-Mart. You know, because of the whole Being Evil thing and the health insurance scandal with their employees. That said, I'm packing for a trip, it's extremely early in the morning, and I realize I have no clean socks. I suppose I could wash and dry a load of laundry, but that would be cutting it close. I can be in and out of Wal-Mart and back home in half an hour. So what's a man to do? First off, even at 8 in the morning on Christmas Eve, Wal-Mart is crowded. And apparently crowded with idiots. How can I tell? If you are the type of person who hovers around waiting for a parking spot and blocking up the flow of traffic, you're an idiot. The only exception would be if you've driven around a couple of times and there are no spots to be found. That was not the case this morning. Two aisles were blocked by cars waiting for people to leave when there was another spot no more than 50 to 75 feet away. One of these cars sat there so long I had time to park at the far away spot (after squeezing around the offender), get out of my car, and walk back the 50 feet and pass the guy. Still sitting and waiting. A line of cars blocked. Another thing I noticed in the Wal-Mart--just a casual observation when walking to the sock section--it seems like every bra hanging in the store was large enough to hold my head. Seriously. I doubt there was a B cup to be found, except maybe in the section for children. Small underwear would have been shocking. No chance for XS. Oddly enough, when I got to the Man Section, the belts seemed to be within the normal range. I mean, the rack went up to 50 inches, but the vast majority of options were in the low to mid 30 inch range. Draw your own conclusions about the typical Wal-Mart shopper, as I don't want to make any assumptions. read more

I have been going to Walmart all my life started with my mom. I like shopping at Walmart because you can get almost everything you want in one place. And you cannot beat the prices. I done the comparison shopping and Walmart have the loses price in town. A lot of people bag on Walmart for no reason in my book. They say Walmart is too busy or the people that shop there are not of their standards or class. I say bull crap. I have been to other stores and the same types of people shop there. And I have to wait in line just as long. I like this Walmart in Fort Worth. They do a good job keeping items on the shelf and the store clean. They are a busy store but that is good for business. While trying to do lite grocery shopping, 3 reps from Reliance Energy stopped me asking if I wanted to change/ get cheap electricity. All were told the same thing but I felt that it was overkill. Do not shop or buy online at this store. They completely botched an online grocery order TWICE, that was intended for my 88 year old Mom. In fact, one of the deliver drivers arrived at my Mom's house and left without delivering her grocery items. That's elder abuse!! This location lacks leadership, empathy, and customer service skills. They do not respond to customer escalations or inquiries. Don't order from them. Use Amazon instead. One real register open and half the self checkout computers are broken. Associates standing around "assisting self checkout" and greeters sitting down at the front. Elderly people on scooters who are expected to use self checkout and mothers with toddlers with carts to the brim are expected to do it all on their own as well. Finally get to a self checkout to be told it's card only. Luckily we had one with us. Then a 5 minute wait for an ID check for a bottle of wine. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Had to return something here that was defective. Paid cash, had the paper receipt of purchase only 1 week old and had all original packaging. They would not refund, but only exchange. I returned it because of poor quality defect and already replaced it with a completely different item. So I only wanted a refund not an exchange. Having paid cash just a week prior and having the item packaging and paper receipt I don't think this should have been problem getting a refund. I've stopped shopping at Walmart for a couple years now, but occasionally I do stop in out of convenience. But am quickly reminded why I stopped shopping here. There are a ton of new houses being built all around this Walmart I thought maybe they would have cleaned it up and updated, but it's still ghetto and now even has gates when you walk in. If you don't purchase anything you can't just walk out doors anymore you have to walk in between the customers at the checkout lanes to get to the exits. Next they will make you walk through metal detectors just to get in. There just is nothing positive about this Walmart or really Walmart in general. They do not even have or guarantee the cheapest prices to justify the savings from terrible service. This store gets an F. read more

Everyone complains about the crowds but have you been down the street to Kroger lately? At least at Walmart you can get a parking spot. Last time at Kroger we had to circle to get one. The lines are too long. Hey, been to Kroger or Albertson's lately? The service is bad. Could the service be better? Yep it sure could. Would I rather have lower prices than the service? Oh HELL YES. I'm cheap and I don't care who knows. If you want to pay 50% more for a can of corn, please go right ahead but I'd rather keep my money for more important things like beer and wine. Also, they are always understaffed, leaving frustrated employees that just don't give a f*** about anything. The one redeeming factor to this location is the pharmacy. Thanks Walmart for ruining my lunch and wasting my time bringing back a food item (cream cheese) because it expired three weeks before i bought it. I spent over 230 dollars in groceries last week. I didn't realize i had to check expiration dates on dairy products. I would think this Walmart would be vigilant in checking food products that can easily spoil. DON'T BUY!!!! After 2 days the sound was vibrating. I only had TV for less than a week. Walmarts return dept. told me to take it back to the store for a refund. The store #1455 located at 8401 Anderson Blvd., Ft Worth TX 76120, would NOT take it back because I didn't have the box. The Manager, Stefon said I could exchange it for another one and they would keep the box and return it that way because they couldn't return anything without a box (can't tell you how many times I've seen TV's being sold with no box, just info taped to the tv). But it was your (Walmart) dept. tht told me to bring it into store, no mention of box. I had to pay someone to take it down and go with me to the store. So, my only option was to replace a TV that wasn't working, with the same brand, size of the TV with another one. I asked what if that one doesn't work, I won't have a box to return it, they shrugged their shoulders. So, with no other option I decided to try my luck with an exchange, only to find out they do not sale these in the store. When I told the manager, he said oh we havent sold them for a while. When I asked for his name, he said we dont give out our last names, just say Stefon. When I told him you (Walmart returns) didnt tell me I needed to return with box, he kept saying who said that?. I had already started my return on line, they ladies tried to help but only suggested, taking it to another store, another one says she keeps her boxes under her bed..remind you this is a 65 TV. I dont understand that if this is Walmart POLICY, why would another store offer something different. Walmart has lost a customer today. I will warn everyone I meet to NOT PURCHASE TVS FROM Walmart. I know Walmart has enjoyed YEARS of dominance when it comes to shopping, however its in times like these (Covid-19) that big changes happen. Theres not much shopping going on right now, so in the end, true customer service will win out. So I am stuck with a TV that doesn't work properly and out of the cost of the purchase. read more

AVOID THIS WAL-MART IF YOU CAN!! Go to the one off of Precinct Line or Meadowbrook Neighborhood Market (if you can) before going to this location. Cons: This location is in a very close race with the Beach St./Airport Freeway location for Fort Worth's nastiest Wal-Mart. Go to this location once and you'll see what I'm talking about. The aisles and bathrooms consistently look horrible. The lines are usually horrendous here as well. So bad, that it's common for people to abandon their carts in line and leave. This always makes me question the safety of the refrigerated foods that may have possibly thawed during that time. It seems that the bad habits of the old John T. White store followed over to this store and I only hope that Wal-Mart can eventually fix this location (since it's more convenient for me to drive to then other locations). This walmart is all self checkout. While that might not be ideal for some. There are so many registers and I went on a busy Friday night and it took only a few minutes. Lots of employees were actually working really hard helping g customers with the transactions. I did notice the manager was around so maybe thats why. But ill be shopping here now more than any other walmart read more

Employees were rude and were too busy talking to each other than to the customer. The selections have dwindled and they were completely out of whole milk and 2%. None of the employees I asked about the milk had no idea why they were out. Several times I have gone in there and the cashier would be playing on their cell phone while checking us out. I have started going to Target for small items/grocery runs. I will no longer go to this Walmart. read more
