HORRIBLE-RUDE-NASTY Staff! A fun little shopping trip for my kids and I this morning turned into a disaster. As we were picking out items to purchase...shelf stocker employees had the nerve to yell at my children while I was standing right there for things left on shelves we did not place there or pick up. My son got yelled out in the bag department for picking up a bag we were putting in our cart! I am disgusted with this store and my 2 extremely well behaved children walked away today feeling upset as if they were trouble makers. read more

I try and avoid Wal-Mart but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. Where else can you get a loaf of bread, a 12 pack of beer, baby clothes, motor oil, and ammo all at once? I personally find all Wal-mart stores to be an unpleasant experience but this particular location is miserable. Horrible parking, bad staff, bad customers, poorly stocked, poorly organized, dirty, and long check out lines. Avoid this place unless you really need a strange array of items at 4 in the morning. read more

I been here in Lehigh not even a year, it's incredible the how bad is their customer service, extremely rude. Also they have to put more security cameras or more police in the parking lot, car stickers get stolen, people breaks into your car, people crash your park car and leave. I'm afraid to go to that location. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We waited 10 minutes back in the fishing department and no one even acknowledged that we were there even though an associate named Michael was standing back there. Then after those 10 minutes he let another customer walk right in front of us and started helping him. We got fed up and left. read more

This is the worst walmart ever! The auto center is horrible! I took a tire in to buy a new one and get it mounted. They told me it would take 3 HOURS!! So far it has been 6 hours and I have not gotten a phone call or anything from them. I called and got a very rude woman who put me on hold for 45 minutes. Now when I get off work I am expected to go pay them for their work! I think not. I will never use this location for any service ever again. This is a complete fail by walmart and all managers on this site. read more

This is the WORST Walmart in America I think. It's dirty, run-down and there is never any food on the shelves. As soon as the stockmen load up the shelves, it's gone. I have to drive 15 miles away to find a decent Walmart. Someone else on here said it was like a 3rd world country...and I agree! If you go to the Walmart in Hendersonville, TN....now that's classy! Has wood floors and everything! Not this dump! read more

The reason it's so bad and so slow is because they employ mostly non-english speaking individuals. Almost anytime you need help it can not be found unless you speak Spanish. I have watched as "go backs" which contain perishable items (fish, ice cream, etc.) would just sit in front of service dept. until they were nearly completely defrosted before observing those items being put back into their proper areas. Worst Walmart! They never have enough help and I stood in line at the money center for 45 minutes to send some money. This is totally unacceptable. I would have left but it was an emergency to send it. The worker was horrible and she purposely did things slow just to piss people off. It is not only the money center but the check outs are just ridiculous. I am going to complain not just to the manager but to corporate! read more

Awful, dreadful customer service. Good luck finding any help because the staff here has better things to do than help customers. If you are lucky enough to FINALLY find some one willing to do their job or try to do their job, more than likely, they will not be able to find the item you need. Shop at higher end stores, if you can; the extra money you spend will be worth it to avoid the aggravation of shopping here. read more

I've shopped at many Walmart stores in many different areas of the US, and never have I seen a worse Walmart Super Center than the one in Lehigh Acres, FL. I make it a point, when I have the time, to drive an extra 35 miles each way to North Naples or South Fort Myers Walmarts.....just to avoid this hell-hole in Lehigh Acres. Unfortunately there are times when I'm forced to go to the Lehigh ACres store because it's only 8 miles from my house. This store is dirty and full of low-life rude, unhappy people,(most who are are yacking in spanish at their three to five children. Then there's the much darker people who give me dirty look if I say "excuse me" to them because their blocking the isles talking on their cell phones as loud as they can! The cashiers who work here are all soooooooo slow at this store. There's always five people in each line and they all seem to move at a snails pace! All of the shopping carts are broken and noisy at this store. The isles are crowded with people all the time and store is very disorganized. The produce dept. is really bad....and not cheap either! Many of the shelves are empty at this store, and the store in general is like shopping in a third world country....especially if you're not a minority. The only good thing about this Walmart store is that it's the closest one to my house....unfortunately. read more

terrible! i hate going here because everyone stands around and does nothing and on top of that the employees are no help! the manager is also rude because when i asked if they can bring more cashiers to help he said we are doing the best we can!! only 1 cash register open for a whole bunch of people in line! terrible read more
