I used to bring my car in for an oil change and they'd be done in about an hour and a half which was reasonable to get in today waited about an hour my car is still in the same spot and they had one guy doing all the oil changes plus the tire changes plus battery changes I think it's bad management maybe nobody wants to work maybe they're low on staff I don't know but I think it's a joke read more

I came into the Tire and Lube center at 7:30AM this morning for a 'quick' oil change. It was finally completed at 11:00AM!! Do the math folks. Their only 'excuse' was that they have a new guy they are training. I see this 'new' guy having a break outside, smoking his cigarette and checking his cell phone while my car sat inside the lube station unattended for at least 40 minutes. Meanwhile, a line of cars is now forming outside the lube station. He finally comes in, and begins to shoot the 5h!t with the other techs while leisurely grabbing a drink. This service center is sadly mismanaged and it shows in their quality of service. If they are understaffed then hire qualified people who have the work ethic and dedication to do their job efficiently!! read more

I'm at self checkout...after waiting for 23 min because ALL SYSTEMS were shut down. We went in for a few items and noticed the parking lot was quite full. Inside the store was nice and clean and the lighting was fairly good. We were looking for a lot of dried pasta dinners for a hiking trip and found many that were on sale for one dollar! Tortillas were a little hard to find, but we finally found them. Overall, the store was big and fairly well laid out. Check out was fairly quick, so no complaints about this store. Except, I didn't notice many people to ask for directions for a certain item. read more

I usta live over in this area , and stopped here on many occasions. My problem with this location is this, I stop in the mornings , before 7 and help is non existent. Dressing rooms aren't open , so I have been in such a hurry for work, I have tried on clothes over what I was wearing, the staff saw , and said and did nothing. When I have asked for assistance, it takes for ever, the person checking out in front of me,this morning, had a difficult time getting help pushing out the two carts of items she brought. My wife returned a book that she ordered from Wal-Mart online. She had the receipt and everything she needed for the return. However when it was scanned in, even though the item was clearly marked on the receipt, the computer did not understand it and kept saying her book wasn't on the receipt. It took over 15 minutes for a manager to come over and solve the problem. You'd think a manager would be posted by the returns counter, by alas no, that would be logical. Oh, and I don't know about just Wal-Marts in general, but there never seems to be any hot water in the bathrooms at the front of the store. read more

I just tried to use Walmart auto center for my oil change and was told they won't do the oil change because my van is too NEW... Apparently they feel they can be sued if they can't show your vehicle was already old and banged up around the oil pan.. This was per the conversation I had with the attendant. Came into the Auto center with a dead battery, Service Manger Ryan was very friendly and helpful in replacing the battery. Greg the service tech was very nice too! I didn't have to wait long at all for them to exchange the battery at all. I would recommend this service center to anyone, no problems at all and very friendly!! I was disappointed with the customer service in this Walmart. I did an online pickup order so that I could spend the least amount of time possible in the store. I got there, scanned the barcode in my email at the kiosk, and finally after over 15 minutes of waiting I asked someone for help. The lady I asked pointed me to another worker to ask for help. That guy came up to ask me if I needed help and then another worker called him over so he left without saying another word to me. Finally another worker walked by and I asked her for some assistance and she said it is usually customer service who helps with pickup, but nobody was there, and she walked off. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got my 3 items. At least 8 workers walked past me and only one of them actually helped me. read more

So while I was there I shopped for other items to make it worth the drive. I got a few Christmas items. There were these Christmas pillows that were priced $5 each but range up for 3 times the price. After waiting for a few to get a price check they told me they were priced wrong. They didn't apologize or offer the price they were marked at for the inconvenience, just asked if I wanted them for their original price. Worst customer service. read more

Review concerning the pharmacy at the Signal Butte Walmart. I waited in line to submit my prescriptions; then waited 45 minutes to pick up the prescriptions. I waited in the pick upline to pick up the prescriptions(4 people before me). I was told there was a problem with one of the prescriptions and I had to go to the Drop Off window. I waited again in the Drop Off line 4 people before me. Problem was one prescription could not be filled until 3 more days passed. I had to return to the Pick up line again with 4 people before me. This took 30 minutes of waiting in different lines to pick up my prescriptions and I had an infection in my foot which was painful. I will never fill a prescription at this Walmart again. The Walmart pharmacy on Southern will tell you at first pick up that you cannot pick up a prescription until a certain date. Extremely poor service!!! read more

We just bought groceries and used the self check out. We noticed that a coupon didn't register and i tried to flag down a rep and he was gabbing with another rep and he came over. He didn't say anything to us and typed something on the system and my husband asked him a question about why the coupon didn't register and if he should have scanned it at the end of the total the the rep said: "I don't know buddy" and walked away. What is going on there? Another rep asked us at the end if we needed anything. She was nice. read more
