You say to them why is this not in his files since we have been getting prescriptions from Walgreens for 30+ years? They tell you that it's not their problem or their issue to put allergies in a patient's file. Seriously? This is a very dangerous situation because somebody could end up taking a drug that they are highly allergic to. And the people at this Walgreens pharmacy just really don't give a damn. Steer clear.

Arrived at drive-thru at 5:30pm yesterday to learn only one prescription had been filled, the other could be filled in ten or fifteen minutes, & that I can "drive around and come back when it's ready." Two hours, fully staffed, still not enough time. I couldn't wait, had an appointment and chose to pick it up this morning. Believe it or not, the prescription was still not filled at 10:00am, claimed by the pharmacy to be marked for today not yesterday , so I waited around 20-25 minutes in-store only after being told it would only take "A few minutes." I feel this pharmacy is disorganized. They're not short-staffed. It's a disconnect of some sort. Because of their broken process, I was delayed for well over half a day in receiving a pretty important medication needed for a recovery, one that was supposed to be taken simultaneously with the one that had no issues being filled on time. The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

Corporate Walgreens should add more people. I will say the store is laid out well and is always neat and tidy. But, like the pharmacy, the other departments and checkout are understaffed leading to waits before you can leave. Personally, I like Walgreens for quick purchases. Unless I'm picking up a prescription, I find I go to other quick shops to get what I need and don't consider going to Walgreens.
