I needed a feminine fertility product that was locked up in a box near the pharmacy. When I finally found 2 associates working at the store to ask for help neither spoke English and had no idea what I was asking. Another older couple also wanted something from inside the box but gave up and left. The pharmacy was not helpful so I went to the main customer service desk and asked for someone to help. The associate there said ok and walked over to a door that she spent the next 15min knocking on with no response. I left and decided to order the item from Amazon. It's embarrassing enough to shop for these items and absolutely ridiculous to have to go around the store asking for help with them with no response. Thank god for Amazon! read more

We stopped in late night for a few items that my sister needed for dinner. We were pretty surprised to see that the store was under construction. They had tons of workers inside on machinery fixing up the store. They also had a manager walking groups around looking through food items to stock or count items. The store was pretty busy and it was an hour before close. We walked through a few aisles and they had boxes ready to be stocked. It seems as though they were making some changes with stocking items and moving them to different aisles. read more

Amazing as there are literally dozens of Walmart employees waiting in that same long line to purchase items or walking around store to do after close department reset. The produce and meat selections were better than other WM's we have stopped into. What really caught my attention was the young lady that checked us out. Worst auto service center. Super slow. Tried to call 2x, day before for an appointment. No answer, no vm. So showed up at 7am opening time. No one around. Finally opened at 7:16. When did this Walmart become a dog park??? Every time I come I. There are more and more dogs on leashes walking around. These are NOT service dogs. Service dogs do not lunge bark or try to snap at small children walking by. Tonight I saw two LARGE Australian shepherds, barking and lunging at guests, all while putting their noses on produce as they were large enough to smell the fresh produce. I witnessed on this same trip a little chihuahua marking the bottom of the shelving as owners were on the phone. Will not be returning as this DISGUSTS me. Went here yesterday for a mini fridge as ours had broken. Dennis from Hardware was soooo great and helpful, getting the fridge on to a trolley, and helping us get it into the car. We had to take it out of the box to fit it in the car, and Dennis even hauled the box away for us. Very friendly and helpful!! Made the trip a breeze. read more

This place is great if your doing some food shopping, or picking up a birthday gift. But they have a lot of options which can get quite overwhelming. Everything is very spread out making it hard to see what your looking for. And it's a bit pricy. Also the check is really confusing and it's difficult to get your cart in to the check out. Do not order from walmart.com. I ordered a twin storage bed with drawers. It was delivered by FedEx in a HUGE heavy box. Well, the box was damaged and wooden pieces of the bed were falling out totally damaged. After an hour phone call with some customer service person in the Philippines ?!!?? He said I could not get a refund unless I sent the bed back I said I couldn't send it back the box is severely damaged I offered to send photos to no avail. So then I did a chat online with walmart.com and they said the same thing they said they would send someone from FedEx to pick it up. Ya right. I said it cannot be put back in the box the box is damaged they did not care I offered to send photos they did not care they're not willing to offer me a refund for the damaged bed that I received. So I guess I paid $249 for firewood. Do not order from walmart.com they have terrible customer service and do not stand by their products nor do they care about customers. Went in for one item that I was looking for . And found it I scanned it with the Walmart app and it showed one price . But when I went to check out it showed $300 I called an employee over and showed him and he also scanned with his device and it showed the same price I saw on the Walmart app. So he called the manager over and she said oh on!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I got an ID (32) years of and the guy said I walked in with someone random Haitian (women) which was completely bs and said he wouldn't sell me the alc because I was near someone else. I told him to check the cameras so what ever you need to do. But he was more concerned with getting in trouble. If you can't properly watch who comes in together then you shouldn't be there! Expected delivery between 4 and 5 but driver couldn't follow simple directions to get here. No one contacted me at all to tell me he wasn't coming. Meanwhile I'm getting alerts he's at my door and even got a text asking how much I want to tip for this delivery I didn't get! I had to call to find out what the status was. They sent another driver so 2 1/2 hours later I got some groceries but soon realized I only got half of them! Ordered tires on-line at Walmart.com and they deliver them to our local Walmart. Went to have them installed and...no joke...they had us go to a separated part of the store and get the tires ourselves and take them back to the auto department. Then they wouldn't install them because they said they weren't the correct ones. They are the same size as the ones that came in the suv when I bought it new and the same size that was still on it. Very frustrating experience in car service department. I ordered tires one evening and it was terrible. They did not have enough help and I waited forever. finally the manager helped me out and I ordered 4 new tires and had them replace a battery in my jeep. when they called the next morning to tell me my tires were in I went up there right away. since it is first come 1st serve.' I parked my car in line and went to check in. i waited for about 25 minutes to be checked in with only 1 other customer ahead of me and 2 people behind the desk. One gentlemen said I had to wait for the service guy to check me in because they only have one computer. Finally the service guy came and said he was leaving then! As a not so happy customer I yelled I just wanted to give someone my keys so I could leave the car for the tire change. finally the other cashier miraculously said he could check me in. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE?? On both days you had some very angry customers other than myself. Your service person's comment to me was not "I'm sorry its taking so long", but was "If you have a problem go to customer service!!!! WHAT?? REALLY??? EITHER GET THEM MORE HELP, MORE COMPUTERS OR MAKE THE EMPLOYEES ACCOUNTABLE TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE. DON'T BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER. First of all they close at 11pm. And they remind you with 30 minutes of shopping left every 5 minutes that they're about to close annoyingly over the speakers. Then I was about to leave for a road trip and the liquor store says it opens at 9am. So I got there when it opened because I had to leave for my trip...and it wasn't open...but there were 2 employees sitting outside so I asked if it was going to open soon and they said "my guess was as good as theirs". Finally another employee walked up and was wondering why it wasn't open yet and called for a manager. The manager that came was unfriendly and seemed like he didn't care about anything. Ladies and Gentlemen, Be aware to auto tire and service this location 6650 Collier Blvd. Naples 34114, I bring my car in Auto tire service on 10/07/2017 early in the morning to line up my car. around 7:00am in the morning to get first customer. Yes i did I'm the one first customer. but it take 20mins to assist me. The service staff check the information of car including myself. The Service staff he using like small touch screen handy to input your vehicle information. after that you need to sign. This is important before you sign. make sure you told them this is my RIMS condition NO DEEP SCRATCH if you have time take a picture every tire. and show to them before you leave in the shop and sign the service staff. Because what happen to my Car. I sign that but i don't see saying the small screen the shop is not liable or damage your car while in the shop. Only read on the small screen like 3 inch LCD screen my Name and my contact # and what kind of car, that it. That's why i sign, But here the worst part. I'm the first customer, he said i need to wait 1hr and 30mis. because they need to put 4 new tire and Change oil my Car. i wait for more than to hours. Finally he call me my car done. When i pay my Bill show me the papers work i saw my electronic signature, I agree the Auto tire shop is not liable is damage your car while in the shop. He trick me and he don't inform me regarding that matter. and then when i check my car the 3 Rims is heavy scratch the one rim is 5 to dot on the edge. the other rims is 4 dots is deep. I think when the guy remove my old tire he using metal to remove my old tire and he got touch my rims on the edge, he don't care if got scratch or damage. button i need to finish this and install all tire. That is not right, and my oil filter he don't change. when i got home i check my oil deep stick and my oil filter, But i'm surprise my Oil filter still old. This is horrible service. For all customer just FYI if you want to change your tire and Oil change make sure check first your car tell them this is my condition or shape my rim, etc. etc. after you got your before you drive open the wood make sure he replace the oil filter if you can see the oil filter some car model is hard to see the oil filter. For me i never go back to this Shop. And i never recommend to my relative and friends and my client to go there. I'm really this DISAPPOINTED. read more
