The service was horrible. I came for one visit and two lady workers gave me the worst attitude at the check-stand.

This place is always crowded. Pretty much a mess, rude employees, rude customers and the lines are ALWAYS long which makes the visit even worst. When you complain they'll pretty much shrug their shoulders. One of the worst Walmarts I visit occasionally. When not in the mood to deal with this place, I'd rather pay a little extra and go to Target down the street. read more

So im shopping and shopping and shopping...until my hearts delight until we get to the checkout. 30 minutes to get our items ran only to find out that our printer has a security device that needs a special tool to remove it. Guess what? The cashier is not equipped to take it off! So to be nice I offer to go all the way back to electronics to pay for it. Another 20 minutes later...we are done! Wow. The only reason I am giving one star is the kind lady on my way out that helped me. Other than that this place is horrible. While patiently waiting in line at the deli, after helping the customer in front of me, the older woman behind the counter says "Well they don't allow overtime so someone will get to you when they get to you. I'm going home". What?! Really? You can't call someone or at least explain yourself a little more professionally? If I didn't have to to give this store at least one star I wouldn't. We had less than 20 items and stood in a line that was wrapped around another line. There was about 5 lines open and each one was wrapped around another one. Every customer in line was upset. I even complained to the CS manager who informed me that every cashier was on a register. I suggested maybe they should hire some more people. Because there's plenty of people in the AV that's seeking employment. I never like shopping here for the reason I listed above. This review is based strictly on the Walmart Pharmacy on 10th st west. I went in to fill a prescription for my baby yesterday and I ended up asking for my prescription back because a pharmacy tech by the name of Jason was beyond rude from the moment he "helped" me. He had a horrible attitude and clearly has no experience in customer service. His tone of voice and attitude was offensive. I was asking a simple question that required a simple answer but the fact that he was so rude, I asked for my prescription back to take elsewhere. I will not be filling anymore of my prescriptions at this store. Every person I have dealt with in this pharmacy is unfriendly and unwelcoming and don't ever seem like they want to answer questions, and as of yesterday I'm done dealing with any of them. read more

Still my favorite Walmart. The Online grocery pick up is amazing. You order online EVERYTHING you need and drive to the pick up area on the side of the store. BOOM....the doors open and out they come with your groceries. They even load your groceries in your car. The workers are warm and friendly. NO CROWDS .... NO LINES AT CHECKOUT.... I have an adult brother with autism, nonverbal, blind and with self-injurious behavior who will have severe temper tantrum if he has to wait too long. We had a flat tire and made an appointment at the automotive center during the week of February 2, 2020 for the 3 p.m. for Saturday, Feb 8th via phone. Additionally, we personally stopped inside the store on Friday Feb. 7th to confirm the appointment with department's manager, KC who was present that day, and ordered the tire and advised her that I will have a person with disabilities with me who will not wait, the following day and that is the purpose of my making an appointment. She did not make any disclosures at the end of our conversation other than for us to "try" to be there 10 minutes before our appointment, which reasonably led me to believe that anytime within the 3 to 4 time period would be OK for us to show up. She did not take any of the car's information that day. I went back with my brother to the store at 3:20 the following day- 20 minutes past our appointment time. Although KC's associate, Maria, was willing to make reasonable accommodations for us and fix the vehicle between 3 to 4, KC actively interfered and ordered Maria to stop helping us out and that our appointment was cancelled because we were 20 minutes late, even-though KC never provided any notice to me the day before that their store policy is to cancel an appointment when a customer is more than 10 minutes late. This is all while she and other associates were witnessing my brother engaging in self-injurious behavior, which is a usual display of his disability when he has to wait too long. She not only denied my brother reasonable accommodations to access automotive services despite our due diligence in having made the appointment in advance and advising her of its purpose, but KC and her associates, other t bgg an Maria, made faces and rolled their eyes, along with other customers looking on in response to my brother's display of his disability, which was extremely humiliating and hurtful. This should have been captured by the story's security cameras. I spoke to the assistant manager, Jaime and although he gave us a 10% discount and agreed that KC's handling of the situation and failure to provide notice and interference with another's associate's attempt at providing us reasonable accommodations was unprofessional and a denial of our rights to have equal access to services, he said that we could not file a written complaint/incident report at the store for future litigation purposes and to submit an online survey through which the consumer does not receive any documentation of the complaint. I also called 1-800-Walmart that same day, however, no documentation of this incident was provided to me via email or otherwise. Hence, I decided to post this yelp review as a form of documentation for our future reference. Our new tire was also mounted in an unusual way, in that it looks different from the remaining three tires. read more

I went to Walmart today to return a Virgin Mobile cell phone I bought less than 30 days ago. I was told for the first time today, that I only had 15 days to return it. This was not on my receipt and was not told to me on the date of purchase. I feel like I was mislead and cheated. Then I was told that the return policy is posted in customer service. Well, that is not where I purchased the phone, it was purchased in electronics (cell phone section) Not happy with my purchase at all. If you are going to change your return policy it should at least be on the receipt and made known before that purchase is made. So not shopping at Walmart any longer for electronics. read more

I brought my car in for a simple tire patch, something that takes the normal tire store five min to fix, but an hour and a half later I'm still sitting here. When I asked the Oof behind the counter he said they haven't got to it and looked at me like that was suppose to be the end of the conversation. I had to insist that he go back and find out why. When the manager came out he said oh sorry we have one tire "specialist" ( that's his words cause damnit were at Walmart no one here is a specialist in anything.) and he is doing a whole set for someone so I asked does that take two hours he said no so now I'm back to WHY THE HELL AM I HERE FOR TWO HOURS! he answered with the same blank look the counter oof had so I walked away back to that hard ass seat, oh and I still don't even know if they can fix my tire. read more

I love this Walmart. I'm from Glendale and don't remember ever going in to a Walmart. Long story short, the customer service here is amazing. I have been here 3 or 4 times after 12 most times and i would understand if the workers are grumpy and tired because it is a graveyard shift. But NOPE! They are the nicest people ever. I frequent this location because of its close proximity to my house and the low prices, even though it is not a 5-star location. In general, the store does not always have fully-stocked shelves, and I hate the secured makeup area; it is cumbersome to make a separate transaction for my makeup or have them put it in a locked box to pay for with the rest of my stuff (not to mention, the cordoned area is a fire hazard!). This particular visit was not so great. There were 6-7 people in line at customer service and only one register open; service was very slow. The store was out of many makeup items, including the CoverGirl liquid foundation color I had gone for. Also, the plastic storage bag (snack/sandwich type) section was picked clean; no store brand bags left. Checkout lines were VERY long (5-6 people in each one). read more

By far the worst place to buy tires from. They give you the run around then after waiting so long tell you they don't have your tires that you ordered online weeks ago then they tell you to buy the tires again and they will reimburse you later they also tell you that you need to park on a totally different side and walk to another side in order to get them installed and then tell you it will be a 2 hour wait to get them installed. Moral of my story I never received the tires I paid for and they still charged my bank account. Don't ever buy tires through them they are unprofessional. The lady even told me that she has no control over what they do on Walmart.com but it's the same organization. Never again will I give them my business for anything. read more

This Walmart sucks it took 30 minutes to get alcohol but we had to call the store to tell them we've been waiting. What good for is a button to call someone if they're not gonna come over and help you. Then you wait in a 45 min line because one line, 13 is good for to buy alcohol only for them to tell you everyone in your party has to be 21 and have an ID. What the F*** why couldn't you tell me that from the beginning. I would of saved 45 min and bought my other groceries. If I could I would leave no stars. The store itself is nice, the employees there varies on helpfulness. But if you use black/ African American hair care products be prepared to go to a blocked off section of the store. I've been in some pretty "urban" Walmarts but this is the first time I've seen anything like this. Only the ethnic hair care items are locked up. The other hair care items are still available for you to grab and place in your shopping cart. On the other side of the unlocked section. Since I am stationed here I prolly won't be buying any hair care items here, the lock and key section is a huge inconvenience. read more

I would give the store a negative rating if possible but in order to leave a review you have to give them at least one so on11 /22/ 2018 I had to stop at the Walmart Superstore located on 10th Street in Palmdale California at the same time I was purchasing the products I needed I remember the construction boots that I so happen to be wearing at the time needed to be returned for a exchange because of some deficit issues with them. I purchased them exactly 30 days ago had been meaning to bring them back sooner but just didn't have the time. So I stopped by the shoe department and pick up a new replacement pair of exactly the same boot then went directly to the exchange and return Department spoke to Isabel the CSM manager of Walmart she indicated that she would allow me to return the defective boots on the next day even though it would be over the 30 day return policy time limit bye one day I purchased the new boots took them home and realize that somebody had switch them out for a different size probably at the store they were not size 12 they were size 11 following day I went back to Walmart to return the new boots and the old boots for a exchange. Then I was informed by another manager that they will not take my old boots in exchange for replacements after I was told by Isabel the CSM manager the day before that she would do it. So I will not be doing business with this store ever again because they have horrible return policies for defective merchandise!!! Went to this store to return a air of pajamas that I got as a Christmas gift because there were to big I went to customer service and she took the and told me to get what I like so I went to go look for the same pajamas I then realized the girl at customer service did not tell me the price so I went back to customer service to get the price then I went on to my search I found the top part in my size but not the pant they are both sold as one so I ask a sales associate about where the pants would be she called the department head and she had no idea where the pants were so I ask her if I can take the medium pants that I found in there shopping cart and she said no so I went back to customer service grabbed my return and left as a dissatisfy customer I will not be back target has my business now read more

My bf returned a fish that I had just purchased from this location. Because the fish has been fighting with my other fish, so I decided to return it. He told me the lady said, "they were going to flush my fish down the toilet". He told her the fish was healthy and able to go back in the tank. I couldn't believe what I heard. I waited 20 minutes to get a teeth whitening kit out of the locked cabinet that I never even got , two associates stated they did not have the key and would be right back, never returned. Finally I gave up and didn't get my whitener after asking another associate to help me she stated "I don't have anyone for that right now". Ok? So then I'm looking for small lighter fluid for zippos, an associate stated it was located on cash register 3, the biggest line in the store might I add. So I wait 20 minutes in that line just too find out they don't have small lighter fluids? Ok I thought this was Walmart? Oh and they have no bags. Anyways I accidentally left a few of my items because there was no bags and didn't notice them sitting there.
