Bag cut open when it got stocked.

The people who unpack/stock need to be more careful. I bought some stuff there and it had giant slices in it from their box cutters that I didn't notice until I got home. The world isn't cheap now! You can't just go ruining people's groceries. Ridiculous. I hate walmart so damn much already here's just another reason.

I have been here twice. And I can tell this is way bigger than the one in Lancaster. Aisles are wide, spacious, clutter free and like 3 carts can pass at the same time. Shelves are stocked and organized as well. Employees are around, ready to help out when you need something from the locked products. If you need an oil change and the like, this location has car service too. *Eye care inside, hair salon, tax preparer and fast food place

was aggressively communicated and misrepresented / lied too and lied about by a PA something manager and Cashier Riena. I finished earlier and checked out, my daughter had my card on her cell phone. While I was strategically packing my car, my daughter called. She said a cashier named Reina told her she could not make a purchase for a pocket knife due to her being a minor. I told her no problem, I would be inside in 5 mins and I forgot ice. I met my daughter by Reina who helped me finish my purchase just 10 mins ago. she started to tell me I was breaking the law by having a minor buy a knife. Confused, I asked my daughter if she was buying a knife. She was getting a multipurpose tool that has a pocket knife. it's not California law that minors cannot buy a knife but it is against Walmarts policy clearly since she was telling me, my daughter couldn't buy the multipurpose tool. Reina said no, that it was still being purchased by a minor. and I told her to get her supervisor. She went to her supervisor and told her supervisor I was having a minor buy a knife. Not even a knife, but a multipurpose tool. I got to customer service I pulled up the law that clearly stated it's not against the law. Manager, She then started to attack me aggressively communicating verbally in clear escalating statements. said " what kind of a mother would let her minor daughter by a knife", I told her that Walmart knows about organizations such as boys and girls scouts of America and it's not unreasonable and normal to have a multipurpose tool and pocket knife's are not considered knives as their inches are not the same size as an actual knife. She the. Said " I am a mother and would never let my children buy a knife" I told her girls and Boy Scouts of America is educational and she should teach her kids, again her comment of " what kind of monther are you to let your daughter buy a knife, dont tell me what todo with my kids . " while she's literally lecturing me and aggressively communicating she's making statements that were abusive to decharacterize and be bias to exaggerate a multipurpose tool vs a knife. Shocked I said it's not a knife. She said you can't buy it. She then said I can refuse to who ever I want. As she dominated her position with power I asked for a form to file a complaint against her. I said " you can't do this" she then started to swear at me. Telling me she can do everything she damn well pleases, and she doesn't need todo a damn thing for me" she then again started to make inaccurate statements to exacterate and loudly say " what kind of mother are you to let your daughter buy a knife."she said " My daughter was at cashier 35 staring and the manager Patricia or patty her badge was covered only a PA showed, started to yell very loudly " why are you following me" while my daughter was behind her I would have to walk left to get to my daughter and I'm having an aggressive manager react to myself now walking to my daughter. She then called on her walkie talkie to security. Stating " step away from me and keep away" I felt fully unsafe, and I still had to get to my daughter who was at a register staring at us. I now was 1) accused of breaking the law. 2) aggressively communicated to escalate the entire situation and 3) being gaslighted and verbally abused by this manager on buying a knife vs a multipurpose tool because a pocket knife was and is attached. I then got to my car and took all the $200. Out and went back in. Determined to return it, When I got the front the manager then reappeared. She told her coworker who was returning my purchase that I " snuck in" " you have no right to speak to me, you are not going to be helped and don't talk to me". She then told her co worker to stop and freeze it and she would call 1800. security didn't have a problem with me but did walk with the manager as she told them I was trying to make my daughter buy a knife illegally. The abuse was unnecessary and the aggressive communication to claim dominance and intimidate me was astonishing. This picture is the cashier Reina taken by another review off google, and the Manager PA something possible patty or Patricia, was part of the managers first time, were extreme aggressive abusive communicators.

Walmart prices are going up! I don't appreciate that. So I will be looking for other stores with cheaper prices like Aldi or Dollar Tree. Dont agree with Walmart treatment of workers and Corporate greed anyways...

I went in today to grab few items. On my way out there was a piece of trash on the ground and I almost fell off my one leg scooter. I was able to catch myself from falling, but for safety I informed the woman who was working at 1:45p today 9/19 with pony tail. I said I almost fell off my scooter and pointed at the trash on the ground and she said ok thanks it looked like she got bothered. I didn't see her with any urgency, she didn't make a call didn't apologize, didn't do anything so that is my complain today. As a business owner I take information like this and I correct the issue. Luckily I didn't fall off my scooter and hurt my foot that is healing from a fracture. I bet nothing was done and no one at the store was notified to pick it up.

I like this Walmart more than any other in the AV. Go early in the morning to get in and out and to avoid any headaches.

A lot of the stores that used to make it great have closed, and what's left feels limited and outdated. The mall itself looks like it hasn't been updated in years -- the floors, lighting, and restrooms could really use some attention. It also doesn't feel very safe at times, especially in the parking lot during the evening. Security presence is hit or miss, and there are often groups of people just hanging around without shopping. Food court options are okay but not great, and customer service in many of the stores seems tired or short-staffed. It's honestly disappointing, because this used to be one of the main places to shop in the Antelope Valley. Overall, it feels like the mall has lost a lot of its energy. Unless there's a specific store you need to visit, it's probably easier to just shop online or head to a different shopping area.

This is probably my least favorite Target in the Antelope Valley…read more It is conveniently located near the AV Mall and plenty of other businesses, which is helpful, but it's also one of the smallest and busiest Target locations in the area. They often don't have the items I'm looking for like Branch Basics cleaning products or my preferred formula for my baby, and the store usually feels chaotic, crowded, and messy. That said, I still tend to prefer Target over Walmart, even though people swear Walmart is better because it's "cheaper." The staff here are at least nice and approachable, so I do appreciate them for making the experience better whenever I stop by. It may not be my favorite Target, but the location is convenient and the staff have been pleasant.

Absolutely gross, they need employees checking them more often since people are pretty gross. They wouldn't do these things at their homes, I am sure. The first soap dispenser I went to did not work, so went to the next one. It worked. I tried the sink, and it didn't work, so I had to go back to the other sink. It was like musical sinks. The dryer for your hands didn't work, so I used the regular paper towels. When I found my daughter, she informed me they no longer have a maternity section and they haven't for a long time. We were not aware of this. I am not a Target person, but this daughter likes it. I find it expensive, and I am a bargain shopper, so I am not into paying these prices for myself. Just not a fan. 9/9/25

Hubby and I went to BB&B on a Sunday afternoon to find 2 things: replacement chair pads for our…read moredining chairs at our lake house, and a suction cup mounted soap dish for our shower. When we walked in, we noted that the place felt like a ghost town. The Poppy Festival was taking place in town, and we figured perhaps retailers weren't seeing much business. We also noticed the "ambient" music playing was a little louder than you typically find in a store, and this was "honky tonk" Deep South country.. not at all mainstream Country Western which would still be unusual to find in a store like this. Why am I mentioning the music at all? While there I saw other shoppers wincing and talking about the music, and a couple of them actually left saying things like "oh, I just can't anymore" as they were heading for the door. Who the heck makes a decision to blast music, especially a genre that's so specific and polarizing? It was too loud to just ignore. We stayed because we needed to find specific items, but if we were only there to browse we likely would not have stayed. Back to our reason for shopping. We located the chair pads in the back corner of the store after asking for assistance. There was some selection on hand, and we were able to find a style, color and pattern that we liked. A little more expensive than what we were seeing at Macy's online, but this is BB&B and of course, we had our coupons! Not wanting to go to the mall, we got 4 chair pads (there were only 5 in that color) and placed them in our cart. We found a lone suction cup mounted soap container sitting on a shelf that seemed out of place. We never did find a display with more than 1 or a selection, but we know that inventory is tough for everyone. It wasn't exactly what we wanted, but "it will do", and we placed it in our cart. The cashier was very friendly and efficient! Excellent customer service. When we jokingly remarked about the very loud music, she apologized and said a manager had selected the streaming station when he opened the store and they were stuck with it. I hope Mr. Manager is reading this. Overall I still give them 4 stars for having what we needed, it was clean and tidy and everyone was helpful when we asked for assistance. We are happy to have BB&B in town!

Specifically the one in the middle approached me several times in the store asking me if I needed help after I had already indicated that I did not. I then began to ignore her purposely because I had already indicated several times that I did not need help and I did not want to be bothered. She then sent the young lady with the glasses on to ask me the same question as well as other employees within the store. I was stalked and harassed in each department that I went to in this location. It is unfortunate that these kind of people stereotype and harass specific customers. It went as far as them only asking me when I had other customers standing next to me whom they did not bother. I took this photo as I left because once I looked over the young lady with the glasses was explaining how I had also turned her away to the woman in the center. It's disgusting, disturbing, and dangerous that these kind of people harass people that they do not know and do not take heed to the warning leave me alone. Truly barbaric. I purchased my selected items with a gentleman in the Sephora store. Who was kind and professional. The other people employed there dog piled on me and followed me. I felt unsafe and afraid of their degrading behavior.
