I believe we saw four different sales reps, the other three never even acknowledged us, didn't at least try to show us where we could start browsing for a suit. My experience with Walmart as a company was deeply troubling and reflects serious issues with its internal policies, management practices, and treatment of individuals who raise concerns. In my experience, Walmart failed to act fairly or ethically when issues were brought forward. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns in a neutral and professional manner, I was subjected to what felt like ongoing harassment, selective enforcement of policies, and targeted treatment that appeared retaliatory in nature. Processes that should have been objective were handled inconsistently, and I was repeatedly put in situations that created unnecessary stress and pressure. What was most concerning was the apparent lack of accountability and transparency. Policies were applied unevenly, communication was unclear or misleading, and there was little opportunity for good-faith resolution. Rather than de-escalating the situation, Walmart's approach intensified it, leaving me feeling singled out rather than supported. Based on my experience, Walmart's corporate culture prioritizes protecting itself over treating people fairly. I would strongly caution others--whether customers or employees--to document everything, understand their rights, and proceed carefully when dealing with Walmart's management or internal processes. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion, and I hope Walmart takes accountability and makes meaningful changes to how it treats individuals who speak up. read more

I've repeatedly convinced myself to come here cuz it's right down the street from my house and prices are cheap but I just can't take it anymore. I get that it's Wally world and people don't wanna work there, but workers should be happy they have a job? Rude employees at the customer service area and I asked a couple questions at the eye center and an employee made me feel dumb about it and even asked if I've ever worn contacts....I've been wearing them for years, buddy!...and got my latest set from that location! Plus, they take their sweet a** time restocking products. I'm just going to order my contacts over the phone and start shopping for food at Safeway or something. I usually drive to this Walmart to do all of my grocery shopping and get the little things I need for the house. I especially love that they ad match and help me save a little more. Unfortunately last time I was there the cashier refused to match any of the items I needed to ad match and kept telling me I was wrong. I spent time writing all of this down and separating everything for him and he was so rude. I went to the guest services and the gentleman there rudely asked how many items I needed to admatch because it's a pain and he needs authorization for every single item. So I just left. I've never had to deal with such a bad experience there and I will be driving the extra 15 min to target to do my shopping now. read more

They've had a remodel going on that can't meet the grand opening date because the construction manager pissed off the city the inspectors, micro managing the project to the ground, causing unsafe conditions, the painting contractor after working a double shift fell asleep on the way home, and lost his life, other contractors are done with Walmart after this project., and this guy Heath Johnson still has a job, managing construction over guys who have been working construction longer that he's been alive.. way to go Walmart, hire within read more

I wish I could give the auto service department less then a star. The guys working there are the slowest most unfriendly people I have ever seen think sloths. I went to help out a friend that got a flat and parked his car right behind the tire bays. Less than fifty feet. They would not go outside and pull the tire off! I had to do it myself. Wal-Mart will rip you off if your are using there family mobile cell plan. and If you try to CXL they will even get more from you. Beware. When I called to CXL they said my Extra pack funds will be lost they will just keep them for there pockets. and to top it off they also charged $5.00 to make the payment over the phone. Problem is that that's an inconvenience and if it says 711 station on it 711 should be able to take care of refunding the money whenever it's not working properly and then they can get the money back from the company that runs their air station

In some areas, it lacks variety. But, my recent stop just blew me away. I came in specifically for produce and was shocked at how much lower Winco was compared to the big-name stores. I still had my receipt from the previous week's shopping elsewhere so I started wandering around, comparing my list item for item. The difference was significant. The bulk section gives you everything from spices (You can buy just a little of something you don't use often.) and they had some interesting base mixes for things like gravy or hummus. I did pass by all the bulk candy. Even though they did it for me, I did carefully check out the Sanderson Farms chicken I usually buy elsewhere and their non-sale price was lower for the same brand and quality. I was looking a little lost and an employee did pop over to ask if I needed help. My cashier was fast and friendly. I'm not a fan of the self-bagging. It feels rushed when there is a long line and the bags are thin. I doubled most. They don't take credit cards. However, in these days of high prices, the minor annoyances are outweighed by the savings. I will be doing my major shopping here next week.
