I haven't been to this location in a couple of years, and after my recent visit, I was reminded why. When I walked into the store, no one greeted me, and I stood there for at least 20 minutes without anyone offering to help. This location sucks so hard!! I go to this location because it is on my way home and every single time I leave disappointed and empty handed. Today I stopped in, no one greeted me so whatever, but then I could not find a specific item in pink or the VS section. After making a few laps around the store I figured someone would have approached me seeing as they do at literally any other location but nope, went to look for an employee and nothing. The lady with glasses and dark hair is just awful, she doesn't want to help and does bare minimum. I had such great experience at the arrowhead mall, I won't ever step in this store again. This location was no different however the sales reps werent pushy which I loved they didn't ask me 7000 times If I needed help...what a relief that was!. This place is cut in half basically, one side is pink and the other side is angel. Love their perfumes. Also they have great underwear. They have lingerie. They have semi sales in the summer and after Christmas. Really good deals. read more

Stopped in to get some items for my daughter. There were more employees than customers. No one greeted me, no one offered to help me find anything. Then while waiting behind a return that was taking a long time no one bothered to apologize for the long wait or even acknowledge my presence. So I set the $150 worth of merchandise, explained why I was leaving to someone who could care less and left. I can shop online if I want cold and distant. For as long as I can remember, have been wearing Victoria's Secret bras. I even worked for Victoria's Secret and know how much pride they take in the quality of their products. I bought a bra about 6 months ago and the metal "V" detailing in the center ended up tearing away from the material, completely shredding the fabric. I've cared for the bra the proper way (the same way I've cared for all of my other VS bras) so I was shocked that this bra didn't hold up like my other ones have. When I had previously worked for the company, I know they would gladly exchange a product if there was an issue like this. I brought the bra into the Norterra store to inquire about an exchange. They refused to consider it because it had been worn. The manager, Amy, was incredibly rude to me. I wouldn't have been upset if they refused an exchange but I am completely floored by how I was spoken to by the team there. I will never shop at this store again. I was such a fan of the company and the brand and it's a shame they are being represented in this way. read more

I came in for the semi-annual sale and I have been to other locations for it as I participate every year... so I decided to try the Norterra location. It was a nice size store not too big where I am lost, but also larger than other locations which is spacious to walk around. I found SO many sales on just about everything-way more than what I was expecting. Their selection of bras was diverse and I was able to find my sizes and styles so easily! I also grabbed a sweatshirt and other items since there was so much to choose from! The associates are WAY nicer here than any other location, which is what will have me keep coming back to this specific location. I was greeted right away, handed a shopping bag when my hands started getting full from all the deals, and when I finally headed to the fitting room TWO yes, TWO associates were helping me find the right fit. And honestly this shopping experience is EXACTLY what I'm looking for when I'm coming into Victoria's Secret; Good deals for amazing quality hoodies, bras, etc. associates to help me find the correct bra/style, plus extra help to find colors and anything else I want. I finally got in line and it was a short wait in consideration for it being a little more busy because of the sale.. the cashier was super nice and fast! My experience at this location was the best! I felt comfortable shopping their because all the girls were super sweet and helpful. Valerie was super sweet, energetic and helped me pick out leggings. Average store as Victoria's Secret in the Valley goes. Decent sized store with an attached Pink. Norterra is a nice outdoor mall, so it's pleasant shopping here, and nice to be able to park right at the store. I found the customer service to be friendlier than a lot of VS locations, which isn't saying much I guess. (If you shop much at Victoria's you know EXACTLY what I mean.) But they were all quite pleasant, if not terribly attentive. So that's a plus. The store seems to have a large stock, and even two weeks after the fact still had a nice large selection of leftovers from semi annual sale. My gripe is that while the store is very tidy, it's astoundingly disorganized. Come in trying to find my size and I'm told by the associate that they really aren't organized by size, that I'd have to dig around. She wasn't even kidding. You'd think the drawers had been ransacked. I expect with customers looking through stock that there's bound to be some mixing of sizes, but this was 3 hours after opening on a weekday, and they weren't busy. It was like this throughout the store, so seems like it's just par for the course here. Here was the big kicker: An in-store only special began today with $15 Pink tees. Not my style, but a fellow customer dropped in asking where they were located, and they were totally wiped out. The associate said a single customer came in early and bought each and every sale shirt in stock (and it wasn't a small quantity). The customer was really baffled they'd let one person buy everything from the get go, and I have to agree with her. No doubt they will be listed on eBay before the end of the weekend for 5x retail and labeled "rare" and "very hard to find." read more

Stopped in to grab a gift for a friend's birthday and literally was ready to check out within 5 minutes of walking in (yes, this is a record for me). Walked up to the register only to begin my long 25 minute wait as they apparently thought that having only two -- yes TWO employees working would be a fantastic idea. I'm sure this is usually fine but when both registers are processing returns for indecisive teeny boppers (which, how are their parents even letting them shop at Victoria's Secret?!), there should be another person there working "just in case" they get a rush. I asked if there was anyone else available to get on a register since I was the first in line and there was now a huge line behind me... I was told no, just the two working. Sigh. I finally got to the register, and the girl who cashed me out had a terrible attitude; she was incredibly rude and condescending. She said to swipe my Angel Card to pay for my transaction when the blue arrows on the machine flashed; done and done. But the machine didn't accept my swipe so she proceeded to tell me again to "swipe when the blue arrows flash" as if this was the first time I had ever seen a credit card machine (this is not my first rodeo, sweetheart. I actually SELL those credit card machines). So I swiped again til the machine finally read my card, and also ended up making a payment (you get double points if you make a payment the same day you purchase something -- for all you Angels out there). Before I walked out, I realized I didn't get the free tote they had plastered all over the store that you receive if you purchase a perfume; so I turned to walk away and turned back and asked if I get the tote... And the response was "oh yea" like really?! You weren't going to give a customer their free item just 'cause of your poor attitude?! Whatever -- I was excited to have a Victoria's Secret location near my house, but I'd rather drive to the one at Kierland than get this kind of poor customer service again. Kierland has a better selection, and they treat ALL their customers/Angels with respect and kindness. I won't be back to this particular location. read more

After frequenting countless VS stores over the years, in numerous states, and having been in the fashion & beauty industry for over a decade, I am happy to report that this VS store went above and beyond and met my needs--total client satisfaction. The staff was attentive, yet not overbearing, and more than knowledgable about their product--an obvious result of strong management training. The store was impeccable, product replenishment was plentiful, and I easily found what I needed. The dressing rooms are beautiful ( love the mirrors!) and the cashwrap experience was efficient as well. Of all the VS stores in the valley, this is the one I will be returning to. Though it may not have the wider array of selections like Arrowhead or Fashion Square does, the cleanliness, client service, and efficiency wins my loyalty. read more

I love that this location even has a PINK store attached. The selection is somewhat limited since this is considered to be a smaller location. But I've been to much smaller locations in NY. I'm a big fan of the casual yet cute and feminine PINK stuff. I love getting coupons in the mail for $10 off any bra or a free panty. Score!! My only issue with this location would be the customer service that they provide seems to not be consistent. What I mean is that some days I'll come in there and receive excellent service abd assistabce finding what I need. However, other days I can't find anybody to help for the life of me. There seems to always be an issue with the length of their line to check out and this isn't just during the holiday season. Possibly they are understaffed or not having enough staff during the busy times of day. Nonetheless I feel like it's been a long term problem and something should be done. But I know that won't stop me from going and finding some cute PINK tops or sweats and my favorite VS bra. read more

Place was nice and clean and workers so eager to help. Only reason I am putting 3 stars is is to the fact I don't think the workers are knowledgeable about sizing I was picking out my size bra and was told I do not wear that size so after I believed I had been buying the wrong size this whole time I bought a smaller size. My boobs come out the top and I am constantly adjusting to keeping them in place. I bought from another store the size I have always bought and it fits beautifully. I spent good money on a bra that was not my size although I was assured that was my correct size. Not too happy about this but again workers were nice and willing to help. read more

I had two big stacks of items on a small counter not big enough for them. Also, no Halloween panties in store. Why is it advertised, but never any available. Wish Arizona would focus on good customer service but that's a bit much to ask for I guess? One employee that was working the floor ignored me when I asked a question the first time and when she finally answered my question, she was short with me and didn't seem to care. But when another (white) customer asked her a question, she was peppy and attentative to her. She has long black hair, I might as well be describing every employee there but its worth a shot. First and foremost, you're not the only intimate wear store around. Every time my daughter or I have come in there you've been rude! Returning a bra and I'm told to go "over there in that room to get your size" while she points. No retail place has ever done that. Not even Walmart. Lets just start by saying I hate Victoria's! Their employees are very sales oriented and it can be a tad annoying, then when you actually want to purchase something good luck trying to find someone to help you check out. They are always so helpful when you walk in but if you are an independent shopper like me and dont take that help right off the bat they will leave you hanging like a fly on the fly tape. I subtracted a star for customer service. As it was the semi annual sale, I would have expected to see more sales associates on the floor. Moving on. The selection of bras was great (I even scored a Bombshell on sale!), as was their lipstick/lip gloss selection for only $2.99 each! I grabbed a couple, then discovered they had 1.7 oz. perfumes, orig. $60 down to $19.99...score!! There was so much more I saw there that I wanted to buy, but I don't have an unlimited budget! I do all of my underwear shopping here, but today they really get an "F" on customer service. Sent my husband this morning to pick up specific panties for me, at 10am when they are supposed to open. He waited outside till 10:30 with no one in sight and no sign on the door. I finally reached them them via phone at noon and they said the power had been out. I asked if they could please set aside the items I had sent my husband to pick up, so that when he had to return, he could just run in and pick up. They left me on hold for awhile only to return and say they would not do that because "my purchase $$ amount was not big enough to have one of there staff grab the items from the floor for me."
