today i went to have my battery replaced and installed. a very nice guy was helping me out by the name of carlos. it was about 3:50-4:00 and the manager by the name eileen approached us and started yelling at him that it was time to go she didn't let him finish installing my battery. i couldn't believe amanager embarrassed her worker like that clearly this isnt the job for her. im a manager at a big tool company and i would never treat my employee or talk to them the way this lady did. very unprofessional she needs to be watched the tone in her voice tells me shes got something going on. ive already contacted corporate and i demand a follow up what i witnessed was uncalled for and i hope the employee turns her in. so my friends and family will no longer get service from the auto center here!! if i return it will only be because of the guy that was helping me out very polite nice guy. read more

This is the most disgusting thing Wal-Mart does. Awhile back i have gone shopping with my family and past by the meat section and they have numerous meat packages that are GREEN and MOLDY. Yesterday i went grocery shopping and bought meat that has an expiration of 8/23 but as you can see in the picture the meat has GREEN MOLD. Terrible experience, went to return a coffee machine i got 3 weeks ago. It broke suddenly and I did my best to get all the water out. When i arrived at the cs counter the woman behind the counter called another woman who claimed she was the manager. The manager "Blanca" told me she would gladly take it back but i needed to open the box and remove any water that was in it. But first i have to go back to security and get a sticker. I did that, and then went to the restroom and died it off the best I could. I came back and she told me "it still isn't dry enough", now, Im with my toddler aged child, and i went back again for 20 min cleaning and drying the coffee machine, toddler in tow. Now i bring it back, again and they open the box dissect the machine and point to a few water drops and tell me its still not dry enough! Again i take paper towel and dry it even more. She opens the box AGAIN and tells me its too dirty (the area by the filter) I tell her i dont know what more she wants from me, it broke suddenly, its not brand new, and your just going to scan it and send it off to where ever it goes, this is ridiculous. So i wipe off the coffee basket for a 3rd time humiliatingly and now she says, sir im not going to take it back now" pointing to a drop of random water! This girl, is trying to just humiliate me! Before I left downtown LA I called the Walmart auto center and spoke to a representative in the auto center. They told me to be here before 7 p.m. I got here at 6:25 and then turned me away from doing an oil change. I also spoke to a supervisor which told me that they weren't going to do it either because he had their people working on other cars. I explained that I had called and spoke to their service center and that I drove all the way from downtown Los Angeles in heavy traffic to get here before 7 and I got here at 6:25 but they still told me I was too late even though I was told by their representative to be here before 7pm. I feel cheated and disrespected as well as had to pay for my gas to come all the way out here and be turned away after ensuring a long rush hour traffic commute. read more

When I returned to the store and brought it to the store's attention, not only did the staff not resolve the issue, but showed me no common courtesy and responded with what felt like hostility. The store manager never responded to contact. An online complaint to Customer Service generated a generic acknowledgment, but no actual assistance. I will not shop at Walmart moving forward. I've heard so many horror stories about Walmart in general that's it's turned into a modern day urban legend type of experience. I decided to step foot into this location and risk my life according to modern day folklore. I came in with a purpose and a plan to buy certain cake Walmart carries. I did notice the super low prices being offered and the fleet of motorized wheelchairs roaming the aisles. It felt like a scene from Mario cart. My experience was positive. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I did walk bye a few staff members and at no point was I greeted or in fact acknowledge, I found it strange but for this visit I did not need any assistance. But there's something fascinating to me about the place, especially since bf entertained me for hours one lazy weekend day with the website www.peopleofwalmart.com. And then we saw some video clips of Black Friday at a Wal Mart somewhere in America. So when we were bored this past week, and needed a few things, we figured we'd get in some shopping and entertain ourselves at the same time! The parking lot was shockingly full for around 10pm on a weeknight. We found parking fine, but we were taken aback by how busy it was. I was momentarily excited when we walked in and saw a whole huge grocery section, because we didn't realize we'd be able to cross grocery items off our shopping list here. But then we assumed it would all be crappy processed stuff that we wouldn't want. Well, we were wrong! Some of the higher quality products that we buy from the market were offered here - and most of them were at slightly better prices than where we usually go: Chobani greek yogurt Vita Coco coconut water Earthbound Organics red potatoes Ciao Bella gelato So Delicious coconut based non-dairy ice cream Bisquick gluten free pancake mix Of course, we also did notice that the Act mouthwash that bf likes is sold in a huge bottle, for a seemingly cheap price. However, it proudly instructs "use 2x a day" - when the usual stuff he gets is a once-a-day thing. Yep, that's right, it only seems cheaper but in actuality it's HALF STRENGTH. We didn't need customer service from anyone, so we don't have any stories of disappointment in that area. And we were pretty entertained by the $200-something go carts, the furniture, the el cheapo cds and the doggie ice cream treats. I've only been to this walmart after their re-open. I don't know what it was like before, but reading other reviews it is MUCH better. I'm always here for my toiletrie items. The prices on shampoo, toothpaste ect. Is better than target. I also like getting my workout clothes here. The quality of the material on the pants are good and most of them pass the see thru test. The tops are all dryfit matrrial. They come in t-shirts and mostly racerback tanks. Cute colors and designs for a great price. I am not a huge fan of their woman's clothing and shoes here. This is pretty much a one stop shop. You can grab anything and everything here at great prices. This walmart is nice and clean compared to others I've been to. The only downside here is I feel they never have enough employees at the registers. The lines are always long and the self checkout line is ridiculous. The return line also sucks. Walmart knows how busy they get and they make plenty of money, soooo....put a few extra people on some registers and make everyone happy! read more

However, I was a little disappointed at the fact that it didn't carry the stuff that I was looking for considering it's a superstore that opens 24 hours. Ok so I totally don't want to put Wal-mart down because I DO shop here.. Just please... Watch the food you buy! I'm sure we have all noticed the billion "go back" carts near the customer service section right? Well mainly late at night I tend to see a lot of food still in those carts. Anything from meats, milk, frozen foods, even a darn frozen pie! I understand they're probably doing the best they can to return the items to their proper place since some lazy ass people just leave shit everywhere! I am so glad that this place is open 24 hours. I'm surprised that the Los Angeles area doesn't have more 24 hour businesses. This Walmart carries pretty much everything. Food, clothing, electronics, furniture, auto parts, etc, etc. The store can be a bit messy. Sometimes I am amazed at all of the items in carts waiting to be reshelved. The check out lines seem a bit slow but the employees have all been very nice to me. There's also a 24 hour McDonald's inside. read more

I am not a fan of the Walmart ideology but their drugs are cheap. I would also like to point out they have caught incorrect prescriptions made by those in medicine and dentistry which I could put a person in the hospital. Their pharmacy employees do not look as over-worked and tired as the other employees. The prescriptions can sometimes take as little as half an hour or the next day. End of review. Fin. read more

This is an overall terrible wal mart tire shop , I called to find tire sensors for my car and have them installed , which they said they had them available.When I arrived they automatically had me waiting for two hours , then they told me they didn't have these sensors available. But I honestly think they made up that excuse cuz they were too scared to touch my corvette. I had to show them how to jack it up cuz they were too afraid that they were going to brake something. What kind of certified tire mechanic are these guys it's a joke. Went into Walmart at 9:50 to pick up my sister in law from work, but I got there early cause I was also gonna buy beer for me and my friend, when I got to the beer section their manager named Aron west quickly with attitude told us that they're closed and got his phone and called another manager to let them know. When I got to the register he literally came to tell his cashier not to sell alcohol to me cause I had a minor. A minor who works there and wasn't present when I was buying the beer. So almost all of the reviews I have seen state that this place absolutely sucks. I am giving this place five stars because of the deals they offer, which are very helpful for college students and for people living on a budget! I tend to ignore the rude employees and just ask for help from the ones that look like they are happy to be there. I have only gotten one incident where one of the employees thought that I was going to steal a $3 eyeliner. They also have great prices on the produce! People with certain positions should be well trained and professional. This Walmart is disgusting and WAY overcrowded (lines are always 30-60 minutes long-that's just ridiculous), parking is also ridiculous, store is under stocked and messy and I absolutely hate it here. If I could give them a zero I would they made me wait 32 mins to exchange a propane tank. I tried calling their store number and no one picked up so I went back inside and asked for them to call someone which they did on the radios but nothing. Had to go back in again and wait in the customer service line and tell them what was going on luckily an employee was returning from his lunch so he went with me for the exchange but on our way to the exchange managers and associates were trying to pull him away to do other things. After the exchange I requested to talk to a manager she just said sorry we didn't hear anything on the radio I just found out about your situation.
