I was an over night stocker for this store. they don't care about their employees. if we have medical emergences they don't want you to take care of that. if you do they tell you that you can lose your job. I am so pissed right now! So, yesterday I took a chance and bought Jeremy an XBox One we got home later that night and found it for a cheaper price on amazon.com ....Today we went back for a price match guarantee, the girl immediately stated that "Oh we don't price match from third party websites anymore, in order for us to price match the lower price has to come off of Walmart's website" I then looked at her like she was stupid and said, then I'll go home, box it up, bring it back, and then reorder it from amazon.....she said, then why don't you just do that....I went in the back to find a manager and he came over stating, "Well if I do it for you then I have to do it for everyone..." Ummm, yeah you should...dumb ass...it's company policy that means stores don't pick and choose who honors that policy...it's honored by ALL!!! I then told him, "I am going to let my husband handle this because I'm about to lose it and I don't want to....but I'll never be back to your store!" As I was walking out I heard this idiot say, "White privilege is out today!" Dude! You have no idea who I am...also after speaking with Corporate, the manager calls me back and states "Yeah, I have no problem helping you I am just wanting to read and make sure I am doing everything right....then she sees it is from amazon.com and she says "Oh it's a third party...nope sorry, I can't help you!) I have been to all spectrums of stores (i.e.: Best Buy, ulta, IKEA, Fry's (not food), etc...) ALL have honored their own price match guarantee's....Not you! You like to lie to your own customers and be classless, two faced, racist a$$hats...But then again, you have to have class first to change these things! Please! If you are ever in the area, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING AT THIS STORE....(by the way, I've already talked about this experience to many people and shown them your website's "Price Match Guarantee" and they said that a price match guarantee means you have to honor it and that you should all be fired! I also called Walmart Corporate and the lady named Kimber stated that Walmart managers have the discretion to comp items totaling up to $2000.) read more

I have always hated this Walmart, this customer service is always awful and was yet again awful tonight. I went in just to return a box of dishes and customer service refused, REFUSED to let me return my item. So yet again I am furious with the terrible service offered at this Walmart... but of course it's the only one within 25 miles of my house, which makes it even worse that the employees treat their customers so badly. Wow! Where do I begin? Absolute worse customer service we have experienced (sans Time Warner/Spectrum & Direct tv).EVERY time we have tried to contact customer "service" the phone rings & rings. NO ONE ANSWERS,there is always a shortage of sales people on the floor as well. Any one could easily push a huge appliance out the door w/ no ones notice! On second thought- the person who stops customers going in & out @ least does their job!!!We used to enjoy shopping @ walmart, now we cringe @ the idea!!! It's a walmart and that sums it up pretty well. I have only been here to the pharmacy. It's a hit or miss. Sometimes they have crazy long lines, park a mile away, and they have lost my clients scripts when it was suppose to be ready for pickup. Other's day I have waited 2 minutes, picked up my scripts, and was out the door in no time. read more

OK when you live in this area it's hardly a time you see this Walmart not packed to capacity, but it's saving grace is that i have never had a time i didn't find what i was looking for. yea it's like any other Walmart the shelves are kinda messy and there's cloths every where but come on that the beauty of Walmart... it's as American as you can get. read more

One of the worst Walmarts in the area. Shelves are consistently left empty either due to associates not stocking or department manager not properly ordering or managing on hands. Site to Store is improperly handled. Items are left not checked in or misplaced. Getting help in this store is like turning lead into gold. Associates are rude and those who are friendly are under trained or misinformed on company practices. The customer service is non-existent. No one will answer the phone when you call in. If someone surprisingly does pick up an outside line, there is rarely any follow up from the needed department. One of the better Walmarts in the area. Lines are okay and I typically find what I need...sometimes. It is the Walmart closest to NC State, so at times I find that some items I want are out of stock. Produce section is mediocre. But all other food items are reasonably priced and a good variety. This is my go to Walmart in the RDU area. read more

Walmart on fayetteville rd. in Raleigh, NC has the worst customer service in the fabric department ever. I waited for someone for over 45mins. and when someone did finally come I told them how long I've been waiting and she just said well you know retail I don't know what kind of job you have but here if somebody doesn't know how to do it you do not want them to do it. This store has consistently long checkout lines, and very poorly stocked shelves. Other Walmart's in the area are much better. Parking lot is very dimly lit. Safety/security is becoming an issue, especially after dark... People hanging out in cars, drinking, etc. read more

This is BY FAR the worst Walmart ever!!! You wait in line forever, while employees are talking and playing around on the front end. They walk slow, talk slow, and are extremely rude to customers! They think it is a privilege for them to serve the customer. I will never go here again! Today, they had 2 express lanes and one regular line open. The manager told a girl to open another register and told me and another customer to go over there. The employee decided to take out the trash instead. When I asked her if the trash could wait, she told me she wasn't open yet. I asked her why they sent us over there and told us she was open, and she said, "I will open when I want to, and do not talk to me like that again." When I asked for her to call the manager, she ignored me twice. I called the manager over and they girl started talking bad to me again in front of her manager. They definitely have a problem at this Walmart. I think the employees are in charge, and they could care less! read more
