Terrible and traumatic experience. In july 28/25 at 26824 fm 1093 ruchmonf tx walmart, I went to purchase some dry yeast, but Went I grabbed the yeast small envelope, the glass bottle fell on my nose causing intense pain and also bleeding. I reported and the stolen protection representative told me to file an incident, they didn't help me with any first aid, not even a seat for me. He said everything was properly stock, but after the store manager allie come , The manager said of is not properly stocked. I have photos also the way Kroger stock them. They denied any compensation because they said is was my fault, because i grab something which was very close to the glass jar and it was impossible for that not to fall . Walmart loses me as a customer and my whole family and friends. It's their fault and they don't have ethics, respect for customers, they are not honest, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. They need to fix all the unsafe environment for customers. I feel humiliated and disrespected. They deserve zero in reviews. I filled the incident and logan russel from claim services had not respect at all went dealing with customers, Lying and make me feel humiliated. i have recently ordered three times form the Short Pump store - all three times the items were listed as in stock not one of the orders was available order #1(grocery) when told they could not fill the order i canceled and got from amazon order #2 (bird seed) was not available so they sent my order from So Carolina and it sat at the shipper's until i raised a stink - it was finally delivered at 11pm two days late(in the meantime i had to go find some locally while i waited) order #3 (clothing) i contacted them when it was not delivered from the store on the designated day - their chatbot told me the driver had not picked it up as he had been called away for a "family emergency" but that another driver was going to deliver it... 2 days later they told me to cancel the order... i will never do an online order from them again read more

I typically am not a fan of Walmart's, but I came on a weekday at 12:30 in the afternoon and was so surprised to get in and out in a flash! I just had to grab a few things and it was a breeze. The self check out clerk was on top of it. Wow, you go Walmart!! And P.S. they had their Spring plants out! read more

I had bought something in the late afternoon and then had to return it and it was later on so customer service was just gone for the day but the manager by my explaining about it being I just bought the item a few hours ago was super nice to return it for me. I wish I remembered her name but I don't remember it andI believe she was of middle eastern descent. Super nice and super helpful. while I was looking for a DC blanket for camping at least 3 employees helped me as well to look for the time, and it appears Walmart maybe only carried them online. I want to acknowledge them as well. The Walmart I'm referring to is located in Henrico VA , N Parham Road. Great job to all I spoke with in the day/evening who helped me. read more

Samia. I came in for a dehumidifier that was in stock in the store (checked the website beforehand). A helpful young employee tried their best but called her over---she started barking orders to two other young employees. She glanced at the shelves and said it was "there" and wandered off waving her hand and I had to keep asking questions as she walked off...are there more in the back? Could it be somewhere else? Nasty people who work here. They are very very rude. They don't speek or understand much English and seem to take it personally when people cannot understand them. They don't smile or even say "hello." Manager is also very rude. About everything. Often times (about 70% of the time), clearance items are not ringing up as marked. I had a manager scold me once and tell me that I had a different item than was advertised at the price. To demonstrate why I was wrong, Mr. Bob Sandvajine sped walked over to where the item was as I tried to keep up and verified that it was indeed the same item advertised. Neither he nor the cashier apologized for the mistake or the inconvenience. I have encountered rude nasty employees every time I have come here. Today was the last straw: The angry receipt checker patrolling the door yelled at me walking past and demanded to look through all my bags to match the items up to the receipt. I had spent over $600 on a lot of things. Come on, man! I won't shop here again until they get rid of the hateful staff. read more

Manager on floor decide it was alright to continually Make snide remarks about some hot wheels I was purchasing for my private collection. End up saying things along the lines of "these dudes buy them and flip them for a $1.50 profit, I can get you part time job here for more than that" I never spoke to or had any interactions with the stubby grey haired man but he seemed to be in a bad enough mood to insult me openly in front of all his employees from probably 10 ft away, AGAIN I'm not even talking to or interacting with him he just happens to walk buy and an employee asked about why the hot wheels weren't scanning properly. Went in and bought water, beer, and a pair of disposable shoes. No cart, hands full, I get held up at the exit to show my receipt. I didn't save my receipt because why would I...? So I had to set my things down and fumble around for 5 minutes looking for a non existent receipt until the lady let me go. I thought they only did this in rough neighborhoods but I guess they do it in many places now. Anyway I will never be back here again. The selection sucks, parking lot sucks. I never leave reviews or check in at Walmart since I'm here so often. I go to all of the Walmarts in RVA and this location is my favorite! Its always clean, short lines and the isles are always stocked. They also have better customer service than other stores as well. They have an extensive international isle which I'm impressed by. I recommend this location if your in the area, you will be pleasantly surprised at how better it is than the surrounding Walmarts. read more

What can I say? It's a Wal-Mart. This one isn't a large store, and as such sometimes their stock choices are limited. It's generally pretty clean. It's not the most high-end Wal-Mart I've been to (those don't really exist, so I'm not sure what I'm really saying here), but it's no where NEAR the trashiest. That honor belongs to the one off of Forest Hill Ave. The only real flaw... is that they close at midnight. Sometimes, I wake up at 2AM and there's nothing in the fridge! read more

This is by far my favorite Walmart in Richmond. (Brook Rd, Mechanicsville, forest hill, the other new one on like glenside, short pump, highland springs hell even Williamsburg, I've been to them all). All the employees are super nice and chill, even the loader dudes with headphones in and the Coca Cola pallet people who don't even work for Walmart. Literally never had an issue here. Returns are always a breeze. My favorite cashiers are: a thin white woman with long hair that usually works the cigarette line (17 or 18 maybe), a short brown skin lady with short hair and the most flawless makeup I've EVER seen, and a tall dark skin man with curly hair and an accent who is always just jovial and happy. I will literally skip the self checkout if they're working. (Picking between the three when they're all on is always a struggle!) AND to the people complaining about them receipt checking. Get over it! If you bought the items then there is nothing to worry about! I typically notice they do it when there are items that are not in bags (water, car litter, me when I only have 3 things and am trying to save the planet). You literally just got your receipt, keep it in your dang hand. I want to end this by saying this is a completely unbiased review as I LOATHE Walmart. Nothing to do with the Walmart itself or this location, I appreciate them having everything I need but I hate walking a mile to get eggs then another mile to get tampons then another mile to get toilet paper sometimes I'll go to Kroger and pay triple price just because everything is so close Still love this location though, literally writing this review waiting for them to open at 6 because where the heck else am I gonna go get a DESK at 6am?! read more

The overall experience was fine until it was time to go out the door. It seems that at every Walmart I go to (just this one and the one on Brook Rd) there are too many racist employees. There was a heavy set employee named Tim at the door who asked to see my receipt b cause I purchased a microwave. Ok fine- I'm digging for my receipt when two people passed right by (Caucasian people) and Tim yells out "you're fine, I don't need to see your receipt". So when we inquired why he asked to see my receipt and not the other customers, he then gets into a shouting match with my fiancé. My fiancé shouldn't have entertained him honestly- but Tim just kept yelling. Bad experience and poor customer service. read more

Wish I could give a 0 for stars, doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating! Laura the supervisor was horrible! Long story short- my order was supposed to be delivered last week. I called Friday and was promised my Christmas cards would be in my hand within 48 hours... Sunday came and no delivery... I gave it one more day... I called today and the man I spoke with said my order had been lost, so he canceled it and gave me a refund. I said I wanted them ordered and delivered in 24 hours and Walmart should pay for them to be shipped overnight and the guy transferred me to the supervisor who was absolutely horrible, rude and nasty all the way around. I was irate and yelling but I was angry at how horrible her customer service was. She told me "you should be glad we gave you a refund", uh... you better give me a refund since you lost my order and I haven't received my product... she hung the phone up on me and would not help me at all! So disappointed. I will not order photos from Walmart again and I will be sure to spread the word about how horrible the service was that I got! read more

If you have time to waste, this is the place to go. I ordered online and went to the North Parham to pick up per their instructions, they were too close to closing and wouldn't allow me to pick up. The store manager sent me away. Must not need the business. Their cheap prices do not take into account your wasted time. This is a horrendous store! Stay far away! I called and no one would discuss the situation. Again, not responsive or caring about their customers. This place would receive zero stars if it was up to me. Shopping carts are now located at the far left corner outside the store. The good news, doesn't stink of cigarettes by where the cart/employee smoking area originally was. Greeter by the door was a bit rude when I asked where the carts were located. Store was clean though, and toilet paper was in stock. Check hours. I think they might still open at 7 am instead of 6. Use self checkout at or after 7 am so you don't have to look for a checkout line that is open. read more

This has got to be the worst Walmart I've ever been too. Every single toilet in the woman's bathroom was clogged, no paper towels even though the dispenser was unlocked and open and the hand soap was sitting on the counter in its bag that is supposed to placed in the dispenser. The entire store was filthy with an overwhelming smell of sewage. Additionally, the employees were rude. I had two separate employees that I had to move out of their way or they would have walked directly into me. I left without buying a single thing and will not be back. read more
