I was going to a health fair and needed some cost effective gifts so I bought bottles of hydrogen peroxide which were 55 cents a bottle , I got the whole lot they had and also got some vitamin water and the best part were the nut mix, I bought a large box of granola nut-mix for a dollar each very impressive looking box. First the walmart app gave me an error message at the end of the transaction but it went through anyway. I got an email a while later (same day) that the order was ready. Drove to pickup my order and only the console was available. I was told the game was behind the glass and the lock was broken so if I could return the next day (which is today.) I have been on the phone with walmart for a while now after being hung up on twice to see if the game is available for pick up. The young man who answered the phone answers "hello" never to mention we are calling Walmart. All this from a multi million dollar company. SMDH. The young man tells me he cannot help me but has to connect me to customer service which he does 3x. Customer Service never answered the phone. I am calling 323-282-4800. Finally I call this same number and ask for the manger who's name on the receipt is Fernando Reyes and I am told by the same young man that he is in a meeting, if I can please call back in 20 mins. I would give this zero stars! I bought ready to use formula (4-6 pack boxes) about 2-3 weeks ago. I was about to use the formula today when I saw it expired 1 JAN 2015! I tried to return it, in original package with no receipt. I checked online and there was no mention of needing a receipt as long as it was in original packaging, which it was. I went to customer service and Lynn(I think that was her name) was there with another employee helped me. I told her the situation and she said that she needed the receipt for Enfamil returns. I told her I bought it there and wanted to return it. She just shrugged and I told her to throw the formula away. She was willing to take it but then I changed my mind because I didn't want them to return it and keep the money. I opened them up and threw them away in their lobby trash can. I didn't argue with them because I had my children with me and I know I was going to get upset. I called their customer service (1-800-WALMART) and explained the situation to Larissa. I was still upset and got upset that it was going to take 3 business days to receive a call back. I asked Larissa to transfer me to her supervisor and under her breath she said." Oh my God." I said" excuse me?! Is that the type of attitude you are suppose to have?!" She didn't respond and she transformed me alright but to their automated customer service. That didn't make things any better. Called back and spoke to a supervisor. I will update this if and when they call me back. I added pictures of the boxes of formula I opened and threw away showing the expiration date. I also took a picture of the same formula I purchased that they are currently selling with a near expiration date. I hate leaving bad reviews for anyone but when I say this I mean it, do not call this Walmart - do not go to this Walmart - and do not shop at this Walmart. I called to see why I could not get same day pick up when it stated I could till I put it in my cart then that changed to the next day - my mother in law wanted it that day so I had to get it. I called right, it took an hour and a half till I gave up, gave up because I never got help. Some lady picked up multiple times to just put me on hold and other times to just pick up the phone and hang up. So when the call would direct me to customer service (which they lack) I never got picked up. When I went to the store they only had one item and one brand. Took me a minuuuute to get to the item because it was chaotic there. When I got to checkout it took 30 minutes to get my item even scanned because of the lines and an extra 10 minutes because I don't think the girl knew what she was doing (I don't blame her because that place is a shit show). First and last time I shop in this store. Bathrooms on have one soap dispenser for everyone, nothing to dry your hands with. In this day and age of pandemics management should be ashamed of themselves! There are only a few baskets for shoppers to use. People literally stalked people as they out to get their carts. Tons of people holding their purchases to check out and once you pay for your items the checkers tells you they have no bags! No BAGS!!! What is that?! Aisles are messy and things are laying on the floors just tossed about. As I spoke to some of the people as we waited in line to checkout they all have the same theory as to why management lets a store function this way. It's a mostly Latinos that use this store and management doesn't focus on making it any better because of that reason. Bad customer service. I went this morning 6:30 a.m. for curbside pick up. I received the email stating the order was ready for pick up with the hours 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. I wakes in for assistance and I was direct to the curbside area. I called the number and no one picked up and voicemail was full. I then went inisde the speak to the manager. I told the manager Jose why did I receive the email with the hours for pick start at 6:00 a.m and they are not picking up. He then told me they are backup and busy. I was the only one on the curbside pick up. I asked if I could receive the item from them. He said no. As a manager, you should be assisting your customers and solving issues. read more

You can't expect much from Walmart especially if it's opened 24hours. Every time I go the aisles are always clean. Their are Crates covering the walk ways but you can still walk through the aisle it is open 24hours and they do have to restock so it's understandable. AWESOME service has been found! I was really impressed with the staff at this Wal-Mart location! I came in early last Saturday around 7am. I was in the process of redecorating my apartment and I stopped by this location to pick up a few items. All of the Wal-Mart Supercenters are gigantic so finding a particular item that you need can be difficult and/or time consuming. Ericka, one of the staff members greeted me and asked if she could help me find anything. After telling her what I was looking for, she smiled and happily walked me over to the throw pillows that I needed! I was so used to employees pointing in the general direction of things and not being of helpful. Ericka was cheerful, pleasant, and oh so helpful! If only Wal-Mart could clone her and put an Ericka at every location, that would be fantastic! read more

So I ordered a go pro hero 3 and had it site to store for pickup today . Received the email stating that my product was ready . So I went to the store I like in Torrance by the way so it's a bit of a drive . Well I get there and go to the site to store section and proceed to tell them I have an order and was here to pick it up . I gave her the info on the email and the pick up conformation . She spent about 5 minutes "looking" for it and came back and said well we refunded it because the product was damaged ? Damaged ?ok well can I see the box I'll be the judge of that . Well I can't show you the box sir because I can't find it . So what you're telling me is you just said it was damaged and now you're telling me you can't find it . So I ask to speak to manager and he just blew me off so I felt like nobody was there to help . Now I had to replace my order and finally just picked it up . My husband did an online order for Black Friday. We get the e-mail item is ready. Next day we go pick it up. The line is super long because that same line is for Returns, exchanges etc....After an hour in line because they are beyond over staffed, the guy says items were returned because we did not pick up the items. They gave us less than 24 hours to pick up. Then for him to sort out this nonsense it would be another 20 minutes. I'm so sick of unorganized and unprofessional staff they have. Had my car stolen at the parking lot of this Walmart in the 20 mins I was inside shopping. While I was looking for it, the guy working in the lot told me "unfortunately this happens a lot here". As I walked the lot looking for my car, the security patrol was on his cell phone the entire time in his car chatting away. Store security told me "you park at your own risk", that was literally their first words to me. Police asked to see their cameras upon their arrival and they told police their cameras conveniently did not capture the part of their parking lot where I was parked, even thou the had signs indicating "you are under surveillance". If you want to shop at a crime infested location where security could careless, this is your store. read more

He talked to me like I was a child and blew me and my hubby off when we asked if he could call someone in a yellow vest. Mind you i approached him politely and professionally. This place is cray-cray!! On a Sunday afternoon. Difficult to find parking. Just park in the other side, towards Michael's. Little kids running around the shopping center and inside Walmart without supervision. NO shopping carts anywhere. Had to stalk a family from Walmart to the parking lot, in order to obtain a shopping cart. Aisles were a mess. Especially, the home goods area. The lines are horrendous!
