My daughter was borderline crying because we were damp from a beach day and it felt like walking into a freezer, which made us expedite our trip. Got some vacation rental K-Cups, frozen pizza, breakfast and snack items and it was a nice, traditional, huge grocery store. The check out lines were understaffed in late July and took forever. My daughter would want me to add, how fun is if that they have a ton of those quarter-operated machines at the entrance/exit? She got gumballs and still talks about it with me. Definitely needed in this town and glad to have stumbled into it.

I continued searching and looking at hiking pants (again, avid outdoorswoman, love supporting small!), when the same clerk came up to me and commented on how "I didn't look too excited," when I said no to her showing me around the store and letting me look at my own pace. This is by far the rudest and worst experience I have had looking for gear and will not be shopping here, especially if I will be treated like a criminal when I planned on buying several (expensive) shirts. Update: They review bombed their own Google Reviews after my single negative review. I was their second ever review, the prior being 10 months ago. Within hours there were five 5 star reviews, all from new/foreign accounts (one, for example, has only ever reviewed in the Dominican Republic, another only has one review). Extremely sketchy.

She was very aggressive in her demeanor and behavior, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my friend (an avid climber and gym enthusiast). She took the clothes from her hands saying that she can "hold them behind the counter for her" and even went as far as to comment on her mood. Saying "she didn't seem very happy" she was incredibly unprofessional, and it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for me and my friends, I felt profiled and unfairly judged. I would not recommend going and will instead be looking directly from the sites. Also as soon as my friend wrote a review (the second google review on the page, and the first one in months) the store clearly and blatantly review bombed the site, trying to bring up their overall rating. This is incredibly unprofessional and the store management seems lacking.

I spotted some halogen light bulbs that I've been paying $7 for from Amazon for (of course) just a buck. We're staying in a condo is South Haven so this has been a tremendous spot to stop in and get toys for the kids we want to last no more than a week, random cleaning supplies, party decorations, etc. Way better than Dollar General. When we went to pick it up, we questioned the pharmacist, he reviewed the information, discovered it was sent wrong, contacted the doctor and got it corrected. I went to have a prescription filled, only to be told they didn't have the medication in stock. They claimed it was on backorder and could take months to arrive. This was surprising since it's a common medication, and I've never encountered such an issue before. The woman at the window suggested I call every few days to check on their stock instead of calling daily. Two days later, I called back and learned they had received a new shipment--but by that time, my prescription had expired. When I originally visited, my script was still valid, but they couldn't fill it due to lack of supply. Now that the medication was available, they refused to fill it because the prescription had expired just one day earlier. What made the situation worse was how I was treated. The staff were incredibly unprofessional. The woman at the counter condescendingly told me it was "the law" and even offered to explain it to me, speaking over me in a rude manner. Meanwhile, her coworker in the background made additional disrespectful comments. She had the nerve to blame me for letting the prescription expire, even though the issue stemmed from their lack of inventory. This entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope others can avoid this kind of treatment by choosing a different pharmacy.
