We came for kitty litter, hair stuff, and car things. We actually had a list so proud of us lol Well we started at their section and we noticed that a lot of their products Are out of stock but the store was still clean and mostly organized After that we headed towards the car section I got distracted when I remembered he need a new toaster Ended up knees deep in the clearance when my daughter decided to venture off on her own I was drawn to the Halloween decorations an eternity later my child returned holding a cute outfit she found but not what she was looking for We got the car items we needed and headed to check out Almost there and we realized We forgot to get KITTY LITTER so we found our way to the pet center and got the main thing we needed as well as a new kitty scratching post We walked up to the front and there was actually no lines we had one person in front of us were able to check out pretty quickly and ended our Walmart adventure But during my time in the Halloween section I realize that the 90s are now a costume and that made me feel a certain kind of way lol And I'm very serious note the cashiers are very polite here and the story seemed very well-kept I would definitely come back

I confess, I'm a WalMart shopper. Low prices, 1 stop shopping convenience (product variety under 1 roof) and let's not forget the Equate store brand that rivals most name brand products. This location has a large parking lot with lots of handicapped spaces up front. Even offer a dedicated online pickup section away from the main entrance. At 9a on Wednesday, it was clean, bright and loaded with employees stocking shelves. A few helped me find stuff in the unfamiliar layout but I had to approach (interrupt) them. No biggy. I did notice this is one of the rare stores whose products matched the price tags underneath. WOW!!! Lack of signage in certain areas (hardware) and 1 checkout lane accounts for the star deduction. No self-checkout either.

After having to cancel our order for delivery yesterday after 6 hours after the promised time we canceled and reordered everything for pick up today. We have now been sitting here for 45 minutes for our pick up that was ready 2 hours ago. It's so bad they just drop stuff off at the cars and the customers unload everything themselves. If we didn't need stuff for our kiddo we would scrap the whole thing. This is just beyond a crappy business model.

This is my friendly neighborhood go to whenever and whatever I need something quick, convenient and at reasonable prices. They usually have great selections to chose from along with most if not all of your local as well as big name brands.

OMG OMG OMG !!!!!!!!! The experience sure was an average night shift at Walmart... one line open, all the employees are zombies, hating life, not knowing what customer service is, the normal night shift at Walmart. But when my fiancée and I got home to fix up our home made guacamole this was found crawling on our cilantro. Ahhhhhhh !!!!!! What is world coming to? Did President Trump have involvement what so ever? Sooo many questions in sooo little time. WE WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT WALMART !

I love this Walmart. It's always clean and rarely a line. I always find what I need and actually enjoy strolling through the whole store.

I don't go to Walmart unless I have to. Rude employees and often very dirty store.

If there aren't any carts available I just have to turn around and go home or go to Kroger where I can always find a cart.

Yes, get excited. #thelittlethings So far, I have very few complaints. Only two come to mind. The frozen turkey meatballs are abysmally horrid. They're more like turkey-flavored dough. I burned a few (don't judge) and they were like buscuits that one microwaves for too long and then let's sit - hard and hollow. It was very odd. I still have a pack and a half left. I can't seem to give those suckers away. It's bad when the kids would rather eat spinach than those meatballs. I forgot the second thing, so... that shows just how bothered I am by whatever it is.

All you have to do is reach in for your bread and bag it yourself. Only thing is I didn't see a way to close the bread off. That may present a problem in the summer when flies and other bugs make their debut. I'm not there for the bread . If you are into the O.G. Organic life , this is your store. Almost everything i saw had an organic option. The fruit and veggies looked fresh and bruise free. The music was on point. The aisles were clear. Round of applause to management on the cleanliness. The employees looked happy to be at work and they were helpful. I wasn't really shopping just taking pics of the store. Now I have a game plan for the next time I go!

I have had issues with this Kroger location since it opened. I finally just stopped shopping here…read more However, I have continued using the pharmacy. I have been a Kroger pharmacy user for approximately 23-24 years; both in Ohio and here. Everything has always been great and I have only started having problems with the pharmacy personnel here within the last year. I always get my proper medication, but that is not the issue. The problem is the surly, condescending attitude of the young girls who work there. The tone in their voice is one of condescension as if they are doing the customers a favor to give them their medication and take their money. Anything out of the ordinary seems to irritate them. In fact, they just seem irritated all the time. That has been going on for a while but now it has escalated to actual rudeness. Example: because of illness and disability I have been using their prescription delivery system for the last 7 months. Last Saturday I called the store and made arrangements for a delivery on Monday afternoon. (Deliveries must be arranged in the morning of the day prior to the actual delivery and no deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday. Then, on the delivery day the delivery arrives between 2-6 pm.) The tracking app used by the delivery company is not very good and often it is impossible to track. So, a delivery can be tricky. Anyway, back to this particular time, I realized on Monday morning I had not received any confirmation and could not locate the delivery in the app. I called the store to check on it and spoke to a very nice woman named Ashley. She checked for me and said my medications (There were 5, mostly heart meds. One was nitroglycerin and really needed.) had been bagged up and were sitting there waiting to be picked up that afternoon. Great! At 5:15 pm I realized time was running out and I hadn't heard anything about the delivery. So I called the store again. This is where the customer service problems really got started. A young girl answered ( I won't include her name) and told me the meds hadn't been picked up yet. I said the time was getting short, I needed the meds and would she check to make sure they would be delivered. She said they use an outside company and there was nothing she could do. I explained the seriousness of the heart meds and why I needed them. She said in a - why don't you stop bothering me - voice, "Most people pickup their prescriptions." What????? I remained calm and said I am disabled and unable to drive and must use the delivery. She couldn't have cared less and said, "Maybe they will deliver them tomorrow." Maybe???? I then asked for the manager and first she told me he had left for the day. I asked what time he would be there tomorrow morning and she said he wouldn't. It was like pulling teeth to get information from her. Finally, she said he was taking the week off. I asked who was in charge in his absence and she said, "No one." Well now, that's a definite problem - if it's the truth. Needing the meds and realizing i wasn't able to make that happen that day I told her to just arrange for the delivery for tomorrow. The next day I was telling my neighbor about this situation and he insisted on driving me to the pharmacy drive-thru and we picked up the meds so I could be sure to have them. Then, when I got home, I received a text message from an area code I did not recognize saying, "Hey they told me you picked up the order." It had to be the meds because I hadn't ordered anything else from anywhere else. I didn't bother to respond. However, I am seriously considering calling the Cincinnati HQ and talking about the poor hiring and training practices at this store. What's wrong with people?

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my…read moreopinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!. I have been passing by these stores in almost every city in Hampton Roads Virginia ( don't ask me where it got that name because I don't have a clue,I'm not from this area ) but as I was saying I passed by this supermarket chain countless times and never purchased anything that I can remember but I finally decided to give them a try and I brought a loaf of bread and some blueberries ( I love them ). The store didn't have a huge variety of items ti chose from but they have all your basic needs like bread, eggs, pastries, juice beverages etc etc. I would come again to make a purchase if needed but if you noticed I left out a star and that's because you should have your own bag or a shopping cart with you at the time of your purchase and of course I didn't have either so... some may say that's my fault but in my defense I had no idea!.

I am not a shopper, so when I get excited about a store, that should tell you something. I recently…read moreheard through the grapevine that Aldi was coming to town in Portsmouth. I knew the name, but really didn't know much about it. After researching the company this morning, I found out Aldi is owned by the same company as Trader Joe's. Aldi opened in Germany in 1961, and the first US store opened in Iowa in 1976. The more I read about this grocery store chain, the more I wanted to go check it out. So, off I went. First things first--you need to bring two things with you when you go to Aldi: 1) Bring a quarter for your shopping cart. You will get it back once you return your cart. The idea is that Aldi doesn't have to hire someone to retrieve carts scattered throughout the parking lot, and that keeps their costs down. 2) Bring your own bags because Aldi does not provide any for you. I think it is a fantastic idea! I'm sure the real reason is to keep costs down, but I love that it makes people use their own bags. *FYI--You will also have to bag your own items after paying for your things--they have a long counter for you to do that. When I found out that Aldi was a discounted grocery store, it gave me images of dented cans, rotten produce, and cheap brands. I was delighted to see that their small, but quality inventory was impressive; they carry lots of organic items and a large gluten-free line. Most everything I needed today I was able to purchase at Aldi. The store was clean, organized, and small. I can imagine it being crowded during peak hours, but it was quiet and mostly empty when I was there around 10:00 a.m. on a Monday. I liked the layout of the store, and I enjoyed the décor--not flashy, but comfortable. The cashier who rang up my items was very friendly and helpful--he asked if I was able to find everything, and when I told him it was my first time visiting, he said there was a $10-off coupon, which he went ahead and gave to me. I am in love with Aldi, and I plan to shop here on a regular basis even though I have to drive 25 minutes to get there. I found the prices to be extremely affordable compared to any other store I'd shopped at (except maybe the commissary but with much less hassle). I left with a shopping cart full of food and it cost me $70. You be the judge!
