They only ordered the medication today. I would rate them minus 10. My daughter is going without medication until they can get it since all seizure medication is controlled. I can't even transfer to another store to get it because they can't order. It. May not be Walgreens fault. Just adds to the angst.

They answer the phones like they don't like their jobs, as if they have an attitude that you even would even call them while they're trying to fill prescriptions, and have the audacity to act like you are the problem when you've been nothing but polite and kind. I just called to check on my prescription that I needed three weeks ago. It needed a prior authorization. I waited call today. I was told she couldn't find anything for me. Then when I told her the name of the medication , She finally found it. I asked her were you guys planning to tell me that it was approved or how does that work? It was as if I owed her an apology for asking, this has got to be the absolute worst customer service experience, most unprofessional pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. I'm not sure how these people interview when they first apply for these jobs, but I would like to be a fly on the wall. They need Customer Service classes because when we bring our hard earned money to you all (because insurance sucks,)we wait and we're courteous, warm and friendly, and we say hello we expect the same in return, is that not too much to ask for eye contact do better Walgreens!!!!!! Do Not take your prescriptions here. I would much rather go to Costco or Sam's Club. At this point, I would rather just drive back to the Walgreens in Denbigh. One out of 10.

I came here for the first time today. I didn't know that many places like this one still existed…read more It's fantastic. It appears to be a family-owned pharmacy with a family-owned feel. The pharmacist is very kind, and this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I wish more pharmacies were like this one. I came from Isle of Wight County to get medication for my new baby that wasn't available readily at closer pharmacies, and the experience I had made me want to make the drive this way more often.

Not only do they have groceries, they sell apparel, home décor, toys, Fred Meyer Jewelers, etc. --Drive-thru Pharmacy --Starbucks kiosk --Cheese Shop --Deli Bistro with a full menu --A large organic produce section as well as local Virginia items --Great natural foods department with bulk dry items like nuts --Fuel Center with 9 pumps (every $100 you spend, you get 10¢ off a gallon) --A large, organized parking lot People--this place is amazing! I may have to drive over here weekly just because I am in love with KM. I used the self-checkout and I had no problems. Suffolk is on the map and KM is where it's at.

It was printed on a script sticker and the vet signed it. The pharmacist not only didn't fill it but treated my husband like he was trying to fake a prescription. The pharmacist were overtly rude and loud about it. The vet then faxed it in but at that point, we decided to switch to Kroger, who had 0 issue with the script. The pickup lines for scripts take over 20 minutes. They only have 1 line open and it's not efficient. If you go in store it's about the same. Scripts are never ordered when out of stock. You have to call and ask them to order it every time, even though the text said they ordered it--yet they never do. Then I ordered a poster which came wrinkled and looked horrible. The CSR told me that she would cancel the order and refund me. She did not. I had to fight the charge on my credit card.

I got there at 1:27 to pick up iron medication and had to wait 40 min until their break was finished and they still didn't understand the issue. I understand prepping to close but my issue is set real times so the public knows! The sign should read 1:25, and the other Walgreens (Toby) should have told me to pick it up after the break instead of telling me to hurry and get there before 1:30. and I wouldn't have rushed.
