Walmart employee named Kelly almost scammed me for over 200$. I had all items ready to be returned nothing was missing. She returned part of my money then didn't even explain that I didn't get the full amount because she assumed that items were missing and just straight handed me money didn't count it to me nor tell me how much I got back no explanation but said "I'm going to leave this for you to figure out." After me explaining to her what she did wrong and finally made it right and made a fool out of herself cuz she was trying to hurry to clock out and go home. As soon as she made things right after me fighting over it she told her coworker "that's it I'm done I'm clockingnoy " she was half-a**ing my return and almost scammed me because she wanted to go home. Talk about Super with a ginormous "S". It is pretty big and spacious. Really appreciated how comfortable it felt shopping - aisles spaced just right, shelves laid out in a streamlined format, and it was well lit. It was also easy to maneuver our cart between aisles & people. Aisles were well labeled so it was easy to find stuff, and more! The Super part is because of the grocery section that included fresh, & refrigerated items. We were pleasantly surprised to find a wide array of items for a party: variety of cheeses, cold cuts, dips, and pastries. They also had cooked food & salads. Add the liquor, beer, wine, & non alcoholic drinks you'll always find in a Walmart, this was totally one stop shopping! read more

Last week I went in for an oil change. I made an appointment for 9am and was there at 8:45. My car was not ready until 11:30am! They said it would take 45 minutes and I was there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I had to cancel my 11am appointment somewhere else which made me incur in a cancellation fee, all because Walmart takes in more customers than they can happily satisfy. Review for Order Pick-Up. I like to order online to 1. Keep my list in check and 2. Efficient time management. I have had a few mess ups in the past but nothing like today. Today was an abysmal disaster. After parking and checking in, an attendant took almost 15 minutes to come to my car. Ok, no biggie. Except my order was "incomplete and would take a few minutes for the shopper to grab a few items from the list" 20 minutes later... a girl being 2 of the wrong items to me. Then! When I get home ELEVEN ITEMS WERE MISSING. I called, of course, they said to return for the items. When I did - the bags brought to me we're probably someone else's order because half of the items were wrong, missing and stuff I didn't have on the order. Now, I understand when we use these services our patience is the exchange we must use with grace for the convenience of "order pick up" But seriously?! How many mistakes can one possibly make in one single order?! I didn't have the patience or energy today to be gentle with the attendant who brought the wrong order to me. After all, I don't know if he was the one who made the mistakes. What I do know, is the quality control is far too low. Especially considering how many families are struggling to put food on the table, let alone the correct food. Management needs help. This is a problem that can only be corrected from the top. These "kids" are all super young and probably have ever had to plan and purchase and entire weeks groceries for a family of five. They have no working knowledge of that burden - at least not the teens I've had interactions with. Are they rude? No. But they don't care enough to do a job well done. After today, I can't say I'll ever use this service again. Not for any order larger than 5-10 items. Buyers: double check your bags before you leave the lot. Keep them accountable. 8/9/2021 Worst check out experience ever. Stood in line at the checkout stands for 40 min. There were 5 checkout cashiers with lines of shoppers going into the women's dept, 2 had "open" lights on and 3 didn't. I got into lane 2 and was the 7th from the register. After standing there for 10 min an associate came out and said the last person online was the 2nd from the register because it was closed. In the meantime other shoppers had lined up behind me. We all scrambled to other lines. I went to lane 4 which had an "open" light on. After about 20 min an associate came out and told those in lane 3 that the 3rd in line was the last person while again there were at least 6 more shoppers behind that person. After everyone left, they reopen lane 2 where shoppers just walk-in up lined up I stead of taking shoppers that had been waiting in the long lines to begin with. After the last of lane 3 was at the register people started walking up to get in line they let things, never telling them that lane 4 was closed. After waiting about 40 min I was now the 3rd in line to the register, when I looked up they now had lanes 2, 3, 5, now open with lanes 4 and 7 which had "open" light on the whole time. read more

Today 8/31/23 a young member of my family was in a rush and purchased a pack of Oscar Mayers sliced Turkey breast. When they arrived home I unload the bags, and I noticed the meat didn't look appealing. I immediately was shocked and angered to see an expired date of JULY 9th.... ALMOST 2 MONTHS EXPIRED!!!! No doubt if consumed the emergency room visit would have been the next stop. Do better Walmart and remove all expired food items. The only big store in Tracy other than Target. Unless you're rich, you're in here!! I mean don't get me wrong, I shop at Target for certain items. But my main store for house hold items is Walmart. You can't beat the price. Parking is whatever. I don't look for a front parking as their usually aren't ever any. But people here will wait!! A person can barely come out the store with a full to the rim cart, and a person will literally wait for them just to get a close parking!! It's hella annoying. Because each row is one-way. So while they are waiting for their parking, you gotta wait with them. So stupid. But since coming here, I know what lanes to go in and which not, because people will wait 10 mins for a parking! I get it if you're older and they don't have handicaps so you're waiting for a closer spot, be my guest! But if you're younger.. dude really? Just find any park, park & go shop!! A little exercise never hurt anyone! Produce is always stocked & for the most part fresh! They had deli & hot foods, bakery. Freezer section with frozen foods & ice cream! Lots of different meat/chicken! Milk, juices. This is an all stop shop. I love that walmart expanded to having food! Not only clothes/household items. Smart move! Everytime I come (usually during day/late afternoon) it's packed. I noticed after 9pm is the perfect time to come. No one is ever here late! But it's a little hard for me to come at night with a toddler. So I just come during the day. They also have a order online, pickup in store option! I loveeeee this service. On days I don't want to go in store. I'll place my order online, pick up when I get my email. You just drive to the "pick up" aisle. Park your car, call the # in front of the parking space. Tell them you're their to pick up "so & so's" order, they bring it right out to your car!! You sign and are on your way. I know what y'all are thinking.. lazy!! But it's actually super convenient when you're just too tired or forget some stuff you need for a kids school project, etc. and don't have the energy or time to go in & do the shopping yourself.. not lazy! Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Not enough floor help to accommodate the people needing to get items that are locked up- seeing how most of the items in the store are locked up. It took almost 25 minutes to get a small Lego set and I was waiting with 2 other people. My cousin waited 15 mins to get some press on nails. Not only do you have to wait, but then they have to bring you items to the front and you have to pay right away (or they lock your items in another bin). They may as well supply each customer with their own employee that follows them around with a cart from beginning to check out. Maybe that will help with the theft and chaos. Walmart needs to either retire or terminate their auto mechanic Chao in the auto center. He left my vehicle in the area when I had an appointment scheduled for the tires. After he had set my vehicle in the air in order to work on the tires, he walked away from it and worked on another vehicle that had just arrived for 4 new tires. I waited 3 hours just for my vehicle to be serviced and my appointment was at 8am. I left at 11:30am. This is unprofessional of this mechanic especially when he keeps walking away from his area and to speak to customers instead of directing them inside to check in their vehicle for service. read more

Where to even start... ZERO stars if I could...came for literally a couple items, one in which was locked up. Pressed the call button provided for assistance that reads " HAPPY TO HELP" took about 5-10 mins for a worker to pass by and tell my husband "i'll be right back." 10 mins pass, no sign of her "coming right back" then another 5-10 mins later after hearing the overhead say "assistance needed in bikes" just before I was about to approach another worker to ask for help, she made her way toward the area (assuming she was going to tend to the area being requested at) my husband ended up having to stop and ask as she passed right by if she could help him and she (CATRINA) UNhappily turned to help with a big sigh like " where do you need help at" .. -_- hubby gets what we been waiting for, she says she gotta walk it up herself and that it'll be on lane 6 .. the longest and ONLY line open besides 2 which also was lengthy .. and guess what?? It WASN'T at register 6 or any other one for that matter. Chris on lane 4 who opened up for us next in line, was so kind to help us and check not once but twice, and then Dina comes along and happily lends a hand to triple check where the item was SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN BROUGHT to, but unfortunately my hubby HAD to walk all the way back to bikes/tires area to get another box and Dina was so nice and patient enough to walk with him to grab it for us. I saw CATRINA near the customer service desk and as she walked by me i nicely said excuse me n she kept walking and i said it again and she looked at me with attitude and again... UNhappy to be of assistance as I asked bout the item she said she would bring to register 6 that couldn't be found by our cashier, she had to hunt for it herself when SHE was the one who had the box in her hand to begin with. I try as much as possible to avoid coming to this specific Walmart because numerous times my experience with either the items or the employees is so unpleasant but today was by far the worst. I ordered pictures a couple days ago and came in early to pick them up. There was no one at the register but I came across a gal, Audrey,that was near by. When I walked up I asked her if she could assist me with pictures I'd ordered. Right away she chuckled in disbelief and said with a nasty attitude "well good morning" she had a device on her hand a paper which she then proceeded to throw on a cart near by rudely asked "what is your last name" I responded and she couldn't find it and unfortunately had to go elsewhere to find them. She was so displeased with helping. I understand people have bad days but her attitude was the worst and threw me off so early in the morning. This was the WORST Walmart and general shopping experience I have ever had. Like god damn. Tonight my aunt and I went to the Tracy Walmart clothing section so she could try on a pair of pants as the one she had bought earlier in the day at a different Walmart was too tight. What should have been a short shopping trip turned into 30+min ordeal as NONE of the employees in the area wanted to help us to open up a dressing room. After asking 2 different employees to open a dressing room and each time hearing "sOmEOnE iS COmIng" I finally got pissed and started looking for the key myself. After not finding it I found a third employee and asked her to find someone that could help, as this was ridiculous. My aunt had to change behind the counter as no one wanted to help but it was difficult as she had to put the pants over her shorts, which obviously won't show you how it should actually fit. At this point the third employee came back with several keys from the back and gave them to the manager on duty who snapped at her and said "give me!" Another lady, who was training a new employee that clearly did not want to be there as she was on her phone, said "Well everyone is on their lunch break." Really? I snapped back and said "So if everyone is 'on lunch' then this area is closed? Then why isn't there a sign out? You need to have coverage." Finally the MOD opened the room so my aunt could finally change. We went to the customer services area and once the transaction was complete I asked Priyanka to give me the contract information for the manager. She gave me the store phone number and the managers' names: Natasha, Greg, and Blanca. I *get* that this is Walmart and hence they're not known for customer service, but C'mon. If the employees don't want to be there then get a job somewhere else and--here's a bright idea--actually have COVERAGE for all the departments so that we don't waste our time pressing the red alert button for no one to actually show up! Everytime time I go more stuff is locked up. Which I get, loss prevention is important but loss of customers entirely is too. Rang button for over 25 min. Myself and two other customers asked for assistance with soap multiple times, we could hear the overhead pages and nothing, nobody ever came. Also, I'm tired of the unfriendly staff. The cashier looked at me all annoyed that I was holding up her line when she wouldn't lift a finger to help bag my items. I brought my bags a little help please. I will take my business down the street to target for good service with a smile and they bag for me. Plus, bonus no stopping in another line for them to search your bags and check your receipt. We stopped by this Super Walmart in Tracy after a long roadtrip to San Diego & San Jose. I was beyond impressed at how neat & clean this Walmart was. Felt like I had walked into a super-sized Sprouts store as I was approaching their produce area. Their bread, meat & dairy departments were also huge, I was very impressed. I guess I haven't shopped at a Super Walmart in so long, so many improvements have been made, from their relabeling & packaging to their check-out services. I came in the early morning on a weekday too so everything was nicely stocked & organized. There were definitely more employees than customers in the store. Almost every aisle had a worker sorting & organizing the shelves, doing inventory or sweeping the floor. I am not convinced that our Super Walmarts in Sacramento have upgraded to this level of spectacular yet! Great job, Super Walmart of Tracy! I had ordered tires online. Since they were supposed to be at the store on 9/21/22 at Walmart Super in Tracy California. I made an appointment for tire installation ahead of the time. My appointment was at 3:00 pm 9/21/22. I got to Store they started the service however, no body could find the tires. The service manager was no where to be found. He was out for lunch for nearly 2 hours. Phones ringing a dozen of customers in line waiting. Not single employee was competent enough or willing enough to look for couples of tires in the tires storage area. Had to wait 3 and half hours just for tire installation with an appointment and literally my car in the service station. Extremely disappointed with the service and I will make sure to not make a mistake of buying Tires and installation services from Walmart again. read more

We came back today to do some last minute Christmas shopping and nothing's changed; it is still the worst run store in the chain. This story is always a mess which is forgivable around Christmas time, however having no one working aisles available to assist you and not too many cashiers open is not a good thing.
