I came in and an employee was leaning on a pile of boxes by the front door with her arms crossed telling people the cart person was at lunch. She made no effort to get carts or find someone to help, just told me that I needed to go out and look for one. I thought this was terrible customer service. read more

Make sure if you have shopping to do, you go to a different Walmart!!! Apparently these guys don't pay ANY attention to their stock levels and don't care about running out of practically EVERYTHING. I've gone through 5 different departments so far as I'm shopping now and I'm forced to pay close to double what I normally would because I have to buy the smaller sizes in order to get what I need. Along with the extra expense, I'm having to purchase brands I'd NEVER use in a million years because they are the ONLY OPTION ON THE SHELVES. Truly the worst Walmart experience I've ever had and I've done Walmart on Black Friday. I loved this Walmart and I drive from a ways away to come here. I don't really have any other Walmart store to compare this one to but I've had nothing but good experiences here. Prices are low, products are well-stocked, packaging in good condition, and customer service ranges from decent to good. I know some people who aren't crazy about the layout and organization of the store but I'm not bothered by it and have been in stores much worse in terms of layout/organization. Like any other Walmart. I was happy with my purchase that I made. Asian pears were so sweet, fresh, and HUGE. I always get my Christmas boxes, tissue paper, and label stickers at Walmart. The manager was awful. He was rude and didn't care how offensive he was being. Honestly, I would've just left everything and walked out, had it not been the cashier, who was polite and kind. Really though, I would expect the manager to be more professional, but what can you expect? Most likely never going to this location ever again. Save yourself. This Walmart is always an unpleasant experience when I come here. I'm never greeted at all with a simple how are you doing. As a cashier at Home Depot we are expected to greet every customer we come within 10 feet off and isn't anything difficult. Instead as I'm leaving the jolly looking door man just gives me and awkward stare. I really don't plan on ever coming back to this Walmart as the suisun Walmart is closer anyways. read more

Yes i went into wal mart with a biycle rear safty light asked a greater do you now where the watch batteries are.I went to the jewelry department. (#1704)chela at jewelry found the battery,I had the light laying flat on its back on the counter. Never going there again. I checked my car in for a standard oil change and after a half hour I was called and told I would have to come back and sign a form before they could do any work. When I got there I was told the form was a waiver saying that I would not hold them liable for any damage to my car (because the oil level was low). Ridiculous! I took the car to Jiffy Lube on Monte Vista instead and got fantastic service, they felt zero need for me to sign a waiver and they finished the job in half the time that WalMart had quoted me. The worst experience I've had in a retail store was found in the Vacaville store. Making it a point to stop at Walmart for an item my dad needed for fishing, Paul, the ugliest human being I've ever encountered, was so blatantly rude that I immediately asked for his manager. This, of course, was while I listened to three employees talk about their days off when customers were waiting. Once Paul's manager came, I explained his words, tone and lack of any customer service skills, and was greeted with a blank face. since the remodel this store is garbage. They have no selection and now I went to return a shirt that was to small. I have the receipt and the tags. They will not let me return it because when I went to put it on I took the tags off. I have the tags they are just off because most people when they go to wear a shirt they take off the tags. I am done with this store. read more

Poorly organized, small, and surprisingly dirty. Also way more expensive than other locations. For example, a bag of salad was $1.58 here and the same salad was $0.98 at the Walmart down the highway. The checkout woman was super friendly, no complaints there. If I need something fast, I'll stop here but overall, I'll go to another location. read more

The quality of this store has really gone down and leadership has failed to value their customers. I am a law abiding citizen yet when I walk into Walmart I feel I'm being treated like a criminal because of all the cameras and locked up merchandise. Not to mention, that I have to then be stopped at the door to have my receipt checked, this is stupid and a huge inconvenience!!! I never consented to Walmart video taping me and I feel violated!!! These security measures are not the answer for their theft problems but actually causes resentment and a barrier for their customers and leadership needs to re-access their strategy. I prefer the Fairfield store for quantity and Dixon for better environment and cleaner store. They remodeled this store not long ago but I cannot tell a difference. This is Walmart, so prepare yourself for the ambiance which this chain provides. My reason for this review is due to the service this store provided me. I'm not a local and this store has an unfamiliar setup. I asked 4 different department associates for assistance. All were pleasant and very helpful, but Virginia went beyond. Always out of multiple stock items all at them same time. The inventory people do not keep up with the ordering. Sometimes it will be 3mos Out of several items in more than 1 department. Lines always long and lots of safety hazards throughout store. I don't think the general manager cares about the store he just cashes in the big bucks and let's the stores run itself. read more

This pharmacy is the worst! The cashier is super rude. I was left waiting for 15 minutes no one else in line. Then if the doctor calls in a refill they change the prescription # which then takes the meds off auto refill! I called in a prescription on last Thursday morning and it's still not ready yet the doctors office says then sent over the refill. As soon as these refills are filled I'm switching pharmacies! read more

Honestly every time I go to Walmart I get the worst experience there. The customer service there is terrible, I can't even explain my full experience without breaking my phone. First of all, went in around 10:10PM to return an item and all I get is "WERE CLOSED" with an attitude. Not even trying to help us with our situation just worried about getting off work. I understand that your off but please at least direct us to someone else that could ACTUALLY help us. Complained the situation to a manager and he told us that he will talk to her which I really highly doubt. Next, I wanted to find a mini plastic pool which is usually outside and couldn't find one, went to the nearest associate and told me to find someone in a yellow jacket to assist us that could open the gate outside. Went to the nearest person I found and I said excuse me and in response I get a WHAT? With a big ass attitude and telling me " I'm on lunch, your probably not going to get your item because it's late." Found the same manager and asked if they had the pool and told me "It's not in season yet, and we don't have the item we're looking for".Really? I just found the same item at another Walmart, left in a pissed off mood and drove past the gate and there you have the plastic pool that we're looking for. Hmmm I thought it's not in season yet? All it is pure laziness. If your going to work for a brand, make sure your show why I should continue to shop there and not because your prices are affordable. I can take my business elsewhere regardless how much they charge. But obviously I'm just ranting right now and nothing will ever get solved. Probably not even a reply them reaching out to me, I'd be surprised if i get a response to this complaint. Very dirty, unhappy feeling of a place. I made the mistake of coming at night and they had people all over the floor restocking the floors. My service dog was ran into several times while shopping. While in line he was hit again. He was on a short leash and about a foot from my leg but he is a small dog and was not being noticed. I picked him up and set him in the cart while I paid and tried to leave the store. In less than 10 feet I had 2 employees tell me that it is not allowed. One was the manager who did it matter of fact like then interrupted when I was just starting to ask the reason. The other was the door greeter and he was just rude. Told me if I wanna come back to either leave him home or keep him on the floor. He almost seemed excited to say it. One of them could have told me nicely instead of both of them being rude. All the cosmetic items are locked. Including razors that cost 1.88. The people have been rude to me on several occasions. I've been to Walmart's all over the country, and none of them have a policy where you aren't allowed to carry an item that's been locked up. They instead take it from you and you have to ask for it at the front. It's a humiliating practice and will cost the store money since I refuse to buy anything I can't carry in the cart. They also only have four or so cash registers run by employees. The rest are automatic. Since CA doesn't allow alcohol purchases at those machines, I now purchase wine at Sprouts. Of those four active cash registers, only two are usually active. The constant rearranging of items has also become a headache to deal with. They also make you wait in line to leave the store so they can scan your cart. It's like shopping as a known thief. If I have the choice to drive a bit further to Sprouts, I do it. There aren't as much options, but the store is clean, rarely crowded, and you arent treated like a criminal. read more

i like this wal-mart. it's not too big, not too small and i usually come here after work. it's 24 hours, which is really cool, so you'll always find interesting people there. i even get some cool CHEAP clothes, there, too! the people are very friendly and the only thing that really bugs me about the place is the "people traffic" in the front where everyone crosses... anyways, a good way to avoid that is just to park away from there. read more

Say No to Vacaville Walmart Tire and Lub Express! I brought my 2011 Toyota Camry here for an oil change (synthetic), a tire rotation, and to get the fluids topped off. After waiting a hour or more for my vehicle, I was told my vehicle couldn't be serviced. The reason given .... I was told my filter was too tight and they didn't have the proper tool needed to loosen it. I never had any issues anwhere else And have had my oil change changed several times before. When we got home, my husband changed the oil without any issues. He said WalMart Tire and Lube was full of BS! The filter wasn't tight at all and it only needed a 3/8 drive socket wrench to be loosened... Any mechanic should have this! They probably lied b/c they didn't have the oil or filter needed to complete the service. I will never go there again and don't recommend anyone else take their vehicle there either. Stay away from dishonest mechanics!!!! If they weren't being dishonest, then they were just complete idiots.... Either is a quality I prefer to stay away from. read more
