All I can say is thank you WALMART! I needed to get a set of tires replaced for the winter season and the tire center took me in 15 minutes before they closed at 7 pm and did a 4 wheel dismount of the old tires and a mount and balance with the 4 new tires and had me out of there in about 1.5 hours...all for $40. I hate this place! Employees are very rude, nobody is ever at there departments, the customer needs to search for the employees. Pretty sad! My bf got my promise ring here. I had to turn it in to resize. The bf and I walk up to the counter look at each other. The lady had her back facing us so were standing there. My wife and here shop here for a lot of our daily groceries. Its convenient because its a super wal-mart and has produce. The produce is OK with limited selection. I wanted to find shallots, but they didn't have any or were out. The day that I went, the roma tomatoes were all soft and overripe. I like Walmart, they have the best prices around Vacaville and Dixon. Walmart always has nice people when I go there, I think some folks just expect thier hands held when they shop. The night staff is uncaring at best and extremely rude and disrespectful at worst. My product was lost in transit and the only reason why it was detected was because the first representative suggested that I contact the freight company after being on the phone with the first representative for 30 minutes. Then I was on the phone with the freight company waiting for 35 minutes in addition to the 5 minutes with the ending outcome of them informing me that my 65 inch TV was lost and I needed to contact Walmart to fix the situation. I did Walmart's leg work in figuring out where my purchase was at which is not the customers job. I contact Walmart again and spend a total of 2 hours on the phone with over 3 representatives explaining to me how I would not be able to receive a replacement until after Christmas this isn't expectable what so ever. I placed my original order on December 11 and no one was able to assist me in resolving the issue in a healthy manner. I didn't care what brand of TV I just wanted to receive a replacement before Christmas. After this I contacted another representative and the freight company again all continuing to give me the run around. This isn't expectable and I will never make another large purchase from Walmart again. Many of the representatives were not knowledgeable what so ever and this is not expectable because the customer money is valued but the customer as an individual isn't valued. This is very disappointing because I for one expect better from Walmart. I wish I could give zero stars for the level of disappointment and anguish I have endured. read more

I received the worst service I think I ever have experienced today! I was recommended by many people to go here to get a plastic baby pool, when I had already been there 3 times and been told they didn't have them but saw multiple pools holding flip flops, etc. This time I asked the assistant manager if they had any and she said "if we did they would be out in the garden area" instead of radioing to utilize one of the many staff members working, I was told to walk all the way outside, to find there was none. We then asked a worker if we could buy one of the ones being used as a display, she very nicely said yes we could and she would contact the assistant manager for them to grab it, who the pool happened to be right next to, we then stood there as the only helpful employee radioed the asst. manager multiple times and we watched her completely ignore the calls as her and two other employees opened a box. After 5 mins of the employees cutting out windows and playing with the empty box right in front of the asst. manager, who did nothing to end the childish behavior, I finally went over to her and asked why we were not getting service. She said the other employee already called someone(5 mins ago). They all ignored my stares for help. Finally a employee walks over and says to the assistant manager! "why can't the do it themselves" as we are standing right there! Then two other employees came over to help and the one says to the girl "just pretend you're happy" again right in front of us. After waiting 20 mins total they go to lift the clothes bin out and one guy was standing in it and the girl said you need to get out so I can pull it out when you lift, and he says "but I wanna be in the baby pool, it's hot" again as we're standing right there clearly waiting for a long time. I was absolutely shocked of how childish the staff members were and the assistant manager is standing right there the entire time not doing a thing to change it. We then go to the check out line and we were almost hit by a pallet jack and the employee says "oh sorry" and proceeds to laugh. I do not think any of this was funny! I started managing a store at 19 and know that this behavior is absolutely unacceptable! I can't even say the customer service was bad, because in my opinion there was no customer service being given to us at all. I will not being giving Walmart another penny. I would give zero or negative stars but it won't allow that. read more

Usually I get successful help in the electronics department from the same electronics employees I see working but today, a few employees I haven't seen in the electronics department before didn't even bother checking the computer for an item I was looking for, for my dad. Instead they kept going back and fourth with me telling me point blank "walmart doesn't sell that brand and has never carried that brand" when clearly I'm showing them the exact brand of product on the offical walmart page saying "sold by walmart". I also had mentioned I saw the product physically on the floor in store on display for purchase two days ago in this exact walmart and another walmart. They kept going back and fourth with me saying they didn't sell this brand until I had to give up and walk away because I was getting irritated. One employee even tried to insinuate I was lying about seeing the product. I wouldn't have even known about the product if I hadn't physically seen the product in the first place! They were rude and unhelpful. I would have been satisfied if they had just checked the system to give me a peace of mind or just admitted they didn't want to take the time to help me. My sisters and I frequent this store over a dozen times a month for random things the workers are almost always friendly and make our experience an enjoyable one, most know our faces by now even...Ive never had any problems untill a couple weeks ago my sisters and I just finished shopping ($300 later) and were actually LEAVING the store when a ceiling panel one makde of FIBERGLASS for installation fell down when the doors opened and the cornor went straight into my sisters eye while the rest of the fiberglass panel smacked her face. Her face and eyes had fiberglass all over! She even got a small black eye over it. Instead of any workers rushing to see if she was okay the person whos supposed to thank u with a smile as you leave ran up and said "stupid things" under her breath as she grabbed the panel and put it with a stack of 4 more. Apparently they had BEEN falling and no one thought it was their job to warn the customers that fiberglass and panels could be falling down on them! The "customer service manager" was so extreamly rude! I do not see how she aquired this job! Her job was to "fix" the problem but instead she told us it was not the girl job to warn anyone, its a windy day and telling my sister that she needed to "calm down and not get loud with her" This is not how you treat a regular customer or anyone else. After touching the panel herself she stuck her arms out and said "I need to wash this off me" If she was so worried ablout fiberglass on her arm I dont see why she didnt understand that Fiberglass in your eyes was worse. She was full of additude, rolled her eyes, called my sister a little girl and even balled her fists up!! I have never recieved such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in my life!! Even now almost 2 weeks later we returned and most of the panels have fell but 2 more were hanging down and one more even fell while we were still there!! Still no signs or anyone warning their "valued" shoppers that after they go and spend their hard earned money to help pay people like this customer service mgr "Crystal"s paychecks that they could be surprised with falling fiberglass panels on their way out! Other than this one incident and Crystal the "customer service MANAGER" the rest of the employees are very plesant, even my 3 year old son knows their faces if he sees them outside of the store. So if anything ever happens I suggest also taking it up with corporate because Crystal does not know how to do her job, if she doesnt like people she shouldnt be working in customer service!! read more

I was in Walmart a few days ago getting a oil change for my car, so I decided to do a little shopping while I wait. As I was done shopping I went to the Automotive section to check out. I used my temporary atm card and elected to get cash back, the system asked me for a 3 digit security code. Being a temporary atm card there isn't one on the back of the card. I asked to speak to a manager an Assistant Manager by the name of Don walked up and had a look of disgust on his face and told me he could not take my card, he didn't even bother to find out what the matter was. I explained to him he's a manager for a retail store and I in fact was a Property Manager. He told me your residents have to pay their rent right I said yea they do, He then told me well your have to pay for your stuff. He accused me of not being able to pay for my merchandise in from of my three young children. I reassured him that I had more than enough money to pay for my stuff. He looked me in my face and gave me a evil stare down, and when I asked him for my atm card back he refused I had to ask him at least 5 times and snatch it out of his hand. He demanded. I then asked the cashier to ring me up and elected not to get cash back and paid for my merchandise If I could give zero stars I would it's a shame how such a big corporation could hire people like Don to represent their company and accuse their customer's of not having the money to pay for there things and provide such poor customer service. read more

I gave WALMART one star only because zero didn't seem to be an option. As a customer, I would caution others to be careful about the "bait and switch" tactics I just encountered at Walmart. I was enticed by the online advertised price of $133.50 (via Google to Walmart websites) for a trampoline. Because I was unable to navigate how to make its purchase online, I went to the Vacaville Walmart to make the purchase/order in person. After explaining that I wanted to purchase or order the advertised-at-$133.50 trampoline to FOUR different customer "service" (?) representatives including the (assistant) manager, the best they could come up with was that Walmart.com is not Walmart (who's shirking responsibility?) and that even though the product descriptions, specifications, and photos of the trampoline priced at $259.00 were identical to the trampoline advertised online at $133.50 with the heading "Walmart", the UPC codes were not the same and as such the trampolines were "completely different". Really? They went on to try to explain that the $133.50 trampoline was not even in their system. My question would then be, "why advertise something you don't have?" Perhaps the persons responsible for posting the advertisements should first check to see if the advertised product is actually available. I was very disappointed in the "service" I received and the complete waste of time in explaining my pursuit multiple times to multiple people. I do not think Mr. Walton would respect the ethics (lack of) demonstrated by the policies to which these employees referred. It certainly lends credence to the opinions of Walmart's critics (of whom I am now one) who maintain that Target is, by far, the better choice. Shame on you, WALMART, for your dishonourable practices. By the way, the "manager" was impotent. This is a hard review to write because the people were pretty nice, but the service sucked. I went here today to get an oil change, called ahead and told them my car make and model to get a price quote, and then I came early in the morning to get it done before work, to which they explained it would be about 45 minutes, start to finish. I dropped off my car and they told me I would be paged when my car was done. I walked around the store, bought breakfast, and waited for my car to be finished. Finally, it had been about an hour and I was going to be late for work, but I thought "at least my oil changed will be done". Then I hear one of the men ask another man what was wrong with the VW. He then comes in and tells me that they weren't able to do the oil change because they didn't have a tool that they needed, and that he chewed out one of his workers for not paging me. I was upset because they had my number, they had their pager system, they had the make and model of my car before I even dove out there, and then I was late to work for no reason.
