And..at the end of the appointment, I got to pick out my new eyeglass frames with the nicest young lady. Her name was Stephanie. She also helped me not only with the style and color of my new frames but also how the frames fit my face. So friendly and, of course, very professional. The desk staff were great, as well. To make a looong story short, my husband went to her practice because he was suffering from his left eye acutely looking towards his nose (left eye crossed). She saw him, didn't see anything she could definitely diagnose him with. She HIGHLY recommended we go to BARROWS NEURO EMERGENCY ROOM. She explained exactly what would happen, and she was 1000% spot on! They saw him, they treated him and reassured us that his acute left eye cross issue was not a (eye sight threatening) issue. Everyone was so nice and friendly from the phone call, to the checkin, eye tests before the doctor, the eye exam with the doctor, checkout and even adjusting my glasses. Dr. Rivera was knowledgeable and so nice about explaining the blood vessels in my eyes and checking the mole on my eyeball. The staff was so courteous and friendly.
