I ask them to adjust them and they do, but they still don't fit well and either fall off my face or hurt my ears. Their customer service is decent. There are a lot of employees there so you don't have to wait too long to be seen but not all have great customer service skills. Some appear annoyed that they have to get up to assist you and others go above and beyond to help you. Their prices are very pricey compared to other retail places but they offer "discounts" if you get more than one pair. I only purchased here instead of other places like Costco because they do have a large selection and it was convenient and I have really great vision insurance. I recently lost a pair and called them to ask if they could offer any type of discount if I purchased the exact same glasses without insurance and they only offered a slight discount off the prescription and not the lenses. I ordered replacement on both of my glasses (1x meta glasses and a regular eye glasses) I purchased an insurance for both, My meta got deeply scratches on one of the lens and my regular glasses broke and need replacement. I got a text message that one of the glasses is ready for pickup. To save time on pick up, thought I call to check if both are in if not I will wait for the second pair to pick them up at the same time. I was out on hold (She says I will check it for you. 18 minutes later on hold, as in no one came back. I hanged up! Bad service for a paid glasses!!! This is not the first time that I called to check on status of my glasses. It seems that every year this has happen after they got paid for us buying glasses with prescription. We will have to look for a different location for our next prescription which happens to be this year. You gave them a chance and still do the same thing. I dropped off my eyeglasses on 12/31/2025, and now it is 01/21/2026. I called to check if it's ready for pick up. They could not find my glasses at first and put me on hold for so long. Finally, they found it, but all they told me was that my eyeglasses are not ready because they didn't even send them out! The guy on the phone said he could refund me how much I paid and pick up my glasses. Are you seriously telling me that, after this whole time I waited for almost a month, just like what they've put me through last year. I thought they just made that ONE mistake. I received a call yesterday from one of their staff to let me know that my order is ready, and I asked for a discount because it took a while. The staff said the manager is the only person who can give the discount, so I went in today to pick up my eyeglasses and waited for the manager. The staff are still very nice and accommodating, although we know not all places are like that, especially since most places do not understand customers' frustrations and reactions to staff's mistakes. We know that most places would just give you an attitude and dismiss your concerns/issues. I believe the manager's name is Gerard, whom I saw today, apologized, and was going to give me half of the amount that I paid back. Because they are accommodating with no behavioral concerns, I asked for the amount of their military or veteran discount instead (since I did not get the discount when I ordered). Gerard gave me 15% (their military or veteran discount) and processed the discount to be returned to my account. How they do their job and their customer service skills really matter to me, regardless of where I go, and this is why I gave them 1 star at first, now 4 stars with an updated review, and told them they did not have to give me half off because I understand business. Thank you for changing my mind about wanting to go back to Stanton again. The definition of a good business is having employees like them who deserve to have this job, especially in healthcare.
