I ask them to adjust them and they do, but they still don't fit well and either fall off my face or hurt my ears. Their customer service is decent. There are a lot of employees there so you don't have to wait too long to be seen but not all have great customer service skills. Some appear annoyed that they have to get up to assist you and others go above and beyond to help you. Their prices are very pricey compared to other retail places but they offer "discounts" if you get more than one pair. I only purchased here instead of other places like Costco because they do have a large selection and it was convenient and I have really great vision insurance. I recently lost a pair and called them to ask if they could offer any type of discount if I purchased the exact same glasses without insurance and they only offered a slight discount off the prescription and not the lenses. I ended up ordering from ezcontacts.com

I ordered replacement on both of my glasses (1x meta glasses and a regular eye glasses) I purchased an insurance for both, My meta got deeply scratches on one of the lens and my regular glasses broke and need replacement. I got a text message that one of the glasses is ready for pickup. To save time on pick up, thought I call to check if both are in if not I will wait for the second pair to pick them up at the same time. I was out on hold (She says I will check it for you. 18 minutes later on hold, as in no one came back. I hanged up! Bad service for a paid glasses!!! This is not the first time that I called to check on status of my glasses. It seems that every year this has happen after they got paid for us buying glasses with prescription. We will have to look for a different location for our next prescription which happens to be this year. You gave them a chance and still do the same thing. We are a family of 5 that all get prescribed glasses here. It is not our loss... It's yours!

When I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund, I was asked to give them another chance and was assured the replacement would be rushed. Nearly two more weeks have passed, and I still do not have my glasses. I stopped by on August 21st and told it still was not in. Then I receive an email stating the order was just placed after I visited that day! What has been most disappointing is the customer service during this experience. During the last visit the staff person was callous, offered little empathy, no real apology, and very little effort to check the status or help resolve the situation. Mistakes happen and I understand that. But responding as if I am being unreasonable or I'm wasting their time in unacceptable. I ordered a set of regular sunglasses over a month ago and they make it seem that's the long waiting period is the norm. He was willing to price out several pairs of frames for me so I could decide on how best to use my insurance benefits. No hard upsell like at other places. I called to schedule a pickup, but the receptionist placed me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that there were no available appointments and that I would need to wait another two days just to pick up my glasses. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and ended the call abruptly without any courtesy. After being a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. Those glasses were purchased from Costco one month prior. Had Nelly properly advised me, I would have simply taken that pair back to Costco. Jeremy, the manager simply said, you only paid $35 per lens. It's Actually $42.50 per lens per my receipt. I'm Very unhappy that Nelly was not upfront about it and Jeremy couldn't care less. My sister and I both had glasses to pick up and they required adjustments. I had two and I brought another pair to be adjusted. My sister had one pair of sunglasses and she brought another to be adjusted for a total of 5. Lee was adjusting my sister's sunglasses.
