All three of the doctors (Dr. Mitchell , Dr. Johnston, and Dr. Hanson) have demonstrated the kind of professionalism, experience, courtesy/respect, compassion, and willingness to listen/answer any questions/concerns that I may have had. The staff at Eyecare Associates can be described as nothing less than exemplary as well. I only wish that I knew, or was able to remember all of their names. MUST READ... A complete waste of time…read more We ordered NEW LENSES and frames. Somehow, one of their fine PROFESSIONALS forgot to order the NEW LENSES. So, we sat in their waiting area for one hour and thirty minutes anticipating getting the NEW LENSES and frames. To find out... OOOOPS, nobody ordered the NEW LENSES. Three to four weeks without glasses, and now we have to wait longer due to some idiot not doing their job right the first time. So I am sending Eyecare Associates of Southern Oregon TWO GIANT SIZED MIDDLE FINGERS. Here are the scratched lenses that were supposed to be replaced. This place is beyond pathetic

Today I had the most extensive and thorough exam I've ever had! Dr. Brown takes his time during the exam to make sure you are comfortable, not rushed and that you understand exactly what is going on. I was shown the photographic images of my eyes as he explained what we were seeing. I have some issues with my retinas that he was able to show me where, and what was happening with them. He was reassuring to me as I had concerns from a prior diagnosis done at a large local eye center where I felt "herded" through and dismissed. This office is so kind, personal and caring. I have low vision and can't work without my glasses. An afternoon before my shift began, my frames broke. I called and asked if they could fix or replace and let them know I had work that day. Never once was I told I was paying for a warranty which is $30 extra. I only noticed when I got home. I'm disgusted by the service. The employee was like a used car salesman. PURE CLASS, and TRUE HUMANITARIAN, QUALITY CARE AND STAFF…read more I waited a few months post-op to give this review. I'm blessed to have Dr Leavitt as my eye care specialist and surgeon. The staff here also reflects the leadership at Cascade Eyecare Center, as they say "it all rolls downhill, for better of for worse", and it's definitely for the better here. I cannot recall, or know all their names, but a few- Cassandra in the eyeglass section who ordered a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses for my wife's birthday, Sara (one of Dr Leavitt's assistants), and Tiffany at the payment and scheduling window- and those whose names I don't know or cannot recall, please forgive me. I had cataract surgeries on both my eyes and the resulting restoration of quality eyesight in my case is STUNNING, and I'm ever-grateful to Dr Leavitt and his staff, including those in their surgery center. ABSOLUTELY TOP-SHELF. Point being, QUALITY, QUALITY, QUALITY. NO photos here....and your personal mileage and results may vary, but I went from just hideous vision....to not needing prescription lenses whatsoever, and only use 1.25 readers for very, very VERY small detail work or reading minuscule things. 98-99% of the time I need no help. Again, I'm grateful. Thank you Jesus, and thank you Cascade Eyecare Center.

She…read morerefused to bill my VSP insurance correctly, and as he stated, she was yelling at me a couple times over the phone. They are a VSP provider. I had the eye exam on 9/3025 and it took until 12/30/25 to actually get the glasses because of her not doing her job correctly. I have gone there about 20+years and this was not the first time she would not bill VSP correctly. I am praying for her because it's very obvious there is something not right in her life. She can destroy Cascade eye center if she doesn't stop her outrageous actions, or maybe she should not work there. It would be nice if she, or someone would at least apologize.

Melissa at the Walmart Vision Center in Medford is the best. I live an hour and twenty minutes…read moreaway. Melissa had my glasses mailed to me after they were made. I tried bi-focals and didn't like them. Melissa talked to the optometrist and got me a single vision prescription without me going back (almost three hours round trip.) She had the new glasses mailed to me too. She was very nice and very helpful every step of the way. Customer service like this doesn't exist any more. The Walmart Vision Center and Melissa deserve five stars. Thanks.
