I went into Stanton Optical with my prescription, scared I wasn't going to be able to find what I wanted, and more so not going to be able to afford something perfect with my budget. I've been in retail for over 23 years so customer service is so so important. Today I left with tear filled eyes. I got not only one, but TWO pairs of glasses, the top two on my "squeal" list. She worked with me on everything I needed and wanted. When she showed me my total, I thought I was looking at the price for just one pair, but no, I get two! She took the time to play around with different way to get as close as possible to stay within my budget, making some adjustments to the type of lens in order so I could get into glasses quicker because of my budget. She was able to hear my concerns, read my body language and ended up making it happen and ordering the EXACT lenses I wanted. She was absolutely WONDERFUL. This is more on the Stanton higher up things not the local lobby. I was told there are no more trials unless you're going to buy, that's ass backwards but okay. Wasn't given my prescription in hand, told it would be emailed. Called to get it emailed and they had me create an account. Well my number is tied to mine and my minor son's apportionments. So I can't see my prescription. After calling and explaining this 4 times, I finally asked them to just email it to me directly. I have to fill out a verification form and email back, wait days to have something I've paid for already. Given to me. I'm assuming this is because I was asked if I need it to buy or medical. I've never in my life had to endure such hassle for my OWN information. I refer quite a bit of people here and I will end that today.

I'm always happy to go there. it's not an appointment that I just dread to go to. most dr appts I'd just rather not. anyway, try them out.
