She is single handedly ruining your clients experiences. I listened to the other ladies at the front, they were all very nice to everyone and all smiles. Kim left a horrible taste in our mouths and is the reason I personally will not be coming back for my eye exams after the way she treated my boyfriend. He was nervous to come in as he has never had his eyes checked and she spoke to him like her was stupid and kept sighing like he was an idiot. Berated him for being 5 minutes late when we were actually 15 minutes early but no one was there to help him so we left and came back and she acted like we were idiot children (in our 30s by the way). Also, don't make appointments for 8am then not have the door unlocked for 8am appointments that's asinine. If she were my front desk and a clients first impression I would be incredibly embarrassed.

Dr. Dennis is an excellent optometrist who gives you an extensive eye exam. She gave me one of the…read morebest eye exams I have had and then referred me to a specialist when the pressure in my eyes were a bit high which can lead to macular degeneration. She takes quality time with you to explain what she is doing and why vs., going beyond the usual eye exam I have had in the past. I recently renewed my drivers license and was able to have her fill out a vision form which I submitted in lieu of taking the vision test there, which shortened my appointment time at the DMV. I would highly recommend Dr. Dennis to anyone who is looking for a qualified optometrist in the Reno Sparks area. She is friendly and very accommodating with an office staff who are friendly and efficient as well.

However, I lucked out because my optometrist had a business card for repair- It's best to call and schedule an appt. Unfortunately, the frame could not be repaired-.. Luckily, he was able to insert in almost identical frame.. Be patient as this is a much needed service with lots of people needing repairs.. Thanks for saving my new lenses .. And for the cool new frame!
