I had a very complicated electrical problem, and Orozco didn't hesitate to take the time to solve the issue. I met with the mechanic working on the van; he was familiar with older Toyotas and was able to point out the issue with just a pre-work inspection. I must also say that although it took them longer than we had initially agreed to, they were more than willing to stick to the prior deal, and I was not charged. I am going to be bringing my 2002 Subaru Forester Sport Utility to them to get some kinks out that I'm experiencing. I now have a favorite mechanic, who's fast, honest, and friendly! I took my Bmw E92 M3 for inspection after buying it pre-owned to find out for any leaks and general…read morecheck up. I told them that I saw possible leak on the oil drain plug. Report showed leaking drain plug and needs new rear brakes and differential service. I let them replace the drain plug and differential service. When I got home, I still noticed oil leaks. I paid another shop for inspection ( bmw specialist) They found leaks on the air separator and oil filter housing. I had leaks resolved at the same shop. They also showed the error ( ghost code for the alternator) which they cleared. Did not get any obd testing result from Euro car masters. I am just disappointed for Euro car masters did not do a thorough inspection. I feel like they are more focused on replacing brakes, oil change and regular maintenance. I live near the shop but won't go back there anymore.
